Abstract

This research was conducted at the study institute of Sony Sugema College (SSC), Buduran Sidoarjo. The research has a purpose to find out how much influence the Leadership Style has on Employee Performance at Sony Sugema College (SSC), Buduran Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research methods and data processing is done by SPSS software. In this case, Employee Performance is the dependent variable, while the Leadership Style is an independent variable. This study uses regression analysis with 30 respondents. The results of data processing obtained beta values of Leadership Style of 0.101 with a sig value. amounting to 0.003 or 0.3%. Sig value 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the Leadership Style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Sony Sugema College (SSC) tutoring institution, Buduran Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The era of globalization encourages companies to self-improvement in order to compete and retain its life. Required the presence of a strategic plan to implement them. Therefore, the role of accounting in a company that is indispensable in terms of decision making. Employees of the accounting department tends to have high job stress as part of their time is spent in the workplace and in the same occupation. In general, the performance of employees believed to be influenced by compensation, motivation and commitment from employees themselves, such performance will ultimately have an impact on organizational performance.To determine whether the compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of the accounting employee on manufacturing companies producing footwear in Surabaya, the research was conducted. The method used in this study is the multiple linear regression. Data used in this study is the result of primary data questionnaire with 32 respondents.Having done the analysis and discussion, it was found that the partial conclusion, motivation significantly influence employee performance, compensation and organizational commitment whereas no significant effect on employee performance. Era globalisasi mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan dan menjalani kehidupan mereka. Diperlukan adanya rencana strategis untuk mengimplementasikannya. Karena itu, peran keputusan dibuat dalam hal pengambilan keputusan. Karyawan departemen akuntansi cenderung memiliki stres kerja yang tinggi sebagai bagian dari waktu kerja dan dalam pekerjaan yang sama. Secara umum, kinerja karyawan diyakini dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi, motivasi dan komitmen dari karyawan itu sendiri, kinerja tersebut pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada kinerja organisasi, baik apakah kompensasi, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. karyawan akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Surabaya, penelitian ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Ditemukan bahwa kesimpulan parsial, motivasi, dan pengaruh kinerja karyawan, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi, sedangkan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Keuntungan betari beku yang terjual di warung dan restoran di Kabupaten Sidoarjo di pengaruhi oleh Varian jumlah pengunjung dan volume penjualan. Dirjen KKP mengungkapkan bahwa prospek pasar batari yang melimpah sangat dipengaruhi segmentasi pasar utamanya konsumen batari. Kabupaten Sidoarjo menyediakan ikan bandeng yang melimpah untuk di jadikan batari sebagai prospek usaha. Untuk mengetahui korelasi varian jumlah pengunjung dan volume penjualan terhadap keuntungan produk batari beku di warung dan restoran, diperlukan pembuktian empiris. Populasi penelitian diambil dari warung dan restoran yang ada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, pengambilan sampel 10 warung dan 10 restoran dengan teknik random sampling. Dua variabel dalam penelitian yaitu: jumlah pengunjung dan volume penjualan diambil melalui analisa data diskriptif, trend dan ekonomisnya melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji t Test dan interpretasi terhadap model (Minitab 14). Hasil regresi linier terdapat pengaruh positif variabel varian jumlah pengunjung (0,43) dan volume penjualan (0,45) terhadap keuntungan produk batari beku 86,7 % dan sisanya sebesar 13,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif jumlah pengunjung dan volume penjualan terhadap keuntungan produk batari beku secara bersama-sama atau parsial.

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh soft skill dan etos kerja karyawan itu sendiri, apabila terimplimentasi kedalam kecakapan Intrapersonal dan Interpersonal dalam membentuk karakter kerja, budaya kerja dan mental kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja di perusahaan menjadi karyawan profesional dan kompeten. Untuk mengetahui proses Implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo, diperlukan pembuktian empiris apakah implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Populasi penelitian 158 karyawan yang tersebar di setiap departemen PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel 101 Karyawan dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling ( tabulasi Isac dan Michae). Tiga variabel dalam penelitian yaitu: soft skill, etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan diambil melalui kuisioner. Uji kualitas data menggunakan One Sampel Kolmogorov- Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Uji Kualitas Instrumen memakai SPSS 16, dan uji Reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan Uji Aotukorelasitas Durbin-Watson, Uji Multikolineritas dengan VIF (Varian Infalaction Factor) < 5 & R2 tinggi, Uji Heteroskedastisitas dengan scater plot, Uji Normalitas p-value > 0,05, Uji Model regresi melalui Uji F dan Uji t, dan interpretasi terhadap model output MINITAB 14. Hasil penelitian dari analisa regresi memberikan pengaruh positif soft skill (0,450) dan etos kerja (0,436) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sampai 83,3% dan sisanya 16,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif implimentasi soft skill dan etos kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo secara parsial atau simultan. Kata kunci: Soft Skill, Etos Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Indo Plastik Abstract Improved employee performance is influenced by the soft skills and work ethic of the employee itself, if it is implemented into Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills in shaping work character, work culture and work mentality to improve performance in the company to become professional and competent employees. To find out the soft skill implementation process and work ethic affect the performance improvement of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo, empirical evidence is needed whether the implementation of soft skills and work ethic affect the performance improvement of employees of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. The study population of 158 employees spread across each department of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo. Sampling of 101 employees was carried out using random sampling techniques (tabulation of Isac and Michae). Three variables in the study are: soft skills, work ethic and employee performance taken through questionnaires. Data quality test using One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test (Minitab 14), Instrument Quality Test using SPSS 16, and Reliability test with Alpha formula. The classic assumption test uses the Durbin-Watson Aotukorelasitas Test, Multicollinity Test with VIF (Variant Infalaction Factor) <5 & R2 high, Heteroscedasticity Test with scater plot, Normality Test p-value> 0.05, Regression Model Test through F Test and T Test , and interpretation of the MINITAB output model 14. The results of the regression analysis gave a positive influence on soft skills (0.450) and work ethic (0.436) in increasing employee performance to 83.3% and the remaining 16.7% were influenced by other factors. The conclusion is that there is a positive effect of soft skill implementation and work ethic on improving the performance of employees of PT. Surya Indo Plastik Sidoarjo partially or simultaneously. Abstract

Cangkringsari Village is located in Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This village has a population of 1729 people so it produces ± 517.8 kg / day of waste. Waste management especially RW 3 is carried out by the Cangkringsari Berseri waste bank. Cangkringsari Berseri garbage bank is able to serve 66 households out of 125 households. Until now, administrative management is still done manually so that administration runs slowly. In addition, the lack of understanding of the management technology of waste bank administration causes waste management in Cangkringsari Village RW 3 to be less than optimal. To overcome these problems, the method used in this service program is to conduct socialization and training on web-based and mobile waste bank applications. Based on the results of the questionnaire showed an increase of 74% of citizens' understanding of waste bank management technology.

Abstract

A small business is a business that is included in the small industrial sector, whether carried out by individuals or households by utilizing goods to be processed to become goods that are more useful and valuable. Based on the analysis of the situation and problems that occurred in the cake mold craftsmen business group in Candi Village, Sidoarjo Regency, the framework for solving the problem is to use a training and mentoring approach method. Therefore, training related to digital marketing for a group of cookie cutter craftsmen in Candi Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The conclusion of this activity is that all members of the cake mold craftsmen business group in Candi Village, Sidoarjo Regency are of productive age, 87% of respondents can understand online marketing materials, only 13% or 4 respondents cannot understand online marketing materials, and 93% of respondents have diversify pastry mold products.
