Abstract

ABSTRACT: Ideally every company should be aware of the importance of the role of PR as part of its management system. In it, it must be run by departments, units, divisions with specific programs and evaluations to ensure that all of the company's vision and mission achieve its goals. The purpose of this research is to explore the application of internal communication in implementing the role and function of Public Relations in Building the Reputation of Gunung Steel Group based on the 2016-2017 case study. This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the implementation of GSG's public relations, the activities of the public relations function during the aforementioned period and the last. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with advanced case study methods with a qualitative approach using primary data, namely active participant observation and unstructured interviews with key & supporting informants.The results of this study illustrate that GSG does not have public relations as a state of being, but GSG still carries out public relations as a communication technique, and so far GSG public relations practitioners are run by a designated department. The synergy of each department in carrying out every public relations activity at GSG and working with the concept of Management by Objective (MBO), everyone plays a role in building the company's reputation. Driven by a sense of responsibility, loyalty and a high sense of belonging, carry out public relations work in accordance with their respective roles and functions. As a proud result, the internal GSG relationship is very conducive and is said to be "no conflict".

Abstract

Studi ini memaparkan pemprosesan pesan dalam komunikasi pemasaran personal selling dan word of mouth dengan menggunakan pemprosesan pesan model heuristik dan sistematik dalam membentuk sikap membeli konsumen, dari penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pengambilan keputusan konsumen untuk membeli mobil dalam komunikasi personal selling merupakan suatu pengambilan keputusan yang beresiko tinggi karna ada nilai investasi yang tidak murah, untuk itu dibutuhkan pemprosesan yang pesan yang bersifat sistematik, sedangkan pemprosesan pesan pada komunikasi word of mouth kedua model pemprosesan pesan secara heuristik dan sistematik di dominasi pemprosesan pesan secara sistematik walaupun nilainya tidak lah terpaut jauh

Abstract

The family is the foundation of the formation of a healthy living character, because it is from the family that the formation of a healthy living character actually begins. Good or bad a person's healthy way of life is clearly determined by the parenting pattern developed in the family. A mother becomes a good uswatun hasanah for her children, in realizing the child into a whole person who brings goodness to himself, his family, society, country, and the universe (maslahah). Approach The group communication pattern applied is an approach that can be better understood as a pattern of interaction than as a set of specific skills. This study aims to determine the pattern of communication in Healthy Sharing activities with Fatayat. This study was dissected based on the concept of group communication patterns, using a qualitative approach research method with a descriptive method. The results of the research are communication patterns, communication patterns, network communication schemes, all channels or star patterns and communication patterns, group interaction analysis, and character education by interacting and sharing education.
