Abstract

Purpose–Mengukur kepuasan pelanggan sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam rangka mengevaluasi posisi perusahaan saat ini dibandingkan dengan pesaing dan pengguna akhir, serta menemukan bagian mana yang membutuhkan peningkatan. Pengertian kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan konsumen merupakan hasil dari adanya harapan atau tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan kinerja yang dirasakan setelah mengkonsumsi suatu barang atau jasa.Design/methodology/approach –Adapun metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dan di kombinasikan dengan analisa jalur sehingga mengetahui bagian mana yang menunjukan pengaruh yang lebih kuat.Findings – ditemutkan bahwa Kualitas layanan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah sehingga nasabah bisa melakukan pembelian ulang kepada produk yang di tawarkan.Research limitations/implications–penelitian ini hanya berpusat pada penelitian yang menggunakan vaariable kualitas dan kepuasan saja sehingga perlu adalanya uji lebih lanjut untukmendapatkan pengaruh otensial dari loyalitas nasabah, sehingga implikasinya mampu meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan keuntungan dari loyalitas nasabahOriginality/value–penelitian ini menggunakan metode path sehingga nilai eror yang di munculkan bisa menggambarkan nilai pangaruh yang paling signifikan antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the model of human resource development carried out by banana chip SMEs to increase their sales turnover and the human resource development carried out by banana chip SMEs to increase sales turnover. Design/methodology/approach – This research is categorized as field research, namely, research carried out in the actual field or field, based on data obtained by researchers, both primary and secondary data. To obtain the right data and information, the data collection methods used include interviews, observation, and documentation by sampling the entire population as well as a sample of 32 MSME outlets. Findings – Based on the HR development carried out by all MSMEs of banana chips in increasing sales turnover and based on the Islamic Economic Perspective, it is considered not good. This is because of the 32 MSMEs as a whole, almost no one pays attention to the development of human resources, starting with the development of employee knowledge, employee skills, employee expertise, and employee insight. Only 2 MSMEs pay attention to the knowledge and skills of their employees because they carry out special training, especially in the field of marketing, namely e-commerce, improving services, and prioritizing branding. Research limitations/implications – This research is only used in some areas with a little sampling, but it is not representative of any research on the same idea. Maybe soon the researcher will use more sampling. Originality/value – One of the major impediments to the development of SMEs in East Java is the low quality of human resource development. This also happened to the MSMEs producing banana chips in Malang. Furthermore, several banana chip entrepreneurs experienced a drop in business, which had an impact on sales turnover. Abstract

Hedging is an alternative to risk management that aims to protect the assets of a company from losses caused by the risk. This research aimed to analyze the influence of corporate value, liquidity, leverage, growth opportunity, financial distress, and firm size on the hedging decision of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were 24 manufacturing companies that were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2021 which had been selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used logistic regression. The research result showed that corporate value, liquidity, and growth opportunity did not give any significant influence on the hedging decision whereas leverage, financial distress, and firm size had a significant influence on the hedging decision.
