<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The obstacle for Integrated Development Post of Non Trasmitted Diseases cadres in their role is to be incompetent and competent. The purpose of this study was to study the role of cadres in efforts to increase the Integrated Development Post of Non Trasmitted visit at the Jaten Public Health Center. This type research was deskriptive. The sample in this study consisted of 8 cadres; and 40 Posbindu participants. Research data collection by interviewing and observing PTB postbindu activities. Research data were analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the role of cadres as coordinators and activators of good participation by as many as 19-20 people (47.5% -50%). While the role of cadres as pematau and counselor roles is lacking by 15-24 people (37.5% -60%). Obstacles in carrying out their roles are the cadres’ lack of competence and skills. The conclusion of this research is the role of cadres as coordinators and mobilizers can be heard higher than its role as a monitoring factor of interests and counselors. Keywords: role, cadre, Integrated Development Post of Non Trasmitted ABSTRAK Kendala kader posbindu dalam menjalankan perannya adalah dinilai kurang kompeten dan terampil terkait program posbindu PTM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kader dalam upaya peningkatan kunjungan posbindu penyakit tidak menular di Puskesmas Jaten. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 orang kader; dan 40 orang peserta posbindu. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap kegiatan posbindu PTM. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis conten/isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kader sebagai koordinator dan penggerak dinilai baik oleh sebanyak 19-20 orang (47.5%-50%). Sedangkan peran kader sebagai pematau dan konselor dinilai kurang oleh 15 – 24 orang (37.5%-60%). Hambatan dalam menjalankan perannya adalah kompetensi dan ketrampilan kader terglong kurang. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Peran kader sebagai koordinator dan penggerak dapat diperankan lebih otimal dibandingkan dengan perannya sebagai pemantau faktor resiko dan konselor.
