Abstract

The trend of information system development and technological developments is continuously increasing. Every person or business actor must continuously update the technology. Based on the published results of a survey conducted by Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association at the end of 2018, internet users in Indonesia reached 171.17 million from 264.16 million people or 64.8% of the total population.. Related to this, the researchers conducted research on the implementation of e-commerce in Small and Medium Enterprise. Testing of this study uses the User Acceptance Test. The method that the authors do is by making a system that is applied to Small and Medium Enterprise. Untuk mengetahui mengenai penerimaan sistem dan kegunaannya yang berkaitan dengan e-commerce penulis menggunakan metode kuesioner. Based on the black box examiner all test results show valid, while the examiner using the User Acceptance Test produces a number of 80.5% with good criteria. The answers used in this study may be 39 people

Abstract

Marketing strategies based on efforts to create relationships between companies and customers are better known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a corporate strategy used to pamper customers so they don't look away. This study wants to find out and improve relations between hospitals and patients. Besides that, by building this system, can it affect customer / patient satisfaction. The quality of information systems is measured using the ISO 9126 model by adapting four characteristics of software quality: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Researchers will conduct system analysis and design using the Unified Model Language (UML), then coding with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as collecting data using a questionnaire, and testing the system using the Blackbox Testing model. Based on testing using ISO 9126 the results are functionality (83%), Reliability (86%), Usability (87%), and Efficiency (83%). Overall the results are 85% (very good).

Abstract

Influencer atau selebriti adalah kepribadian yang terkenal di masyarakat baik karena kredibilitas mereka atau daya tarik mereka atau karena keduanya. Untuk memanfaatkan ini, banyak pelaku usaha menggunakan jasa selebriti dalam iklan mereka untuk meningkatkan penjualan atau jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem pemesanan jasa endorsement terutama yang bergerak dikuliner berbasis web agar dapat membantu pengusaha kuliner yang kesulitan mencari pelanggan. Metode MAUT adalah suatu metode pemeriksaan kuantitatif yang umumnya menggabungkan berbagai proporsi biaya, bahaya, dan surplus. Hasil yang didapat dari metode tersebut ialah bagaimana endorser yang bernama Yohana Candra menduduki ranking pertama dengan nilai referensi 0.8421. Penulis menggunakan metode (User Acceptance Test) UAT untuk penilaian aplikasinya itu sendiri, dan hasilnya adalah responden sangat puas menggunakan aplikasi food endorsement dengan jawaban setuju adalah 52% lalu jawaban sangat setuju ialah 33%, sisanya yaitu jawaban cukup setuju, dan nol yang memberikan jawaban tidak setuju
