Abstract

Organizations that have organizational culture and a conducive work environment will show high employee performance as well. The problems that can be formulated from this research are: Is there any influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta. Determination of the number of samples using random sampling technique, which then obtained the results of 53 respondents. Data collection tools used are documentation and questionnaires. The research data analysis method used instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis of the percentage of classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t) and simultaneous test (F)., and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed equation Y = 19.075 + 0.208 X1+ 0.336 X2. Partially the magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, namely: Organizational culture of 17.7%, and work environment of 12.4%. Simultaneously the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work environment on performance is 43.8%. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) East Jakarta simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Drugs have become very real enemies to the present day, not just for people who use these drugs, but also all aspects of constitutional life even to the whole world, because drugs are included in the category of criminal acts that are very dangerous. On the other hand, the perpetrators of drugs also want to return to life like before that are completely separate from the trap of drugs, but they referred to the surrounding environment and the minimal cost of doing media rehabilitation.Therefore, to be able to know the number of drug users, then, the Experts make the concept of an Expert system with Forward Chaining method, Certainty Factor, by using PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this system, Experts are expected to be able to know the level of drug users perceived levels as well as know the possibility of action handling. Keywords: Expert System, Forward Chaining, Certainty Factor, Drugs

Abstract

Technological developments have affected services to the community more quickly and accurately. The computerized system has been proven to assist the government in smoothing the operational work of its employees. This study aims to determine the significant effect of a computerized system on employee performance at the Duren Sawit office in East Jakarta, and to determine the responses of employees in the community service department who use a computerized system. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires given to respondents and interviews of 30 people with census sampling techniques, namely front office employees. The office of the village of Duren Sawit uses a computerized system to help smooth operational work of its employees in serving the community. From the results of processed questionnaires, observations, and interviews, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between the computerized system on the performance of public service employees which is very strong with a very strong correlation coefficient value, with a variable influence of 84.6%. As well as the response of employees who use a computerized system, proving that the system used is very helpful in completing their work so as to produce good performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence of information technology and service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Mandiri's Jakarta Patra Jasa branch. The aim is to determine the effect of information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty at Bank Mandiri's Jakarta Patra Jasa branch. This research includes associative research which states the relationship between two or more variables. The sample taken in this study uses Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 100 samples who are customers at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Patra Jasa Jakarta Branch. The data analysis method used was qualitative analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, f test (together test), and t test (partial test). The results of the study using multiple linear regression there is an influence between information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty . F test has an effect between information technology and service quality simultaneously on customer loyalty . The t test (partial test) has an influence between information technology on customer loyalty and there is an influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid -19 saat ini belum mengalami perubahan signifikan terlihat dari penetapan daerah level PPKM yang bervariasi sehingga pemerintah memberrikan pilihan untuk sistem pembelajaran di Indonesia yaitu PTM dengan syarat yang sudah ditentukan dan rentan beresiko atau online yang  relatif aman. Hal tersebut membuat pendidik harus siap menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran guna menunjang pembelajaran secara daring.  Tujuan kegiatan PM untuk memberikan skills kepada  pendidik supaya mahir menggunakan aplikasi quizizz. Kegiatan ini  fokus  pada penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz untuk  pembuatan evaluasi berbentuk kuis interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan melalui pelatihan secara daring  dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek penggunaan aplikasi  Quizizz. Subjek  dari pelatihan ini adalah Pengurus TPQ Darul Hikmah Depok yang berjumlah 20  orang. Tujuan yang dicapai yaitu penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz dalam membuat evaluasi pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru TPQ selama pembelajaran daring, masih mengandalkan cara konvensional dalam melakukan kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara peserta didik mengirimkan photo hasil pengerjaan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa dan dikirim melalui WA. Sistem ini membuat peserta didik tampak kurang antusias ketika  pelaksanaan evaluasi berlangsung dengan terlihat semakin berkurangnya jumlah peserta didik yang mengumpulkan hasil evaluasi dikarenakan evaluasi cenderung membosankan. Selama masa  pandemi, tidak adanya interaksi yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. Guru tidak memberikan umpan balik kepada peserta didik setelah mengerjakan evaluasi sehingga peserta didik tidak tahu apakah yang dikerjakan sudah benar atau salah, dan guru mengalami kesulitan dalam  penggunaan aplikasi berbasis kuis. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut  adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan tes evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz serta memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran.  Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara daring menggunakan zoom meeting  dengan materi yang telah disusun sistematis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PM ini adalah  para peserta terlihat sangat antusias dibuktikan dengan aktifnya para peserta dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, dan menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh pemateri.
