Wealth management in moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura is an orientation of this research. Besed on wealth management concept, the researcher try to explore how is their the wealth management concept so that their wealth bring blessings. The aim of this research to gire more explanation related on wealth management concept that done by moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura. This research is a field research. Because of this research choices Martapura Kabupaten Banjar, so for reveling the problem, research apply sosiologic normative approach. in revaling and analyze the problem, research apply qualitative description opproach. So will found the answer from real condition that happened in the field. A series of those process make a description that thereaded (concatenated description) so easy to understand. The cunclosion of this research is moslem’s enterprenuer at Martapura have wealth management concept the oriented to Allah SWT’s blessings. So the steep and management schemesthat they did in eccordance with syari’s laws. But in orther side, there are several things that need to be anhanched aspecially, related to the management of incoe rest. They have preference in using to distribute directty better to allocated their fund in long term investment. So concept “Falah” in syariah economic understanding can be reached.Keywords : Management, Wealth, Moslem’s, Enterprenuers.

The quality of work in the perspective of Sharia Management in this research is classified into qualitative research with the nature of library research. The approach model used in this study is divided into two parts, namely the Sociology approach and the normative approach model. Thus to facilitate this research researchers divide the data into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Then for the sake of the fluency of this research, researchers divided the data collection method into two parts, namely observation, and documentation. After that, to enter into a conclusion the researcher uses the "Comparative Interpretative" analysis method. The final results of this study can be concluded that to realize the quality of work of a worker in his work in a company or the like twelve methods are needed in the study of Sharia Management, namely (right promise, responsibility, worship, jihad, maintaining work unity, being fair, transparency, cooperation, competence, maintaining productivity). This research entitled the concept of work in improving the quality of work in perspective of Islamic economics. The orientation of ethic in the study of Islamic economics perspective is to discover work ethic of the essence of a work that expected to increase the quality of work. Based on the intention of this research, the author used sociology approach and normative approach. The aim of this research is to analyze how the study of wok ethics in Islamic economics perspective, it is expected that with those approach, this study can reveal the ethics values from Islamic law side. Beside of that, this study also discusses the result of research using qualitative descriptive analysis model. The analysis is meant to describe the meaning of work ethic not only in one economic point of view but from the perspective of Islamic Economics. Besides, the analysis is intended to get a new perspective to work ethics concept oriented to the essence of faith. The conclusion of this research is manifestation of faith that implemented in the quality of work then work orientation will lack the sincere and good pleasure of Allah SWT. Therefore, the orientation of work is not only because material but ridha Allah SWT. If it has become a spirit in work the meaning of falah in the concept of Islamic Economy is realized and fulfilled. Keywords:Ethis, Works, Quality, Islamic Economics.

This is a library-comparative research of the profit mechanism assessment and measurement of two calculation methods, which is between conventional models and sharia models. The approaches used in this study consists of four; normative approach, sociological approach, historical approach; and philosophical approach. The four approaches used with the aim to reveal the method of calculating profits with the Islamic accounting system. The data obtained from the literature is then processed by making reductions and classifications to draw the relationships pattern between the data found and the core problem of this study. The processed data is then analyzed to find answers to the problems of this research.This research finds that there are significant differences where the sharia system has more benefits. In Islamic accounting, the calculation model can encourage the economic growth of the people. Thus the element of sharia is clearly able to bring goodness and salvation (maslahah) in the life of mankind.The results of this study are intended to provide public knowledge and understanding of the sharia method which not only brings worldly benefits but also avoids the harm that affects the lives of the world and the hereafter. Mekanisme pembayaran fidyah dengan emas untuk orang yang telah meninggal di desa Gambah Luar Kecamatan Kandangan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan merupakan pokok pembahasan untuk penelitian ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih dalam pelaksanaan dan menanisme pelaksanaan pembayaran fidyah serta pandangan hukum Islam prektek fidyah yang berlaku di masyarakat.Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Historis, Normatif dan penomenologi. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengungkap praktek fidyah dari sisi sejarah pelaksanannya kemudian dipadukan melalui pendekatan hukum agar pengungkapan permasalahan tersebut dapat menemukan titik temu permasalahan yang menjadi acuan dari penelitian ini. Praktek fidyah merupakan phenomena yang berbeda dari praktek fidyah yang pada umumnya terjadi di daerah lain. Dengan munggunakan ketiga pendekatan tersebut diharapkan dapat menemukan jawaban hukum yang kemudian bermuara kepada sebuah solusi baru dalam pelaksanaan praktek fidyah di Desa Gambah Luar.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa praktek tersebut kalau dilihat dari sisi sejarah telah berjalan secara turun temurun dan berjalan cukup lama. Sedangkan kalau dilihat dari sisi hukum Islam praktek tersebut dibolehkan namun ada permasalah yang perlu penelitian lebih dalam lagi berkenaan dengan penggantian bentuk pembayaran fidyah dari berupa memberi makan dirubah menjadi emas. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kesamaran hukum yang berujung kepada ketidakjelasan dari status hukumemas yang dijadikan barang pengganti tersebut. Kemudian kalau dilihat dari sisi prakteknya penerima fidyah juga harusnya fakir dan miskin diganti menjadi para alim ulama yang boleh dikatakan sukup berkecukupan. Permasalahan tersebut memerlukan kajian lebih mendalam menyangkut status keabsahan hukum dalam mengqiyaskan hukum Islam.

Kajian ini merupakan kajian fenomenologi yang berusaha menelusuri bagaimana sebenarnya realita budaya yang dalam konteks teoritis berusaha membangun persepsi kerja yang profesional dan berkualitas. Keberadaan budaya yang melekat pada diri individu khusunya seorang muslim tentunya tidaklah hal sulit dalam membangun persepsi profesional dan berkualitas, mengapa demikian. Hal tersebut tentunya sebagai seorang muslim mempunyai karekter yang sejalan dengan kehendak agama yaitu segala sesuatu perbuatan dikatenakan niat tulus kepada Allah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwasanya entitas budaya dalam membangun etos kerja dalam perspektif Ekonomi Syariah dengan melihat beberapa faktor yaitu al-Shalah, al- Itqan, al-Ihsan, al-Mujahadah, dan Tanfus. Lima karekter tersebut merupakan gambaran yang bisa menjadi acuan dalam melihat potensi budaya kerja sebelum seorang individu masuk dan bekerja dalam sebuah perusahaan. Perusahaan tentunya juga harus berupaya memupuk karakter tersebut demi tercapainya misi, misi dan tujuan perusahaan.

The development of sharia pawnshop institutions is like mushrooms in the rainy season, in tune with the development of conventional pawnshops even though the quantity of network offices, customers, turnover and profits is still not large. However, at least the development is worth considering, especially with the existence of management policies in several areas, all of the conventional pawnshop network offices have been converted into Sharia Pegadaian network offices. This research is a systematic literature review study which aims to find out the extent of a thorough study regarding the Problems and Strategies for Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia by focusing on the preparation of journals, final assignments such as theses, theses, and dissertations. The method used consists of three stages, namely collection, assessment, and presentation. The results of this study indicate that in the last 18 years 55 studies have been written related to sharia pawnshops but related to the study of Problems and Strategies for Development of Sharia Pawnshops in Indonesia after sorting according to the appropriate researcher only 15 studies, both journals and final assignments related to Problems and Strategies Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia. In terms of theme, the issue related to "Sharia Pawnshop Development Strategy" is the most popular with a total of 7 studies. Then followed by issues related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops" of 4 related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia" of 2 units. Then "Sharia Pawning Problems", there are also the remaining 2 related to "Sharia Pawning Obstacles.

Munculnya fenomena trend fashion dari budaya korea selatan yang masuk di Indonesia mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen untuk mengikuti trend fashion yang ada. Dengan adanya perubahan tersebut membuat minat beli dari pakaian thrifting terus meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti merumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut bagaimana pengaruh perilaku konsumen dan minat beli konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pakaian bekas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian barang bekas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tenik sampling insidental yang merupakan bagian dari nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebesar 80 orang dari populasi yang berjumlah 100 responden melalui rumus yang dicetuskan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh perilaku konsumen (X1) dan minat beli konsumen (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) barang bekas, maka disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Perilaku yang ditunjukkan masyarakat dalam membeli pakaian thrifting tidak menunjukkan prinsip Islam karena berlebih-lebihan dalam membeli dan pembelian didasari oleh gengsi untuk dapat tampil trendy dilingkungan sosial.

Korean Wave merupakan budaya populer yang berasal dari Korea Selatan. Kehadiran fenomena Korean Wave membuat trend Korean Food semakin meningkat, adanya trend tersebut membuat perubahan pada perilaku konsumsi dan minat beli konsumen dalam membeli sebuah produk. Riset ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Korean Wave terhadap minat beli pada produk Korean Food pada kalangan Mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode simple random sampling dengan penggambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Metode dalam pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebesar 84 orang dari 516 orang populasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan nilai t hitung > nilai t tabel (7,637 > 1,663) dari uji hipotesis yaitu uji t (parsial) artinya dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan terhadap pengaruh variabel (X) Korean Wave terhadap variabel (Y) Minat Beli, maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Berdasarkan peresentase pengaruh Korean Wave terhadap minat beli produk Korean Food menunjukkan hasil tingkat kemampuan variabel X (Korean Wave) mempengaruhi variabel Y (Minat Beli) sebesar 41,8% dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi.
