Abstract

Especially in the city of Bengkulu, there are two types of universities. In this research, the main attraction is PTKIN Bengkulu State Islamic Institute and PTN Bengkulu University. Based on observations made by researchers, it gives an attraction that some students from Bengkulu University have very detailed consumer behavior towards halal products, while knowledge about the definition of halal products is not so deeply discussed in their lecture world. Meanwhile, there are several students from the Bengkulu State Islamic Institute who are already well-known for their universities based on the Islamic religion, but are still not very detailed in the selection of halal products. By using a quantitative approach method based on the type of primary data through observation techniques with a sample of 132 FEBI IAIN students and 132 FEB UNIB students in Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, the t-value is 1.42. Furthermore, thet value iscalculated compared with the ttable, which is 2.01. Based on the results of tarithmetic in this study, it is known that tcount < ttable is 1.42 < 2.01, so there is no significant difference in the consumption behavior of halal products in students of FEBI IAIN Bengkulu and FEB UNIB, although the groups of students who come from different scientific bases namely from Islamic universities and the general public did not show significant differences in consuming the product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia using sharia maqasid index (SMI) approach reviewed from the objectives of individual education, justice creation, welfare achievement during 2019-2020. This research uses a type of research mix method, which is a combination of quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The population specified in this study is Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS) in Indonesia. The samples used were three banks, namely Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Based on the results of the Covid-19 Pandemic research, the impact on business activities so as to affect financial performance with SMI shows that Bank BNI Syariah has the highest sharia maqasiq index (SMI) score compared to the other two Sharia commercial banks with a score of 1,579

Abstract

Permasalahan tentang kedudukan harta sangat perlu dikaji saatini, mengingat semakin banyaknya manusia yang menyalahgunakan harta. Dalamperspektif Alquran dan Hadis, harta secara mutlak adalah milik Allah. Hartasebagai perhiasan yang menambah kebahagiaan dalam hidup, sebagai ujiankeimanan, dan sebagai bekal ibadah. Implikasi kedudukan harta ini adalah padaketepatan pemanfaatannya. Pemanfaatan harta harus senantiasa dalam bingkaipengabdian kepada Allah atau sebesar-besarnya untuk taqarrub ilalAllah(mendekatkan diri kepada Allah).

Abstract

Banking is a functioning institution in gathering and channeling public funds effectively and efficiently in order to improve equity, economic growth and national stability towards improving the standard of living of the people. Market share (market share) of Islamic banking in Indonesia is considered still small when compared to other majority Muslim countries. Currently the Indonesian sharia banking market share is only around 5.7 percent. But so far, the form of support from the Government to strengthen the role of Islamic education institutions in the utilization of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still very minimal. Therefore, this paper will reveal the potential of Islamic education institutions in developing Islamic banking in Indonesia. With the library method, an in-depth study of the topics discussed is conducted. The results of his discussion that the number of PTKIN in Indonesia as many as 58 PTKIN spread throughout Indonesia both UIN, IAIN, and STAIN. To increase the rate of development of Islamic banking, namely the Political Will Government to provide great support in the field of cooperation in Islamic Education Institutions with Islamic banking as a service used for payment traffic and community Break Up Trust towards Islamic banking by directing students especially to become sharia banking customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profit-sharing volume and murabahah financing on the performance of Islamic commercial banks for the 2015-2020 period. This research uses ECM (Error Correction Model) analysis with Eviews 8 software. The sample used in this study is 13 Islamic commercial banks that have been registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method because researchers needed certain criteria, namely Islamic commercial banks that have published financial ratios. The data used in this study are secondary data with documentary data collection techniques and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the R square value is 0.0362370 indicating that 36% of changes in the ROA variable can be explained by independent variables and 64% are explained by other factors outside the model..

Abstract

COVID-19 was first discovered in Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spread very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia. In just a few months, COVID-19 also had a fairly broad impact on community activities, one of which was the economic impact on banking financial institutions, both conventional and Islamic banks. In this scientific paper, the author describes how the impact caused by COVID-19, how the income growth of Islamic financial institutions at BPRS Adam in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and the strategies implemented to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. This is due to the freedom to obtain information from the latest news from trusted sources, regarding the impact of COVID-19, the author also obtained several news samples from the internet and then combined them into a result. BPRS assets have decreased compared to the same time before the COVID-19, as seen from the income in 2018 of Rp. 895,076, in 2019 decreased 22.5% or Rp. 390,932 and in 2020 BPRS Adam's income increased by 84.2% or Rp.2,688,888 which was because BPRS Adam had implemented a digital banking strategy Keywords:Impact of COVID-19, BPRS income, government policy

Abstract

This research is about the interest of the community to pay zakat to the institution, what things can motivate the interest of muzakki in zakat to the institution, why they do not choose the zalcat  institution as a means to distrib- ute the zakat,  whereas Shari’ah and  the rules  of the law in Indonesia command the zakat managed by the institution. This study  concludes that  some  people motives in tithe, there is a zakat  to give compensation. Berzakat to keep  the fraternity, avoid  the conversation / slander of others, seek safe, or to remove the doubts / fears of zakatnya not to the rightful. These motives are highly individualized. This motif should not exist in zakah. Based on the motives described, to cultivate the interest of the community to pay zakat to BAZ institutions, can be done, among others: by providing a continuous understanding of the  function, purpose, and  nature of zakat ; providing a truly attractive BAZ institution, able  to accommodate the  needs of muzakki, able  to provide muzakki and  mustahik servants well; and  able  to build an emotional connection between institutions, muzakki and  mustahik. In other words,  the idol society  agency  BAZ is ready  to guarantee and  able to convince muzakki that  his zakat will reach the right. Occasionally can include muzakki in distribution activities, and or provide reporting to muzakki to ensure that the given charity is really used for the need of prosperity mustahik.
