Visitors interest edu mina tour Polytechnic of Marine and Fishery Sidoarjo influenced by Tourism Product Variant that is product of fishery product, fishery product tourism product, fishery tourism service product). The availability of fish culture process as part of cultivation education, including the processed fish, also the completeness of the main object of tourism and its prasarananya as well as services of tourism managers and tourism environment including the surrounding community will lead to increased interest of visitors edu mina wisata. To know the correlation of product variant of tourism to visitor interest of edu mina wisata, need empirical verification. The study population of 569 people spread over 3 groups. The sampling of 254 people was done by random sampling technique (tabulation of Isac and Michae). Two variables in the research are: variant of tourism product and visitor interest of edu mina wisata taken through questionnaire.Data quality test using One Sampel Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Instrument Quality Test using SPSS 16, and Reliability test with Alpha formula. Classic assumption test using Durbin-Watson Aotukorelasitas Test, Multikolineritas Test with VIF (Varian Infalaction Factor) <5 & R2 high, Heteroscedasticity test with scater plot, P-value Normality> 0,05 Test Regression Model through F Test and T test , and interpretation of output model MINITAB 14. Multiple linear regression result there is positive influence of variant of tourism product variables (0,384) and tourism product variant (0,455) to visitor interest of tourism edu mina 84,4% and the rest equal to 15,6% explained by another factor. There is a positive influence of product variant on the interest of visitors of edu mina wisata together or partially.

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Financial Position on Stock Returns for 2017-2019 period, (2) Effect of Profit and Loss on Stock Returns for 2017-2019 period, (3) Effect of Changes in Equity on Stock Returns for 2017-2019 period, (4) Effect of Cash Flow on Stock Returns for 2017-2019 period, (5) Effect of Financial Position, Profit and Loss, Changes in Equity and Cash Flow simultaneously on Stock Returns for 2017-2019 period. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of agriculture sector companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted using a sample of 16 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test, it was concluded that the Financial Position, Profit and Loss, Changes in Equity and Cash Flow did not have a significant effect on Stock Return partially. Based on the F test it was concluded that the Financial Position, Profit and Loss, Changes in Equity and Cash Flow did not significantly influence the Stock Return simultaneously.

This research is motivated by the importance of the role of each employee in the company. Therefore, companies need to increase their attention to the quality of their employees, both in terms of the quality of knowledge and skills, careers and welfare levels. Employee performance will be greatly influenced by several factors, both those originating from workers and those from the company. As a form of remuneration for the company for theperformance of its employees, it is necessary to provide rewards in the form of incentives. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the incentives and motivation given to employees affect employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods by using data collection techniques and distributingquestionnaires then the results of the research are analyzed using the SPSS application. Prestasi belajar siswa akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal yaitu soft skill dan metode belajar role playing. Kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal merupakan bagian dari soft skill yang kurang dikuasai dan metode pembelajaran yang monoton menyebabkan prestasi mahasiswa akuntansi Sidoarjo rendah secara rata-rata dari semester II (dua) sampai VI (enam) dan dari 3 (tiga) Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dan Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latief Sidoarjo. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill dan metode belajar role playing berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar, diperlukan bukti emperis apakah soft skill dan metode belajar role playing membuat prestasi akademik mahasiswa akuntansi akan meningkat. Populasi penelitian 137 mahasiswa tersebar di 3 (tiga) Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 92 mahasiswa dengan teknik sampling acak (tobulasi Isac dan Michael). Tiga variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: soft skill, metode belajar role playing dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa akuntansi diambil melalui kuesioner. Hasil dari variabel regresi memiliki dampak positif soft skill (0,384) dan variabel metode belajar role playing (0,455) pada prestasi akademik mahasiswa akuntansi untuk 84,4% dan sisanya 15,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif soft skills dan metode belajar role playing terhadap prestasi belajar belajar mahasiswa akuntansi secara bersama-sama atau secara parsial. Abstrak Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh soft skill dan etos kerja karyawan itu sendiri, apabila terimplimentasi kedalam kecakapan Intrapersonal dan Interpersonal dalam membentuk karakter kerja, budaya kerja dan mental kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja di perusahaan menjadi karyawan profesional dan kompeten. Untuk mengetahui proses Implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo, diperlukan pembuktian empiris apakah implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Populasi penelitian 158 karyawan yang tersebar di setiap departemen PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel 101 Karyawan dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling ( tabulasi Isac dan Michae). Tiga variabel dalam penelitian yaitu: soft skill, etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan diambil melalui kuisioner. Uji kualitas data menggunakan One Sampel Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Uji Kualitas Instrumen memakai SPSS 16, dan uji Reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan Uji Aotukorelasitas Durbin-Watson, Uji Multikolineritas dengan VIF (Varian Infalaction Factor) < 5 & R2 tinggi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dengan scater plot, Uji Normalitas p-value > 0,05, Uji Model regresi melalui Uji F dan Uji t, dan interpretasi terhadap model output MINITAB 14. Hasil penelitian dari analisa regresi memberikan pengaruh positif soft skill (0,450) dan etos kerja (0,436) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sampai 83,3% dan sisanya 16,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo secara parsial atau simultan. Kata kunci: Soft Skill, Etos Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan PT. The results of the regression analysis gave a positive influence on soft skills (0.450) and work ethic (0.436) in increasing employee performance to 83.3% and the remaining 16.7% were influenced by other factors. The conclusion is that there is a positive effect of soft skill implementation and work ethic on improving the performance of employees of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo partially or simultaneously. This study aims to find out the significant effect of profitability on the timeliness of financial statement submission, the significant effect of liquidity on the timeliness of financial statement submission, the significant effect of company size on the timeliness of financial statement submission, and the simultaneous significant influence between profitability, liquidity, and firm size on the timeliness of financial report submission. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using data analysis tool SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) IBM version 23, to measure timeliness as the dependent variable, profitability, liquidity, company size as independent variables. The sampling method is non-probability sampling purposive sampling type, then obtained samples during the study period as many as 33 of 11 companies. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have no significant effect on timeliness, while company size significantly affects the timeliness of financial report submission. In addition, the independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports

This research was conducted to obtain concrete evidence of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured in determining the selling price according to company calculations by comparing the full costing method and variable costing. The validity of the research data used technical triangulation. The research method used was interview, observation, and documentation. While the type of data used is descriptive qualitative data with data analysis carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data source used is recording the calculation of costs incurred during production, then the calculation of the selling price of the product is obtained. Judging from the calculations applied by the company, the results have not been optimal, so that the owner of the company will be better off using calculations using the more accurate full costing method.
