Abstract

Kualitas adalah suatu faktor    yang    sangat  berperan  penting  dalam    dunia perdagangan.Semakin baik kualitas komoditas yang akan diperdagangkan, maka jumlah  permintaan  akan  semakin  tinggi.  Biji  kopi  berkualitas  dalam  halini merupakan  komoditas  dari  hasil  pertanian  dan  perusahaan  kopi  yang  bergerak dalam dunia perdagangan membutuhkan kualitas yang baik untuk tetap bersaing dipasar perdagangan internasional, penentuan biji kopi berkualitas sebagai bahan komoditas membutuhkan suatu ketepatan dalam proses pemilihannya, sehingga sesuai dengan   kebutuhan   yang   diharapkan   oleh   konsumenKeputusan   pihak perusahaan  dalam  menentukan  biji  kopi  berkualitas  harus  tepait  sesuai  dengan yang diharapkan. Dalam hal ini metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).Intidarimetode AHP ini adalah menentukan nilai bobot untuk   setiap   kriteria,   kriteria   yang   dimaksud   adalah   kadar   air(%),   kadar kotoran(%),  ukuran  biji(mm),  warna  biji  dan  Hama,  kemudian  dilanjutkan dengan    proses    perangkingan    yang    akan    menyeleksi    biji    kopi    tersiebut. Berdasarkan  uraian  masalah  diatas,  maka  penulis  terinspirasi  membuat  sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu judul skripsi yang berjudul “sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan biji kopi berkualitas dengan metode AHP (analytical hierarchy process)”

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tourism promotion strategy at the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of his research show that the seven main strategies carried out by the Mamasa Regency Tourism Office have been implemented but all of them have not run optimally so the desired results have not been achieved according to the target. This is due to inhibiting factors, namely insufficient facilities and infrastructure; human resources are still lacking; lack of regulations and a strong legal basis to regulate Mamasa tourism; and forms of overlapping management between government, foundations or families and the private sector.

Abstract

This study aims to know how the imaging of the government is done through the media by the state of the public in the Polman Regional Secretariat. This research is a qualitative research that explains the phenomenon in depth, creates a description, systemally, accurately and facts about the facts, as well as describing the reality that is happening. The role of public relations as a communicator's that is helping the community to interaction and communication to the goverment. The role of public relations as relationships are relatively good relationships between the whole community with government agencies, through delivery of regional development information. The role of public relations in building the image of the Government of Polewali Mandar Regency to the public can be seen from information updates through the internet site.
