Abstract

Currently the corporation 's role in society is increasing and so wide. More and more corporations are emerging in Indonesia, did not rule out more frequent occurrence of criminal acts of the limited liability company. Limited liability company activities often make unfair business practices may cause harm to the state and individuals as consumers and in some cases can be categorized as a criminal offense. Ensnare the limited liability company for its actions against the law as perperators of a crime or offense is not easy. It caused of principles of criminal responsibility are traditionally built with the idea of individualism which means that individuals who may commit crimes instead of limited liabilty company.Methodology used in this research is the normative legal research. The data used in this study is a secondary data obtained from literature (library research). Once all the data is collected, then processed and analyzed to find the legal issues that are the object of study and concluded, then described descriptively. These results indicate that a limited liability company can be sued civilly through existing mechanisms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang robotika tumbuh semakin pesat hingga tahun 2017. Di Indonesia sendiri pembuatan robot dengan tujuan ekplorasi terus dikembangkan demi mencapai tujuan penelitian. Terbatasnya bentuk dan fungsi robot-robot berkaki yang sudah dibuat untuk melakukan eksplorasi ruang, maka penulis mengeluarkan ide untuk membuat sebuah bentuk robot yang dapat bergerak lebih maksimal untuk melakukan eksplorasi. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah robot laba-laba berkaki delapan yang dapat berubah bentuk menjadi silinder atau dapat disebut robot transformer dimana prototype robot tersebut dilengkapi fitur kamera wireless yang dapat terkoneksi dengan telepon seluler dengan penyangga kamera yang dapat mempertahankan posisi vertical kamera tersebut. Robot tersebut dibuat dengan ukuran panjang x lebar x tinggi adalah 55cm x 40cm x 35cm. Robot tersebut dapat bergerak pada mode laba - laba dengan kecepatan maksimum ±3,51cm/s dan dapat menggelinding pada mode silinder dengan kecepatan maksimum ±12,8 cm/s. Saat melakukan proses transformasi dari laba-laba ke silinder, robot tersebut memerlukan waktu ±3,8s dan sebaliknya waktu yang diperlukan untuk transformasi dari silinder ke laba-laba ±11,6s.

Abstract

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Profitabilitas dan Implikasinya Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Desain dari model penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kausalitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2011-2015. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sebanyak 20 perusahaan yang memnuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah data penelitian sebanyak 100. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan profitabilitas baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor pertambangan.

Abstract

Development of the necessary infrastructure and networks to support the energy transition in Indonesia. The energy transition is an important step in facing the challenges of global climate change and the limitations of conventional energy resources. In the context of Indonesia, as a country with a large population and rapid economic growth, it is important to develop adequate energy infrastructure and networks to support the use of renewable energy and better energy efficiency. This study aims to identify the needs and propose the development of infrastructure and networks needed to support energy transition in Indonesia. The specific goal is to design an effective strategy to build infrastructure and networks that are able to accommodate optimal utilization of renewable energy sources. The research method used includes literature study and analysis of relevant qualitative data. This study explores infrastructure and network requirements covering the renewable energy sector, such as renewable power generation, transmission and distribution networks and electric vehicle charging. The results of the study found that energy infrastructure such as wind and solar power had been built but the electricity network was not significant to accommodate the load from this renewable energy. The development of sustainable energy infrastructure and networks must involve proper planning and strategy. This study also discusses the opportunities and challenges that may arise in the development of infrastructure and networks, thereby providing relevant policy recommendations to accelerate Indonesia's sustainable energy transition.

Abstract

The role of renewable energy in the transition process towards a low-carbon energy system in Indonesia is very crucial. The transition to a sustainable energy system is an urgent need to address global climate change and dependence on fossil fuels. In the context of Indonesia, a country with abundant natural resources, the use of renewable energy has great potential. Renewable energy such as solar, wind, hydro and biomass energy can provide an alternative that is environmentally friendly and sustainable to meet national energy needs. The purpose of this study is to obtain a mapping of the role of low-carbon renewable energy in Indonesia. This study explores various policies and strategic steps that need to be taken by the government, private sector, and the people of Indonesia to integrate renewable energy into the national energy system. From the research results it was found that the contribution of renewable energy has an economic and social impact on Indonesian society. In addition, it was also found that the contribution of renewable energy can work if it has government support. Moreover, with the right adoption, renewable energy can contribute significantly to reducing carbon emissions, increasing energy independence, creating new jobs, and encouraging sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. This study also analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing renewable energy, as well as provides policy recommendations to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable, low-carbon energy system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia belum memiliki prosedur penanggulangan perampasan aset didalam tindak pidana pencucian uang (money laundry) bagi pelaku sebagai individu maupun korporasi. Maka, penelitian ini akan mengkaji urgensi rancangan undang-undang perampasan aset sebagai upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pencucian uang oleh korporasi untuk mewujudkan nilai keadilan, kepastian dan kemanfaatan. Melalui penelitian hukum normatif dengan kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menunjukkan penanggulangan tindak pidana pencucian uang dapat menggunakan konsep money as lifeblood of the crime. Konsep tersebut terkandung didalam Rancangan Undang-Undang Perampasan Aset dengan metode in rem forfeiture yakni hukum dilakukan guna melawan aset bukan melawan individu (in rem personam) dengan fokus kepada aliran dana yang diduga berasal atau digunakan dalam suatu tindak pidana.
