Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet PPLP Jawa Barat cabang olahraga pencak silat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet PPLP Jawa Barat cabang olahraga pencak silat berjumlah 17 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kondisi fisik berupa tes daya tahan otot, tes kelincahan, tes power tungkai dan tes daya tahan umum. Teknik penghitungan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif berupa persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa hasil rata-rata kondisi fisik atlet PPLP Jawa Barat cabang olahraga pencak silat adalah 3,22 berada pada kategori cukup, dengan simpangan baku 0,86. Secara rinci kondisi fisik atlet PPLP Jawa Barat cabang olahraga pencak silat yang baik sekali 0%, kategori baik 41,18%, kategori cukup 35,29%, kategori kurang 17,65% dan kategori kurang sekali ada 5,88%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi interpersonal pelatih terhadap motivasi berprestasi atlet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelatih dan atlet yang berada di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih sebanyak 16 orang dan atlet sebanyak 86 orang yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis olahraga baik beregu maupun perorangan. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan skala Likert. Angket yang digunakan dalam mengambil data adalah para pelatih mengisi kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan komunikasi pelatih, gaya komunikasi, dan waktu komunikasi. Sedangkan atlet mengisi angket motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dari komunikasi interpersonal dengan motivasi berprestasi atlet. Dengan pelatih yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan atletnya akan menumbuhkan motivasi berprestasi

Abstract

The Joint Decree of the Four Ministers on Guidelines for The Implementation of Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic requires that each education unit can carry out Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTMT). However, recently the government has given each school the opportunity to determine the curriculum to be used by it, including the 2013 curriculum, emergency curriculum or independent curriculum. Especially in the independent curriculum, each school can implement it gradually according to their respective abilities. Therefore, each education unit must strive to be able to implement this independent curriculum, although still gradually. Based on these problems, as academics in the field of education, it is necessary to provide knowledge related to this independent learning curriculum, especially in PJOK subjects through the Community Service scheme. Therefore, the target of this socialization is PJOK teachers. The implementation method in this activity is delivery using the lecture method, discussion and question and answer, as well as task guidance in making PJOK learning strategies using an independent curriculum. The results of this activity are expected that PJOK teachers will be able to implement learning activities using an independent curriculum at every level of education or in their sects

Abstract

Objective. Many universities have reported that the basketball learning process is unstimulating and repetitive. This study aims to introduce a novel approach to basketball learning by investigating the impact of flip book-based audio-visual media on the learning outcomes for lay-up shots in basketball games. The research will focus on determining the effectiveness of this approach in enhancing the learning process and improving the overall performance of players in basketball games. Materials and Methods. The study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design with an experimental approach to examine the effects of basketball learning courses on the lay-up shoot skills of 30 students belonging to the PJKR STKIP Pasundan Class of 2021. Cluster random sampling was used to select the participants from the original population of students. A test was conducted to evaluate the movement process of basketball lay-up shoot skills, and the data analysis was performed using a t-test approach with the IBM SPSS 25 program. Result. The study's findings revealed a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest values. The average value of the difference was -1.371, with a standard deviation of 0.907, and a calculated t-value of -11.575 with a degree of freedom of 29. The significance value obtained (2-tailed) was 0.000, indicating that the difference was significant at 0.05. The posttest value was greater than the pretest value. Conclusion. Based on the findings, it can be inferred that fundamental lay-up shooting skills in basketball games can be significantly enhanced through the utilization of flip book-based audio-visual media. This suggests that there is a need for educational instructors, including lecturers, teachers, and students alike, to adopt innovative teaching approaches that promote student motivation and optimize teaching and learning interactions.
