Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work and employee performance training on the quality of work life as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of PT Cassanatama Naturindo Semarang, perhaps 103 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population using the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression data processing using SPSS. The test results show that work stress has a negative significant effect on the quality of work life. Training has a positive significant effect on the quality of work life. The quality of work life has a positive significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive significant effect on employee performance.The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that the quality of work life did not mediate the effect of work stress on employee performance. Quality of work life can mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Keywords: work stress, training, quality of work life, employee performance. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan quality of worklife sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Cassanatama Naturindo Semarang yang berjumlah 103 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap quality of worklife. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap quality of worklife. Quality of worklife berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji Sobel, menunjukkan quality of worklife tidak memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Quality of worklife dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: stres kerja, pelatihan, Quality of worklife, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of locus of control and promotion on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Land Office, amounting to 99 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population by the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that Locus of control has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Promotion has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Locus of control has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Promotion has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the Sobel test show that organizational commitment can mediate the influence of Locus of control on employee performance. This proves organizational commitment as a mediating variable from the influence of Locus of control on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of promotion on employee performance. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 99 orang. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan Locus of control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Locus of control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji Sobel, menunjukkan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh Locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh Locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh promosi Jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Locus of control, promosi jabatan, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai
