Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTThis research is classified into a correlational research which consists of one independent variable, Motivation (X) with one dependent variable, Organization Commitment (Y). The hypothesis of the research is: There is a positive correlation  between motivation and organization commitment. This research was conducted in Cipayung, Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The population of 104 teacher, and randomly selected as sample 82 teachers. The method of collecting research data in the field uses the survey method while the statistical method of data analysis uses correlation analysis techniques, simple regression analysis. Hypothesis measurement is taken both at the significance level α = 0.05 and at the significance level α = 0.01. Based on the calculation results, the research results are obtained: there is a very significant positive relationship between Motivation with organization commitment with the regression equation that is Ŷ = 96.16 + 0.36X, the correlation coefficient (ry) of 0.411, and the coefficient of determination (ry2) of 0.169 or 16.9. Based on the above calculation results, it can be concluded that motivation can be increased through organization commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukadamai 3 Kota Bogor berjumlah 90 peserta didik, dilaksanakan pada semester genap 2020/2021. Teknik pengujian prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas Liliefors, kemudian dilakukan pengujian homogenitas dengan uji Fisher untuk menunjukan populasi bersifat homogen. Data yang dinyatakan normal dan homogen digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang hasilnya terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar matematika. Teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana menghasilkan suatu model hubungan yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ = 49,12 + 0,41X. Hasil penelitian ini ditunjukkan dengan analisis statistik yang menghasilkan koefesien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,47 yang berada pada interval 0,400-0,599 yang berarti pengaruhnya sedang. Sedangkan koefesien determinasi sebesar 22,09%. Teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi sederhana pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar matematika menghasilkan suatu pengaruh yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ = 49,12+0,41x, yang berarti setiap kenaikan unit pembelajaran daring menyebabkan kenaikan minat belajar matematika sebesar 0,41 unit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap minat belajar matematika siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukadamai 3 Kota Bogor Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the writing skills of Class III students at SDN Rumpin 01, Bogor Regency, using the Drill method. The research used a case study qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the students experienced difficulty in writing upright concatenated letters, including writing them incorrectly or outside the lines, resulting in untidy handwriting. However, after using the Drill method, the students' ability to write concatenated letters, especially difficult letters such as A and O, improved significantly. The Drill method also helped the students to learn and practice writing upright concatenated letters regularly, which resulted in better writing skills. The study concluded that the Drill method is an effective way to improve students' writing skills. The method can help students to learn and practice writing upright concatenated letters regularly, resulting in better handwriting. The students showed curiosity and enthusiasm in learning to write concatenated letters, which can increase their ability to write well. Overall, the study provides insights into how the Drill method can be used to improve writing skills in elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental research. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of the proud sub-theme of the area where I live. This research was conducted at the Cimanggis 02 Public Elementary School, Bogor district, Class IV A, and IV B from May to even semesters. The N-Gain calculation of the Problem Based Learning models is 70 with high criteria and 83% completeness oh learning outcomes, the N-Gain value of the conventional model is 37 with medium criteria and 70% completeness of learning outcomes. The results of hypothesis testing state that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, because the calculation results are tcount (5,8718) > ttable (2,00172). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence from the use of the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of the proud sub-theme of the area where I live. A very effective learning model to be used in the sub-theme of being proud of the area where I live is the Problem Based Learning model.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa sunda materi pupuh merupakan keterampilan menulis dan berbahasa dapat mengungkapkan perasaan, pengalaman dan ide-ide yang dituangkan dalam bahan ajar pupuh. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan pengembangan bahan ajar pembelajaran bahasa sunda berbantuan microsoft sway pada materi pupuh (2) menguji hasil kelayakan media bahan ajar bahasa sunda materi pupuh berbantuan microsoft sway, (3) mengetahui respon pengguna dengan ujicoba kelompok kecil dan besar terkait media pembelajaran, (4) penerapan rancangan bahan ajar bahasa sunda materi pupuh berbantuan microsoft sway. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil uji coba pengembangan ini melalui dua tahapan uji coba dengan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil mencapai 82,50%, dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan uji coba kelompok besar dengan hasil mencapai 83,50% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Bahan ajar berbasis microsoft sway yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media, materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh 84,43% dengan kriteria sangat valid, validasi ahli materi memperoleh 86,25% dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan uji validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh 96,66% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Penerapan rancangan bahan ajar bahasa sunda materi pupuh berbantuan microsoft sway memperoleh 89, 11% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media pembelajaran ini layak digunakan. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran microsoft sway dapat memotivasi pembuatan rancangan variasi media dalam membuat bahan ajar, serta penyajian materi dapat mengatasi verbalisme dalam proses pembelajaran.
