Abstract

This study aims to reveal,produce data and facts whether the death penalty is something that is in line with human rights and the Bible as a Christian foundation. The benefits of this research theoretically provide an understanding to the wider community about the death penalty and human rights, increase and equip society to have This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, this method is used for social and humanities research and can also be used in theological studies. The results of this study indicate that the death penalty in Indonesia is a standard and legal matters in the Criminal Code, even though human rights are not in line and in agreement with its implementation, the death penalty will still be implemented if the Criminal Code does not undergo a revision in the chapter that contains the death penalty. The implementation of this research is to teach every person or Christian to be the authority to accept and be responsible for receiving the death penalty, because it is impossible for the death penalty to be given to a person who has not committed a crime.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah LGBT,memiliki hak untuk hidup berdampingan dalam masyarakat sosial,dan bagaimana agama khususnya agama Islam dan Kristen yang ada di Indonesia berperan dalam pembinaan kaum LGBT.Dan bagaiamana HAM yang ada di Indonesia dalam pengambilan keputusan tentang keberadaan LGBT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bersumber pada LGBT sebagai sumber data .Berdasarkan pembahasan LGBT berhak hidup berdampingan dan agama yang diyakini kaum LGBT berperan dalam melaksanakan pembinaan karakter dan pembinaan iman untuk kembali menjadi manusia yang takut akanTuhan.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Agama yang di yakini belum berperan maksimal terhadap hak azasi pada LGBT untuk hidup berdampingan dengan masyarakat sosial khususnya masyarakat keagamaan.Dan HAM belum dapat mengambil keputusan atau kebijakan pengakuan atas keberadaan kaum LGBT

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the church as a divine institution based on 'Love' is able to become a forum for LGBT people and become a bridge to humanize humans. The research used in this article is a qualitative method with a postpositivism philosophy. This method is used for social research, humanities and theology. The objects of research are the church, LGBT and human rights. The results of this study the authors found several church policies related to LGBT and human rights. One of the policies related to LGBT is to become a born again human being, namely repentance. Then for those who have repented, there is coaching, so that LGBT people are able to manifest themselves in the church community and social society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa bisnis bagi mahasiswa teologi demi peningkatan pendapatan dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif filsafat postpositivisme..Metode ini digunakan untuk penelitian social humaniora dan teologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilakukan tanggal 6-10 Juli 2020. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa teologi banyak yang berjiwa bisnisdan hal ini untuk membantu mahasiswa untuk mandiri dan mampu membuka lapangan kerja selain pelayanan dan peningkatan pendapatan dimasa mendatang.
