Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and the Covid-19 pandemic with excellent service as an intervening on the productivity of vocational high school education in Bogor Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique involving 100 educational activists such as educators, students, vice principals to principals at 20 public and private vocational high schools in Bogor Regency. The instruments used in this research are the organizational climate scale, the Covid-19 pandemic and the excellent service scale and the education productivity scale. Analysis of the data used is analysis. The analysis test in this study will test normality, linearity, and simple regression using intervening or path analysis. The correlation coefficient value generated based on the analysis of the results that have been carried out shows the significance value of Variable X1 (Organizational Climate) of 1.00 greater than 0.05 and X2 (Covid-19 Pandemic Regulations) and Variable Z (Excellent Service) of 0.000 more smaller than 0.05. This means that X1 has no significant effect on the Y variable (Vocational High School Productivity) while the X2 and Z variables have a significant effect on the Y variable (Vocational Productivity).

Abstract

English Version The research methodology used was a qualitative survey field survey consisting of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bogor Province, BPS of the Republic of Indonesia and Manpower Office of Bogor Province as primary and secondary data and This is a qualitative literature review. This is the format of data on labor productivity, hourly productivity and wage productivity in Bogor province from 2017 to 2021. The results of this study show that it is the level of proficiency in information technology that affects labor productivity in Bogor province, and that most of the workers in Bogor province have low educational attainment (below middle school). increase. The proportion of workers with upper secondary education is low. As workers with lower secondary education, labor productivity is the key to increasing competitiveness and vitality (especially in the economic sector) in the future creative period, especially in Bogor province Indo Version Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif studi lapangan dan kualitatif studi pustaka (literature review), yang terdiri dari Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bogor, BPS Republik Indonesia, dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor sebagai data primer dan data sekunder di penelitian ini berupa data produktivitas tenaga kerja, produktivitas jam kerja, dan produktivitas upah di Kabupaten Bogor selama periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penguasaan teknologi informasi mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bogor, tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bogor mayoritas berpendidikan rendah (SLTP ke bawah), walaupun selama tahun 2017-2021 mengalami penurunan trend, proporsi tenaga kerja berpendidikan menengah ke atas lebih kecil daripada tenaga kerja berpendidikan menengah ke bawah, produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi kunci peningkatan daya saing dan kebangkitan (khususnya sektor perekonomian) di masa kreatif pada masa yang akan datang di Kabupaten Bogor khususnya.

Abstract

Masa remaja awal merupakan masa ketika seorang anak tumbuh ke tahap menjadi seseorang yang dewasa yang tidak dapat ditetapkan secara pasti. Remaja mulai mempunyai kapasitas untuk memperoleh dan menggunakan pengetahuan secara efisien mencapai puncaknya dikarenakan pertumbuhan otak mencapai kesempurnaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para siswa terkait perkembangan pola pikir remaja di era globalisasi dan teknologi. Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era informasi dan teknologi, dengan perubahan yang cepat, pertambahan yang signifikan dalam lingkungan masyarakat sebagai akibat dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta pengetahuan yang membeludak. Remaja yang memiliki pola pikir yang baik, dapat menjadi pribadi yang berpikir secara sistematis dan lebih bisa berinteraksi dengan orang lain baik secara akademik maupun non akademik. Abstract

Supporting Indonesia's educational vision, and as part of efforts to restore learning, the Merdeka Curriculum (which was previously referred to as a curriculum prototype) was developed as a curriculum framework that is more flexible, while also focusing on essential material and developing the character and competence of students. Efforts to run an independent curriculum at this time, is one of the efforts to be able to implement it in the implementation of the curriculum, and teachers are very important in playing and implementing this independent curriculum to the fullest and can run well. The implementation of Community Service (PKM) carried out by STKIP Kusumanegara Lecturers was in the form of training on the implementation of the independent curriculum for teachers delivered to teachers under the auspices of all RA (Raudhatul Atfal) in Bogor district. This training is delivered in a systematic and simple manner so that it can be understood easily and can have a significant impact in realizing education for students. The result is an increase in teacher understanding in three aspects; (1), theoretically, (2), how to implement it, and (3), how to develop a curriculum.
