Abstract

This study aims to clarify the influence of Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning per Share (EPS) simultaneously and partially to the closing price of the stock and explain which variables are teh dominant influence closing price of the stock. The sampes in this study were 21 Property and Real Estate companies listen in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Resultof study  using F test indicates that the variables ROI, ROE, NPM, and EPS have a significant influence on the closing price of the stock. Partially by t test concluded that partial ROI and EPS variabels that significantly influence the closing price of the stock, while the ROE and NPM does not significanly influence the closing price of the stock. This study shows that the variable EPS has dominant influence on the company’s closing prices on the Property dan Real Estate company. Keywords : Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning per Share, Closing Price, Property and Real Estate. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, dan Earning per Share secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap harga penutupan saham dan menjelaskan variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap harga penutupan saham. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 21 perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdafatr di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel ROI, ROE, NPM, dan EPS mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga penutupan saham. Secara parsial dengan uji t disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel ROI dan EPS yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga penutupan saham, sedangkan variabel ROE dan NPM tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga penutupan saham. Penelitian ini menunjukan variabel EPS yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap harga penutupan saham pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate. Abstract

The research is the effectiveness of TAI method and crossword puzzle media in teaching writing recount text at tenth grade SMAN 1 Grogol. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using TAI and Crossword Puzzle methods as learning media in writing. This study uses quantitative methods in a quasi-experimental design. Sample classes at SMAN 1 Grogol are X-IIS 3 and X-IIS 4. There are 32 pupils each class. employing questionnaires, pre- and post-tests, and other data collection methods. Four students in both the experimental class and the control class met the criterion for success or earned the KKM score, according to the pre-test findings. Only 12.5% of people who take the pre-test succeed. And the post-test results revealed that 26 students in the experimental class were able to meet the success requirements, with a percentage of 81.25%. Only 12 students in the post-test class meet the success criteria, with a percentage of 37.5%. The value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 represents the outcome of the independent sample test. According to the survey's findings, the majority of students chose "yes" to each of the four questions. It may be concluded that the TAI technique and Crossword Puzzle medium are effective for training class X SMAN 1 Grogol students to write recount texts.
