Abstract

One of the methods used for the provision of electricity used en masse is the Photovoltaic Solar Energy system (SESF) or better known as Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant. Tawa Village which is one of the remote villages in South Halmehera Regency has not been reachable by electricity sources from PLN. As one of the villages affected by the 7.2 richter scale earthquake in July 2019, Tawa Village relies solely on Photovoltaic Power Plant for its village lighting. With limited power that is the capacity of solar panels 50 Wp, plts can only serve the needs of electricity at night and during the day there is no supply of electricity. This form of socialization is direct socialization where direct socialization is direct communication in the form of face-to-face communication between the two parties, namely communicators and communion.  In this socialization who acts as a communicator is the father of M.Yunus Hi. Abbas, ST.,MT lecturer of Elector Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University and his communion are all citizens of Tawa village. socialization activities utilization of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) in Tawa Village, it is expected that the public can understand the utilization of Solar Power Plants properly and know the stages of solar panel maintenance so as to produce solar energy sources that will be channeled into electricity that can serve household needs such as lighting lamps, televisions, radios, fans and other household needs

Abstract

Kesuksesan sistem informasi akademik (SIMAK) merupakan suatu tingkat dimana sistem informasi mampu memberikan konstribusi pada organisasi dalam pencapaian tujuannya. Sebaliknya dikatakan gagal apabila sistem tersebut kurang atau bahkan tidak dimanfaatkan oleh penggunanya. Agar suatu sistem informasi dapat beroperasi  secara  optimal,  perlu  adanya  evaluasi  terhadap  sistem  informasi. Karena biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk menerapkan sistem informasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi tidak sedikit. Program Studi Teknik Informatika telah memiliki dan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIMAK) dan perangkat pendukung yang menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan akademik maupun non akademik sejak semester ganjil tahun akademik 2014/2015.   Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey analitik, yang menggambarkan keadaan melalui analisa data primer dan data sekunder, dan data yang telah terkumpul dalam bentuk angka-angka kemudian akan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS), dan hasil dari analisa data, kemudian diuraikan secara diskripsi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIMAK) di Program Studi Informatika Universitas Khairun. Sedangkan  tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan  (3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Pemilihan mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika sebagai studi penelitian karena lebih sering menggunakan  sistem  informasi  akademik dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa pada program studi lain dalam lingkungan Universitas Khairun

Abstract

Fala Gaba-gaba is a traditional house with most of the building material coming from sago trees. Where sago trees are plants that grow a lot in eastern Indonesia including Maluku, North Maluku and Papua. Made from natural materials, coupled with an opening arrangement that adapts to the local climate makes the traditional house "fala gaba-gaba" as one of the energy-efficient buildings. The purpose of this study is to describe the construction of a traditional house "fala gaba-gaba" from the foundation, body and roof of the building associated with Energy Saving Buildings. The conclusion that can be drawn is one of the embodiments of energy-efficient buildings, this can be proven by placing the orientation of the building towards the direction of the wind and sun, wall and floor materials used, placement of openings that can maximize lighting and natural acceleration and building type which is a stilt house can maximize lighting and natural air.

Abstract

The design of a building requires various stages of calculation that consider many aspects so that the results that are in accordance with its functions are not only seen from structural aspects but also economic and aesthetic aspects are also taken into consideration. In building planning, the aesthetic and architectural development in it often leads to irregular / asymmetrical forms of buildings which then cause problems with building seismic irregularities.The building of the Universitas Khairun Postgraduate must be a strong, sturdy educational building and has an attractive and formal architectural appearance. Therefore researchers are interested in examining the structure of the building.The approach in this study is to use a qualitative and quantitative research approach. both approaches are used together or combined, where the approach is used interchangeably. In the first stage using a qualitative approach, so that the architectural concept of building Postgraduate was found. Furthermore, the structure of the building was tested by quantitative methods using the Sap 2000 program.The purpose of this study is to compile the analysis of structural and architectural concepts in the Building of the Universitas Khairun Postgraduate. Abstract

Ternate Region which was once the center of European power in the archipelago before being transferred to Jakarta by Governor-General Jan Pieterzen Coen. (1619-1623), who later renamed Batavia, was the V.O.C (Dutch East Indian Company) headquarters, the world's first multi-national company, for Southeast Asia centered on the Orange fortress Ternate. Orange fortress built by Cornelis Metalief de Jonge in 1606-1609. V.O.C. which recorded putting his governor in Ternate as many as 55 people from 1607 to 1810, depart from this history so up to now, the existence of Dutch buildings in the city of Ternate can still be found. The method used in this research, is a qualitative descriptive method that focuses on the overall description of the form, function, and periodization associated with the legacy of the Dutch Colonial Architecture in Ternate. The existence of colonial architectural heritage in Ternate becomes very important to maintain the existence of Ternate as one of the regions that have historical value in Indonesia. In order to support it, this research process becomes very important for the development of architectural science in Ternate City and the general contribution of this research is expected to complete the documentation about the development of the city of Ternate not only in terms of its history but in terms of its architectural wealth
