Abstract

This article discusses the communication strategy of the Tasawuf Underground community in da’wah to the punk community. The researcher analyzed the data collected through observation and in-depth interviews with key informants who retained da’wah experience in the Tasawuf Underground community. This study indicates that to preach to the Tasawuf Underground community, a preacher needs to have four things: a) source credibility; in this case, a preacher should have the charisma to influence the audience. b) the introduction of the “road map to home” is a term to invite punk children to study religious knowledge as a provision to return to the afterlife. c) effective communication between da’i and mad’u uses several media, mainly: social media, mass communication media, and interpersonal communication media. d) The message of da’wah is carried out in an informative and persuasive manner; an atmosphere of friendship and kinship is built between the audience and the communicator so that intimacy transpires. They built a communication strategy that resulted in changes in attitudes, actions, and improvements in the punk community members’ quality of life. Credible communicators, understanding audiences, choosing the suitable media and messages, and da’wah messages conveyed in a friendly and familial manner make communicators or preachers competent to influence the punk community in Tebet to return to the path of God and family.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pemberdayaan perempuan dipersepsikan dan digambarkan oleh masyarakat di kota Tangerang. dalam penelitian ini populasi ditentukan sebanyak 25 orang dan sampel penelitian adalah sampel jenuh yang terdiri dari 25 orang. Strategi pengumpulan data berikut dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa remaja perempuan di tangerang memiliki persepsi serta sikap yang cukup baik tentang pemberdayaan perempuan. Persepsi dan sikap tersebut erat kaitannya dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang didapatkannya melalui media sosial namun untuk partisipasi dalam pemberdayaan di lingkungannya masih kurang.

Abstract

At the beginning development of Cultivation Theory a study of the impact of television on the audience, especially on violence impact. But in the development, cultivation theory has been successfully tested in other themes out of violence theme. One of the important findings from cultivation theory is heavy viewers' belief in the world, their perspective is reality appropriate to what they watch on television. The research is telling about the impact of watching the Kisah Nyata series on understanding disharmony in the family. With this quantity method, we argue with the hypothesis that watcher Kisah Nyata series will assume that reality of the disharmony family in the Kisah Nyata series is happening in real life, research results are showing that cultivation theory can be adapted to another theme from violence.

Abstract

Media  beberapa kali menjadi sorotan karena mengorbankan etika demi mengejar kecepatan. Padahal, dalam konteks pemberitaan terorisme, mengesampingkan etika berpotensi turut berperan dalam penyebaran teror di masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan analisis isi, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana media online memberitakan peristiwa teror di Selandia Baru. Dengan mengkaji 54 berita yang tayang di hari pertama terjadinya teror penelitian ini menguji ada atau tidaknya pelanggaran pada tujuh kategori Pedoman Peliputan Terorisme dalam berita yang dikaji. Tujuh kategori tersebut antara lain; Melakukan promosi dan legitimasi terhadap tindakan terorisme, stigma yang tidak relevan, tidak mengimplementasikan asas praduga tidak bersalah, mengungkap rincian modus operandi, menyiarkan foto atau adegan korban terorisme, memilih pengamat yang tidak memiliki kredibilitas, kabapilitas dan kompetensi, dan tidak melakukan check dan recheck. Hasilnya, secara umum peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa media online detik.com patuh terhadap Pedoman Pemberitaan Terorisme Dewan Pers karena tingkat pelanggarannya bernilai dibawah lima puluh persen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecenderungan perilaku dan budaya siber pada pengguna instagram saat dihadapkan dengan tren mikro-selebriti video viral milik akun instagram @helenjunet yang di upload pada 22 Maret 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi Etnografi Virtual yang membahas tentang Cyberculture dan menggunakan Level Analisis Media Siber (AMS) dan Tipologi David Bell untuk menguraikan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bagaimana aktifitas di ruang siber dan terjadi terus menerus dan membentuk budaya pengguna. Abstract

Pro dan Kontra menerpa Gubernur Banten Wahidin Halim (WH) setelah mengumumkan 2 (dua) warga Provinsi Banten terkonfirmasi positif Corona Virus Disease (Covid)-19. Pengumuman diunggah di media sosial Instagram dan tersebar baik di media massa ataupun aplikasi chating. Dengan metode purposive random sampling melalui sebaran google form. Kami melakukan penelitian tentang efek tayangan video penjelasan kasus Corona di Banten terhadap khalayak yang berdomisili di Kota Tangerang. Dari data ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebaran video pernyataan  Gubernur Banten Wahidin Halim tentang kasus di Provinsi Banten berefek besar terhadap efek kognitif afektif dan dan perilaku responden.  Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata jawaban tingkat persetujuan responden yang tinggi pada efek kognitif (M= 2,30 - 3,30) afektif (M= 2,50 - 3,02) dan perilaku (M= 2,30 - 2,76). Kata kunci: Efek tayangan, Corona, Banten

Abstract

Mental health conditions must be balanced with physical health conditions, mental disorders can cause problems in daily activities. In the organizational aspect, the use of internet technology is quite important for organizations in carrying out publication activities. This research is aimed at finding out social media management activities as a medium for mental health information on Instagram @howslife.id. Lack of knowledge and interest in mental health platforms makes Instagram users less trusting of online media such as @howslife.id. To achieve this goal, researchers use qualitative descriptive methods that describe the condition of objects systematically, accurately, factually and in detail. The collected data is processed to produce accurate data. The results obtained are activities in managing Instagram social media through scheduling and managing social media in conveying messages or information and communicating with the audience, becoming a content creator to create interesting content and providing information facilities to the audience, disseminating information about mental health and counseling programs in How's Life or @howslife.id, then increases the trust of Instagram users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between interpersonal communication on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanah Tinggi, and measure the extent of the role or relationship of interpersonal communication on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tanah Tinggi. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The results of the study were obtained through hypothesis testing using the t test and obtained the results of a significant influence between interpersonal communication on the loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers with the results of the calculation of r count (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that it was confirmed that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Then the correlation between variable X (Interpersonal Communication) to variable Y (Customer Loyalty) can be seen from the results of the Spearman Rank correlation test which shows a value of 0.693 with a significance of 0.000> 0.05, it can be concluded that the strength of the correlation is 69.3% and has a positive and strong relationship

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe and demonstrate the phenomenon of drinking coffee in a coffee shop for Gen Z in Tangerang City and to find out, describe and demonstrate the meaning of Gen Z in Tangerang City for the coffee phenomenon. The research method that will be used by researchers is qualitative research. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research type with a phenomenological approach. Research data sources are divided into 2 (two), namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The triangulation used is source triangulation, data collection technique triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction (Reduction), Data Presentation (Display), and Drawing Conclusions and Verification (Conclusion). The results of the study show that there are several reasons why Generation Z engages in coffee activities at coffee shops. The reason for the Z generation to do coffee activities in coffee shops is based on the mind that needs peace and as a motive for entertainment for each individual. In relation to oneself, it is understood that drinking coffee is not just enjoying a cup of coffee, but drinking coffee in a coffee shop also provides a comfortable atmosphere for each individual. In connection with the public seeing how the views of other people towards informants and coffee activity in the coffee shop are also seen as things to establish good social relations and the meaning of coffee in a coffee shop is seen as something fun so that it can raise mood and mood, as well as a medium self-actualization as well as a medium in obtaining prestige values.
