Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya pembangunan hunian di Jakarta, para pengembang mulai melakukan strategi branding terhadap produk property yang dijual. Brand merupakan identitas atau nama yang mewakili produk secara keseluruhan baik produk itu sendiri, jasa yang diberikan produk tersebut, perusahaan yang memproduksi, maupun hal-hal terkait lainnya. Sedangkan Branding adalah bentuk strategi, metode, cara atau upaya menyampaikan Brand sebuah produk kepada konsumen, agar produk tersebut dikenali oleh masyarakat. Berkaca kegagalan pada suatu proses strategi branding di Pruitt-Igoe dimana disana mengandaikan bahwa desain fisik dan strategi branding yang baik dapat menjadi penentu keberhasilan atau kegagalan hunian publik, Penting untuk ditelusuri sejauh strategi Branding serta desain dalam praktik pengembangan hunian di Jakarta.. Tulisan ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang strategi Branding terhadap proyek hunian di Jakarta dengan menunjukkan sikap rasional dan empiris sesuai pemahaman bacaan Geoffrey Boradbent dan J.M. Bochenski yaitu: Mengetahui penerapan strategi Branding dengan sikap rasional terhadap hunian di jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran, dimana metode kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data residensial dari buku direktori REI 2011 dan 2015, dan metode kualitatif melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap beberapa objek hunian yang dipilih secara acak.

Abstract

In this increasingly advanced era, there are more and more developments in architectural spaces that provide a variety of experiences for the users. These architectural spaces are generally created from the elements in the form of the surface (floor), the wall (barrier), and the roof (ceiling) which are combined with accessibility for user movement. The purpose of these elements is to fulfill space requirements that can provide a specific experience for the user. These developments are further explored in the article, in term of psychological and its relation to architecture, that the alignment of a series of plot (narrative) and spatial experiences can evoke positive emotions and feelings. This article aims to analyze the processing of a series of plot (narrative) in space so that later alignment can provide a different experience individually by emphasizing the supporting elements.

Abstract

The Gedebage Primary Center is planned to answer the problem of population density and activity density in the North Bandung Region as the Primary Center for the City of Bandung, so that the Gedebage Region is designated as the Second Primary Center for the City of Bandung in the Urban Spatial Plan. One of the infrastructures that has been built is Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium. This study aims to determine the perceptions and preferences of the people of Bandung City regarding aspects of space size, security, comfort, and circulation conditions to the research area. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method using SPSS software. The benefit of this research is to add information about the perceptions and satisfaction of the people of Bandung City towards the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium as a sports facility and one of the public space facilities. From the research conducted, the results of the analysis show that in terms of people's perception of the use of space, it is necessary to expand the jogging track and bicycle path because most of the people who come to the sports area are for jogging and cycling activities, coupled with supporting facilities, for commercial activities and recreation.

Abstract

Islamic housing design concepts can be explored and inspired in designing built environments with Islamic values in Indonesia. Currently, new housing is mushrooming that is being offered by developers. One of the branding strategies undertaken by developers in the city of Depok is to promote shari'ah branding in sales. The purpose of this study focuses on housing that uses the Shari'ah branding strategy in the city of Depok by exploring whether the housing also uses the concept of Islamic architecture. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method, where the selection of housing samples has been determined and carried out an assessment based on the data that the author has, namely housing with sharia branding that uses an Islamic architectural style. Previous research discussed the shape, pattern, and character of Islamic residential houses. Meanwhile, in this research, a typological study was carried out on the arrangement of Islamic residential areas, with limited physical and philosophical studies. Based on the results of qualitative research on the Implementation of Islamic Architecture Concepts in Barazaki Residence Housing, Depok, the concept of Islamic Architecture has not been applied either to the principles of architectural appearance or the principles of Islamic architectural space.
