Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi secara menyeluruh banyak sekali tergantung dari mutu, effisiensi dan efektivitas dari dokumentasi dan informasi itu sendiri (Laila Nagib, 1989). Akhir-akhir ini banyak lembaga Perpustakaan, Dokumentasi dan Informasi yang berbangga diri sebagai lembaga informasi yang memiliki koleksi paling lengkap, sehingga merasa telah mampu melayani keperluan informasi pemakai perpustakaan, Dokumentasi dan Informasi. Akan tetapi bila dikaji dengan seksama,sesungguhnya tidak ada satupun perpustakaan, dokumentasi dan informasi yang mampu melayani kebutuhan informasi pemakainya, bila semata-mata hanya mengandalkan koleksinya (Sulistyo Basuki, 1993).

Learning results are the results that achieved by someone after learning activities and the assessment achieved by someone to determine the extent to which the materials or material taught has accepted the students. However, based on experience researchers for teaching in SMK Satya Widya Surabaya, students mathematic learning result who taught by the method konventional such as the method is quite low. So that's why, it is necessary learning alternative model can enhance learning result. One of alternative that can be used is IMPROVE learning model based it will be used IMPROVE learning model in a class action research, the results of research that by using the IMPROVE learning model can increase the understanding of the concept of student so that the student results also increase. Overall after the application of a class action cycle 1 to cycle 2 with learning model improv on material SPLDV can increase the understanding of the concept of so that the student learning result in grade X aph 4 SMK "pariwisata" Satya widya Surabaya also increase. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran AIR (Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition) dan Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horaydalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika bagi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematika yang menyebabkan minat belajar siswa juga sangat rendah dalam pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode gabungan penelitian eksperimen dan penelitian deskriptif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Randomized Control Group Only Design. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran AIR dan Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay.

Hasil belsajar siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh keaktifan siswa di kelas. Model pembelajaraan yang sangat berpengaruh adalah kooperatif tipe Group Investigetion dan model pembelajaraan kooperatif tipe Make A Match. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika materi persamaan linear dua variable menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dengan Make A Match di kelas X SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-post kelompok static (the static group pretest-posttest design). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X semester genap SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dua kelas untuk kelas eksperimen I yaitu kelas RPL 2 dan kelas eksperimen II siswa kelas RPL 3. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen I dan kelas eksperimen II. Hasil pembelajaraan dengan model pembelajaraan kooperatif tipe Group Investigation memiliki nilai rata-rata 88,96 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaraan tipe Make A Match dengan rata rata 77,27.

East Java statistics indicate that the total population of East Java Province is increasing every year. The increase in the population is followed by an increase in social problems, including unemployment. The unemployment rate can affect the economy of the society. Efforts must be made to reduce it by improving the quality of society through factors related to education and health. According to data from East Java in 2017, East Java's education has a significant positive direct effect on the East Java economy of 0.343%, while indirectly through unemployment has an insignificant effect increased by 0.0021%. In addition, health has no significant direct and indirect effect on the East Java economy with coefficients of 0.078% and -0.0023%, respectively.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Problem Based Learning-based modules in the text review course. This study took a sample of 4th semester students of class A class A, Regional Language and Literature Department, State University of Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires, observations, and giving test questions for cognitive learning outcomes. The data analysis technique was carried out with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, then the data was tested using the normality test and T-Test (Paired Samples T-Test). The results showed that the Problem Based Learning-based module was effectively used in the manuscript review course. This is evidenced by the progress of the average score from pretest to posttest, namely from 64.1034 to 73.5517. The minimum score in the pretest is 50.00, with the maximum score being 78.00. It is different with the posttest, the minimum score achieved by students is 60.00 and the maximum score is 85.00. On the basis of these advances, the Problem Based Learning-based module is effective for improving students' understanding and skills in the text review course.

This study aims to described the analysis of difficulties and efforts of teachers in online learning at SDN Airlangga III/200 Surabaya. This research uses qualitative descriptive method research, information collection method using online observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Researchers act as data collection instruments. The results showed that the difficulties that teachers felt in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic were insufficient facilities, material completion and assessment. The efforts that teachers try to overcome the difficulties felt is by sharing supporting internet access, various assignments, as well as cooperation with the school, teachers and parents of students. The impact obtained after efforts to improve online learning problems is a significant transformation in online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic grade IV SDN Airlangga III/200 Surabaya.
