Abstract

Sistem informasi adalah suatu sistem yang dibuat oleh menusia terdiri dari komponen-komponen dalam organisasi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yaitu menyajikan informasi. Pada penelitian ini saya membuat suatu Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Laboratorium Berbasis Web agar tertata dengan baik sistem pengelolaan informasi penjadwalan penggunaan Laboratorium. Web adalah halaman yang ditampilkan diinternet yang memuat informasi tertentu (khusus). Bahasa pemograman PHP merupakan bahasa pemograman untuk membuat web yang bersifat server-side scripting. MySQL adalah sebuah program databases server yang mempu menerima dan mengirimkan datanya dengan sangat cepat, multi user serta menggunakan perintah standar SQL (Structured Query language).

Abstract

This research is done to learn diabetes mellitus type SEIITR with insulin and care factors. Mathematical model type SEIITR is a mathematical model of diabetes in which the human population is divided into five groups: susceptible humans (Susceptible) S, exposed (Exposed) E, infected I without treatment, infected (Infected) IT with treatment dan recovered (Recovery) R. The SEIITR model has two fixed points, namely, a fixed point without disease and an endemic fixed point. By using basic reproduction numbers (R0), it is found that the fixed point without disease is stable if R0 < 1 and when R0 > 1. Then the fixed point without disease is unstable. The simulation shows the effect of giving insulin to changes in the value of the basic reproduction number. If the effectiveness of β decreases, the basic reproduction number decreases too. Thus, a decrease in the value of this parameter will be able to help reduce the rate of diabetes mellitus in the population.

Abstract

The Yuliddin Away Regional General Hospital as an institution that conducts individual health services in a complete manner often experiences obstacles in providing maximum services to the community. So that in some cases, received complaints from the public. So far, these complaints are accommodated with complaint boxes in each service division, but this method is difficult to get accurate information and relatively takes a long time. The use of information and communication technology in the form of applications is expected to improve responsive and informative service quality. Through the Android-based Complaints application, it is easy for the public to provide advice and criticism of the services of Yuliddin Away Hospital. Implementation procedures include observation, problem identification, literature study, design, system development, and application. The communication mechanism between the user and the system uses an interface. The application interface for public complaints at Yuliddin Away Regional Hospital includes Admin Flowchart Design, User Flowchart Design, Use Case Design, and Database Design. The application is very helpful for hospital staff in managing community complaints as suggestions in weekly and monthly meetings in order to improve the quality of Yuliddin Away hospital services.

Abstract

Mathematical Association material becomes difficult for students to learn since it is described in the form of set-forming notation and story-based questions (applied). Moreover, they find it difficult to determine the number of subsets with several determined members. The author's observations while teaching at the South Aceh Polytechnic Computer Engineering Study Program for the 2018/2019 academic year obtained data that students did not master Discrete Mathematics subjects, especially the material of the Association. This can be seen in daily assignments, midterm exams, and final semester exams. The author as a lecturer in the Study Program was disappointed with the results obtained. The approach and type of this research is a quantitative approach and a pure experimental type of research. The research sample of the second-semester students of the South Aceh Polytechnic Computer Engineering Study Program for the 2019/2020 academic year was 16 students. The research data was the test scores collected from students. The instrument in this study was a test question. The data collection technique in this research is a written test. Data analysis used t-test at a significant level α = 0,05, dk = 4, with standard value of = 69. Based on the analysis gained and . Thus, the result turns out or 1.83 > 1,75. Thus it is concluded that the mastery of Computer Engineering Study Program students at the Polytechnic of South Aceh for the 2019/2020 academic year in understanding the set material has reached a level of success.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 is a hot topic discussed only among academics and industry. Of course, this condition is a positive thing that shows that people have started to care about utilizing technology that is developing very rapidly today. South Aceh Polytechnic (POLTAS) as a vocational higher education institution, of course, must be consistent in making innovations in improving services to stakeholders. The quality and quality of service to stakeholders must of course be maintained so that input, criticism, and suggestions from them are one of the most important factors in creating a safe and comfortable academic atmosphere for higher education, especially POLTAS. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to build and simulate the results of an information system that can adapt dynamically in carrying out the political services of South Aceh provided to stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to build a Complaints Information System for the Polytechnic of South Aceh (SIAPA). This research is also part of the POLTAS Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) which is managed independently assigns to control and improve quality in the implementation of higher education in a planned manner (with designed) and sustainable (sustainable). This type of research is applied research with case studies at the South Aceh Polytechnic. The research procedure is in several stages, namely planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, simulation of results, and evaluation.
