Abstract

This study aims to develop instruments that marketers can use in developing digital marketing in their industry. The method used is applied research and constructivism point of view. Researchers conducted interviews and developed digital marketing strategies. The results of this study explain that call to action provides consumer effectiveness in purchasing products. However, it is necessary to encourage promotion through ig paid to provide a wider range of promotions. This study also explains some important things to consider in preparing the target market by analyzing customer personals and designing customer journeys.

Abstract

The consumer journey is one of the marketing techniques that must be considered by business owners. From the customer journey, business owners can develop 2 outcomes, including the conversion of marketing activities to sales, and also advocates from advocates who have purchased or even only seen reviews of the consumer journeys they have experienced. The application of computer technology as a tool that is absolutely used as the main support in business competition and the support of good human resources. To support this achievement, it is necessary to have an information system that can assist in facilitating all processes required by the company. The problem with Coffee Frequency is how to design a sales information system that is appropriate and needed by Kopi Frequency. With the aim of research to create an application that can process sales data on Frequency Kopi computerized and provide a customer journey strategy for the owner of the Coffee Frequency Coffee Shop. The data collection method used by the author is qualitative with a case study approach by applying Research and development (R&D). This study resulted in a sales information system design to process data, in the form of goods data, supplier data, incoming and outgoing stock data, so that the sales process can run more precisely and quickly and provide a pleasant customer journey.

Abstract

Small and medium micro enterprises or commonly called SMEs is wrong one supporter of the economy that must be developed. Recently economic growth is directed at developing industrial sectors, and small and medium-sized micro enterprises (SMEs) really contribute substantially to economic growth. In the development of SMEs in the form of cooperative institutions that serve the community in general, such as sharia financial services cooperative, this cooperative in serving the community to meet various obstacles that are still faced and the main obstacle is the cost / capital for small businesses. In reality there are some possible sources of funding for small businesses, but are delayed by lack of information and again small industries (SMEs) do not have adequate administrative facilities which is one of the requirements to obtain credit. To solve the problem, then comes BMT. BMT is a financial institution in charge of distributing financing / credit for micro, small and medium enterprises with credit procedures that are faster, safer, efficient and easy. The purpose of the cooperative form such as BMT is to prevent loan sharks and the practice of bonds. In providing financing BMT cooperatives require certain guarantees as a condition of members in obtaining loans, which reduces the risk of credit loss. In providing BMT cooperative financing more selective to its members. Capital established the cooperative BMT from the board and permanent members BMT who provide basic fee as the initial capital of the cooperative, and then other permanent members who join in the business in the Cooperative BMT, which is also operated there are daily administrators and regulatory bodies.

Abstract

Every company has a desire to be able to fulfill the interests of its members and shareholders. In this era, of course the company also has a goal to develop its business to be more advanced and have high competitiveness with other companies. To achieve these goals, the company must have qualified and superior human resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work facilities on employee productivity at PT Mega Persada Indonesia. Work discipline is a form of employee control to create behaviors that are consistent with company rules in the implementation of work that is more productive and shows the sincerity of work in the company. Work facilities are anything that can facilitate efforts and expedite work in order to achieve a goal. With the suspected hypothesis that there is an influence of work facilities on employee productivity at PT Mega Persada Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT Mega Persada Indonesia which is located at Jalan Raya Condet No.136 East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 13250. The population is 75 employees. The sample is 75 people. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, linearity tests, coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was obtained that the calculated F value was 89.702 with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it shows that work discipline work facilities and work training have an influence level of 0.714 (74.1%) on employee work productivity, while the rest 28.9% influenced by other factors. All X variables in this study (discipline and facilities) together have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.
