Abstract

This research aims to specify the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability and company size on the stock price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. This type of research is descriptive statistical research. The object of this research had been done on 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that were collected by purposive sampling. The data type that used in this research is called secondary data in the configuration of mining company financial statements for the period 2013-2017. The ratios used during this research are Current Ratio representing Liquidity, Debt to Equity Ratio that represents Leverage, Return On Assets representing Profitability and LN (Total Assets) representing Company Size. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, graph analysis also multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion showed that liquidity had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Leverage has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Company Size has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan laba. Laba perusahaan diharapkan setiap periode mengalami kenaikan namun laba yang diperoleh perusahaan di masa yang akan datang tidak dapat dipastikan, sehingga perlu dilakukan prediksi akan perubahan laba yang terjadi dari satu masa ke masa yang akan datang. Perubahan laba yang terjadi di suatu perusahaan dapat dijadikan dasar bagi para investor untuk menentukan apakah mereka akan melakukan pembelian, penjualan atau menahan investasi. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan total asset turnover terhadap perubahan laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deduktif, kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Populasi perusahaan makanan dan minuman ada 23 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan sampling purposive maka sampel yang memenuhi kriteria ada sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan current ratio, debt to equity ratio,dan total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan angka negatif yang berarti variasi-variabel perubahan laba tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang digunakan.

Abstract

Price to Book Value is a form of scale assessment that measures Shareholder’s wealth. The purpose of research is to test and analyze the influence of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share against Price to Book Value on Banking Company registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange on the period 2015-2018. Theory used are the theories that have a relation with Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share against Price to Book Value. This research Using quantitative approaches with types of descriptive research and the nature of research Explanatory. The population of this research is 43 registered companies in IDX. Sample of This study as many as 28 companies where samples were obtained from the process purposive Sampling that meets certain criteria. Research results can be concluded that The simultaneous Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share are influential Against Price to Book Value with a signed value (0.002 < 0.05). Partial Return on Assets affect Price to Book Value while Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share has no effect on Price to Book Value.

Abstract

This research was conducted at one of the motorcycle dealers in Indonesia. Besides selling motorcycles, this dealer also provides services to repair motorcycles and sells genuine motorcycle parts. Inventory management which the company carried out is still not good enough because there are still demand for spare parts from consumers that cannot be fulfilled by the company. The purpose of this study is to draw up a plan to control spare parts by paying attention to the spare parts that need to be considered, estimating the exact number of spare parts demand, knowing the smallest total inventory cost, knowing the amount of safety stock needed, and knowing when to reorder. In preparing the spare parts control, the methods used are ABC analysis, demand forecasting method, and EOQ method. The results of this study are plans to control the inventory of Tire, Rr. such as the forecasting sales of Tire, Rr. as many as 17338, economic order quantity of Tire Rr are 2158 units, the number of safety stocks of Tire, Rr. needed in 2020 are 1738 units, and the reorder point in 2020 is 8 times with the total inventory cost for Tire, Rr. in 2020 is Rp. 30,009,005.
