Abstract

This study aims to determine whether (1) there is a positive relationship between product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles, (2) the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles and (3) the effect of product quality and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions of bicycles. Honda Scoopy in Cirebon district. The population in this study were residents of several sub-districts in Cirebon district who had Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with a total sample of 100 people with 20 people per sub-district. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles (t count 4,457; sig. 0.000 0.05; = 0.210) , (2) there was a positive influence on price on motorcycle purchasing decisions. Honda Scoopy ((t count 4.029; sig. 0.000 0.05; = 0.94), (3) ) there is a positive effect of product quality and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles (F count = 60.609; Sig. .000 0.05) .Keywords: product quality, price and purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of word of mouth and service quality on the decision of prospective students to register with campus quality as moderating. This research is motivated by the decreasing number of prospective students who come to Catur Insan Cendekia University in mid-2020, this indicates that the decision to register at Catur Insan Cendekia University has decreased. The primary data used in this study were taken using the accidental sampling method. The number of samples obtained was 106 respondents from the total population of prospective students at Catur Insan Cendekia University located in Cirebon, West Java. The respondents' answers were then analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth has a significant effect on the decision to register, the quality of service has a significant effect on the decision to register. Word of mouth and service quality together have a significant effect on the decision to register. Product quality as a moderating variable is not able to strengthen word of mouth on the decision to register and product quality as a moderating variable is not able to strengthen the quality of service on the decision to register. Abstract

Tax is one of the main sources of state revenue for Indonesia. However, the awareness level of taxpayers is still low and is a big problem for the state. This is evident from the fact that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is greater than the number of taxpayers registered with the DGT, which is 8.71 million business units in 2022. Therefore, the DGT has developed DGT Online, which is a digital platform that allows MSMEs to manage and comply with their tax obligations electronically. This research was conducted to analyze how much influence DGT Online has, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, and service quality on the level of taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the application of technology in tax administration, such as e-Registration, e-Filing, and e-Billing, has a positive impact on the level of taxpayer compliance. This technology not only simplifies the process of reporting and paying taxes, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of reporting, reduces the potential for errors, and provides significant benefits for taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations.Keywords: DJP Online, Taxpayer Compliance, Technology

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare whether the computerized accounting laboratory is in accordance with computerized accounting practices in the work environment to support teaching and learning activities. The subjects of this study are Kantor Jasa Akuntan Langgeng, accounting lecturers, and accounting students. This is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used for this study were interviews and observation. Based on the research that has been done, similarities between the two computerized accounting practices were found. The similarities found are from the workflow in general, such as data collection and database creation. Meanwhile, during the pandemic, learning can be done using online methods and also using blended learning methods.
