Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja merupakan gambaran tingkat pencapaian tugas yang dilakukan dalam organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan, sasaran, misi dan visi dalam organisasi. Dalam upaya pencegahan Covid19, Puskesmas Ban secara bertahap memperkuat peran Puskesmas di masyarakat dengan melakukan upaya sosialisasi dan pencegahan penyebaran Covid19. Menggunakan konsep tiga dimensi kinerja atau performance untuk mengukur tiga fungsi (fP) di tempat kerja, yaitu kombinasi kemampuan (AbilityA) dan usaha (EffortE), untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan tim pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID19 Larangan Pusat) dan dukungan (DukunganE). S) Konsep kinerja tiga dimensi sederhana adalah sebagai berikut: {Performance = fP(AxExS)}. Jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keterampilan adalah keterampilan kinerja P2Covid19. Menurut kemampuannya, terdiri dari kelompok tenaga kesehatan yang diketuai oleh dokter, kelompok tenaga monitoring, kelompok tenaga promosi kesehatan, kemudian kelompok tenaga humas, tim logistik, dan sopir. Atau pengemudi. Dimensi usaha atau effort adalah usaha yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kinerja pegawai tim pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid 19 di Puskesmas dilarang melaksanakan dengan sungguh-sungguh, menjaga silaturahmi dengan rekan sejawat, dan mentaati disiplin dalam bekerja. Dorongan atau motivasi dari pimpinan merupakan pemicu dorongan awal kepada bawahan. Kepemimpinan adalah kunci untuk mencapai titik kerja yang optimal dalam lingkungan kerja yang harmonis. Memberikan dukungan organisasi terbaik untuk tim pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid 19 Puskesmas Ban. Bagaimana mendapatkan dukungan dari pemerintah bupati Pamekasan. Dukungan yang diberikan diberikan dalam bentuk berbagai fasilitas, seperti tim kesehatan, dukungan ALKES, dan ambulans cadangan. Memberikan dukungan untuk berbagai kegiatan dalam bentuk seminar dan pembinaan khusus. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Kinerja Pegawai Tim P2Covid-19

Abstract

Desa Mandiri mencerminkan kemauan masyarakat desa yang kuat untuk maju, dihasilkannya produk/karya yang membanggakan dan kemampuan memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhannya. Karsa, karya, sembada desa mencakup bidang ekonomi, budaya dan sosial yang bertumpu pada tiga daya yakni berkembangnya kegiatan ekonomi desa dan antar desa, makin kuatnya sistem partisipatif desa, serta terbangunnya masyarakat di desa yang kuat secara ekonomi dan sosial-budaya serta punya kepedulian tinggi terhadap pembangunan serta pemberdayaan desa. Pembinaan dan pendampingan terhadap desa binaan akan mempengaruhi dan mempercepat pembangun desa guna tercapainya desa mandi di desa ambat Kecamatan Tlanakan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Awal pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pendampingan pada masyarakat desa ambat mengalami hambatan yang signifikan karena efek Covid-19 sehingga sebagian dari mereka memilih tidak berinteraksi dengan orang luar (asing). Namun seiring berjalannya waktu terdapat peluang bagi penulis dan tim dalam mensukseskan program-program yang telah dirancang belum menuai hasil yang maksimal karena terdapat hasil berbanding terbalik antara input, dan output yaitu, terbukanya akses dalam pelaksanaan program desa binaan sehingga sebagian program terealisasi secara efektif dan masyarakat memiliki apresiatif yang tinggi. Kemudian follow-up dari kegiatan pembinaan dan dampingan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat guna tercapainya desa mandiri di Desa Ambat Kecamatan Tlanakan Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Abstract

The mandate of Law Number 27 concerning the management of coastal areas is the government's representation for coastal communities to develop the potential of Natural Resources and Human Resources (NR and HR).Through its enormous marine potential, it should provide hope and opportunity, especially for coastal communities to become prosperous communities. So with such a large marine wealth, it seems unbelievable that it has not been able to prosper the lives of the fishing community. Most Indonesian fishermen still live within the poverty line. The poor criteria are shown by the low income of fishermen, so that they still experience difficulties in meeting their basic needs for food, clothing, health, housing and a decent level of education.In order to realize a prosperous coastal community, creativity and innovation are needed to encourage and maintain food security so as to provide effective solutions for poverty alleviation in the village of Branta Pesisir, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency. Abstract

Camplong Beach is a tourist attraction with a strategic location and the most crowded of visitors. However, lately the number of visitors has decreased due to Camplong beach which is no longer in demand by the public, especially the coastal community and visitors because some of the tourist attractions are not maintained, there is garbage scattered on the beach, and the lack of amusement rides. Speaking of tourism, competition is currently tight. All tours are vying to attract visitors. Why in the world of tourism, competition is fierce, because tourism is now a pillar of the Indonesian economy after trade. The current growth of the tourism sector can provide benefits for both the State and the surrounding community. One example is the growth of the economy and the availability of jobs. This study uses the Community Participation Theory from Keith Devis, among others: (1) participation or participation (involvement / participation); (2) the availability of making a contribution to efforts in achieving group goals, this means a sense of pleasure, volunteerism in helping the group, a person becomes a member of the group with all its values; (3) the element of responsibility, this element is a prominent aspect of the feeling of being a member. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are three important elements in Keith Devis' definition of participation, namely participation, availability to contribute, and responsibility. Using the participation theory, it resulted that community participation was very enthusiastic, the availability of community contributions in developing destinations was still considered sufficient, and community responsibility was still relatively low. From this research, community participation in developing coastal tourist destinations in Camplong Village, Sampang Regency is still low, especially in the element of responsibility which has been stated by Keith Devis. Abstract

Abstrak: Fenomena zaman modern di saat ini yang sering kita jumpai anak-anak yang  kurang hormat terhadap orangtuanya, sikap anti sosial yang dapat terlihat dari kehidupan sehari-hari baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Dalam pandangan bernegara, sebuah bangsa harus mengenal jati dirinya agar menjadi bangsa yang unggul. Sehingga perlu adanya perangkat nilai dan aturan yang kuat agar tidak terjadi krisis budaya dan disintegrasi bangsa di Indonesia. pendidikan di Indonesia harus menanamkan jiwa dan kepribadian bangsa yang bersumber dari akar budaya negara dan jelas berlandaskan Pancasila sebagai cita-cita bangsa, falsafah dan nilai-nilai luhur bangsa. Melalui kesadaran sosial diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam membina warga yang memiliki kepedulian sosial. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran secara factual dan actual dari nilai-nilai wawasan kewarganegaraan atau kebangsaan yang berlandaskan Pancasila bagi mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan nasionalisme. Juga secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengeksplorasi, dan memperoleh gambaran tentang perilaku dan kepribadian mahasiswa dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai wawasan Pancasila dalam lngkungan kehidupan sosial, berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian atau metode survei. Berdasarkan hasil kajian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memperoleh pengetahuan dalam membentuk kesadaran bernegara dapat disimpulkan bahwa: sejalan dengan materi  Kewarganegaraan sesuai dengan harapan dari pembelajaran tersebut maka pembelajaran Kewarganegaraan  dapat membentuk penilaian benar dan salah pada Mahasiswa Kewarganegaraan dengan  mengamati. Secara spesifik dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan pada mahasiswa: 1. Mahasiswa telah mampu memahami dan berpartisipasi dalam organisasi sosial, dan lingkungan. 2. Mahasiswa mampu memahami serta melaksanakan hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara sesuai dengan peraturan dan norna nilai. 3. Mahasiswa mampu berpikir, bersikap dan berbuat yang terbaik bagi bangsa dan negara sehingga timbul rasa nasionalisme.Abstract: The phenomenon of modern times today is that we often encounter children who lack respect for their parents, anti-social attitudes that can be seen from everyday life both at school and in society. In the view of the state, a nation must know its identity in order to become a superior nation. So it is necessary to have a strong set of values and rules so that there is no cultural crisis and national disintegration in Indonesia. Education in Indonesia must instill the spirit and personality of the nation which originates from the country's cultural roots and is clearly based on Pancasila as the nation's ideals, philosophy and noble values. Through social awareness it is hoped that it can be a solution in fostering citizens who have social concerns. The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a factual and actual discribe of the values of citizenship or nationalism based on Pancasila for students in increasing nationalism. Also specifically this research aims to identify, examine, explore, and obtain an overview of the behavior and personality of students in internalizing the values of Pancasila insight in the environment of social life, nation and state. This research uses descriptive research techniques in the form of research or survey methods. Based on the results of studies that have been conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of Citizenship Education to gain knowledge in forming awareness of the state, it can be concluded that: in line with Citizenship material in accordance with the expectations of the learning, Citizenship learning can form right and wrong judgments on Citizenship Students by observing. Specifically, it can be concluded that the role of citizenship education in students: 1. Students have been able to understand and participate in social and environmental organizations. 2. Students are able to understand and carry out their rights and obligations as citizens in accordance with the rules and norms of values. 3. Students are able to think, behave and do the best for the nation and state so that a sense of nationalism.
