Abstract

This study aims to describe the targets of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah, to know the factors in learning progress, and the implementation of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah, Kec. Huristak, Kab. Old Field. This study uses library research, data collection methods through online-based interview methods, namely by using the Whatsapp application. The findings that the researchers have found are: 1) that the strategic management targets at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah support projects and instructive exercises in encouraging learning progress. 2) the learning progress factors at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah have been in accordance with the vision and mission set by the school. 3) the implementation of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah can help the completion of the learning system in schools.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) merupakan suatu wadah dimana kegiatan belajar masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan/keahlian, hobi, atau bakatnya yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan sendiri oleh masyarakat sekitar. Salah satu contohnya yaitu sebuah Pendidikan Luar Sekolah (PLS) di Paud Kartini Sidodadi Kecamatan Pangkatan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu. Sejalan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta masalah-masalah pendidikan masyarakat serta kebutuhan akan pendidikan masyarakat, definisi PKBM terus disempurnakan terutama dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kebutuhan lembaga, sasaran, kondisi daerah serta model pengelolaan. Faktor penunjang keberhasilan pengembangan program PKBM di Paud Kartini Sidodadi Kecamatan Pangkatan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu meliputi: a) kemampuan mengidentifikasi dan mencatat kebutuhan masyarakat (warga belajar), b) melayani kebutuhan dan minat warga belajar dalam kegiatan yang bervariasi atau sesuai kebutuhan dan minatnya, c) memobilisasi sumberdaya yang ada di masyarakat, d) membangun kemitraan dan kerjasama secara terbuka secara terbuka dengan berbagai lembaga atau oranisasi, sehingga PKBM mampu mengembangkan berbagai aktivitas pembangunan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal, e) memonitor perkembangan kegiatan serta keberhasilan sehingga dijadikan dasar pengembangan program ke depan, f) mencatat berbagai kelebihan dan kekurangan dari kegiatan yang dikelembagaan PKBM.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education policies at MTsN 3 PALAS, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the impacts and solutions of implementing character education policies for students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. With the research subject of the principal, homeroom teacher and students. Supported by data collection techniques using the method of observation, observation and interviews as well as documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of character education policies at MTsN 3 PALAS is carried out by school members by implementing them in the teaching and learning process, 2) supporting factors, namely good cooperation between school members, student awareness, a conducive environment and activities that programmed. 3) The inhibiting factors are the teacher's limitations in carrying out character education, the lack of parental supervision of children 4) the solution to the obstacles is an individual approach to students and the impact of implementing this character education policy is to create self-confidence and discipline.
