Abstract

This research is in the background behind the making of posyandu activity reports every month which experience problems in data processing. Technology that is currently developing can be used to help process posyandu data. Then the posyandu information system for toddler is designed to help in the monthly posyandu data processing and learning process product. The purpose and this research is to design, posyandu information systems for toddler that are valid, practical, and effective to be used in the process of posyandu activities and learning process. The method used in this study is the waterfall method with the requirements analysis, system design, implementation, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance stages. System design includes use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, design tables and input process output designs. Then implemented into PHP programming language by using the MYSQL database. The results showed that expert validation with an average percentage by media experts was 84% and material experts were 85.95% so it can be concluded that the information system is very valid. Cadre response was 87.1 so it can be concluded that the information system is very good. Practical test results with an average percentage of 85.24% which means very good so that it can get practical information. The results of the effectiveness test using the IKP formula were obtained at 85% so it can be concluded that the information system is very effective to use.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Adi jaya Grosir is that the administrative process and the making of the financial statements of profit or loss obtained by the administration officer must go through a manual and not integrated process. Difficulties occur in calculating the amount of income earned by each sales. And it is difficult to know the number of stores that actively order products from this because there is no accounting information system, so the process is still manual. In this study the software used to build the system is Balsamiq Mockups for designing systems, PHP programming scripts and using MySQL as the database. The results obtained are financial data recapitulation. The system provides a report menu that is integrated between sales transaction data and financial statement data, so that it can obtain reports based on date. This system also generates income reports for each salesperson. With this system, the operation manager and administration staff can see the number of stores / customers who are actively ordering products from Adi jaya Grosir. This system produces accurate financial reports because the process is integrated. Reports generated by accounting information systems for making web-based financial statements can be printed and exported in the form of a .pdf file.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss the potential of applying AI to improve PM activities and how project managers can objectively comment on issues of responsibility in taking action, accountability in decision making and the still important need for human reasoning. In the context of project management, AI has introduced new methods and techniques that enable project managers to work more quickly and efficiently. However, the unique complexity of projects can become a bottleneck in automating complex activities. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on exploring potential applications of artificial intelligence in project management. This study captures and discusses state-of-the-art research regarding AI applications in PM, providing strong evidence to highlight the benefits of AI techniques in providing intelligent solutions by learning from previous data even with incompleteness and uncertainty in an automated, efficient and reliable manner. The method used in this research is a literature review on the application of artificial intelligence in project management. Related research in the project management domain was collected to prepare a database for review. Then, the current use of AI in real-time projects and enterprises is evaluated for a more in-depth analysis. The research results show that AI has the potential to significantly improve project management processes in developing planning phases, conducting project charters, and integrated change control. The potential application of AI to enhance PM activities can objectively comment on issues of responsibility in taking action, accountability in decision making, and the critical need for human reasoning. AI is anticipated to categorize, measure and forecast potential risks associated with project performance and their relevant impacts, to carry out reliable investigations and analysis in advance regarding broad aspects of project management.

Abstract

Inklusi keuangan UMKM dapat dibedakan berdasarkan tiga indikator utama. Karakteristik individu yang menjadi determinan inklusi keuangan di UMKM adalah tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, dan usia. Sementara para pelaku usaha UMKM sendiri memberikan gambaran bahwa sektor ini memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dalam menunjang perekonomian. Untuk UMKM sendiri telah membantu untuk menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan yang cukup luas bagi masyarakat terutama untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang bisa membantu perekonomian keluarga, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Banyak usaha UMKM yang besar dan berkembang dari ibu ibu rumah tangga yang mungkin secara tingkat pendidikan tidak sampai di bangku kuliah. Sementara untuk usia sendiri banyak usaha usaha UMKM yang bermunculan karena faktor situasi dan kondisi sekarang ini, bisa saja karena cuaca, pandemi, atau banyaknya pengangguran. Sehingga usaha UMKM ini dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja yang memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi. Manfaat penggunaan QRIS bagi UMKM adalah efisiensi dalam transaksi. Dengan menggunakan QRIS, transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan juga efisien. Kecepatan dalam bertransaksi ini juga akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Informasi seperti ini penting sekali diberikan kepada Ibu ibu rumah tangga dan dapat disosialisasikan melalui kegiatan PKK. Pelatihan Edukasi Penggunaan InterActive QRIS Dalam Mendukung Inklusi Keuangan yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Dosen Universitas STEKOM dari berbagai lintas bidang ilmu bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang penggunaan QRIS kepada Ibu ibu kader PKK di Desa Nepen, Desa Kopen dan Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Teras , Kabupaten Boyolali. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman dan pratek Ibu ibu pengguna UMKM di desa desa tersebut terkait penggunaan QRIS.
