Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Fungsi supervisi manajerial pimpinan dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan kualitas guru di Pesantren Modern Ta’dib Al-Syakirin Medan, (2) Proses Tahapan yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam mengimplementasikan fungsi supervisi manajerial di Pesantren Modern Ta’dib Al-Syakirin Medan, (3) Kualitas Guru di sekolah Pesantren Modern Ta’dib Al-Syakirin Medan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan pengkajian dokumen. Adapun langkah yang ditempuh dalam menganalisis data adalah dengan cara menyusun data, menghubungkan data, mereduksi, menyajikan data, kemudian disimpulkan. Sedangkan dalam mengkaji kevalidan atau tingkat kepercayaan data yang disajikan berikutnya dilakukan uji tingkat kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan, dan kepastian.Hasil temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan empat temuan yaitu: (1) Fungsi supervisi manajerial pimpinan dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan kualitas guru belum adanya keterbukaan dan transparansi serta kerjasama yang baik antara pimpinan dengan seluruh guru,(2) Proses Tahapan yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam mengimplementasikan fungsi supervisi manajerial bahwa sistem demokratis dan delegasi merupakan suatu sistem yang dilakukan pimpinan belum menunjukkan secara kapasitasnya, (3) Kualitas Guru di Pesantren Modern Ta’dib Al-Syakirin Medan belum memenuhi kompetensi kualitas serta standar untuk menjadi acuan sebagai guru yang berkualitas.

Abstract

الإنسان مخلوق اجتماعي الذي يحتاج إلى إنسان آخر لقضاء حاجتهم في الحياة. وهذا يسمى بالمجتمع الذي تقع فيه حياة اجتماعية بين الناس. لو رأينا بعض الناس, ينتقلون إلى مكان آخر و يتركون قريتهم لأشياء معينة منها العمل, بسبب عدم العمل و قلة المال الذين وجدوها في مسكنهم القديم يسبب انتقالتهم. ليس بسبب ذلك فقط, لكن بسبب النظام من الحكومة التي تنظم النظام "التناسخ". اختلاف المجتمع والإخلاط بينهم في مكان جديد, تحدث المشكلة في اللغة خاصة العربية هم لا يعرفون اللغة العربية, لا يستطيعون نطق حرف الهجئية الصحيحة ومع قراءة القرآن, هذا وجدنا بعد أن رأينا وتأملنا في القرية "سيكارابنك" مدينة سبل السلام حينما نقوم بتعليم اللغة العربية مع الأطفال و الطلاب والمجتمع, كثير منهم لا يعرفون العربية. ولو كذلك هم يشعرون بالسرور عند تعلم العربية يستطيعون بعد ذلك ولو كان قليلا. للناطقين غير العربية يحتاجون إلى طريقة مناسبة لتحقيق الأهداف في تعلم اللغة العربية. وهذا البحث يقوم بدراسة الوصفي

Abstract

Transformational leadership is leadership that is able to create fundamental changes and is based on religious values, systems and culture to create innovation and creativity of its followers in order to achieve the vision that has been set. This research method uses a qualitative approach to library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. Related to this, transformational leadership can be seen as a process of influencing, at the micro level influencing between individuals and at the macro level an attempt to mobilize power to change social systems and improve institutions, especially madrasah/schools. At the macro-level analysis, transformational leadership performs activities such as expressing and mediating conflicts between groups. Conflicts between groups create organizational constraints, but at the same time can be useful for mobilizing followers towards organizational commitment.

Abstract

Teacher Training Management at Darul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Medan. This study aims to determine: (1) Teacher Training Planning, (2) Teacher Training Organizing, (3) Teacher Training Implementation, (4) Teacher Training Supervision. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collected by observation, interviews, and reviewing documents. The findings of this study reveal four findings, namely: 1) Teacher training planning is contained in the vision, mission and goals of the pesantren and in collaboration with the government or other agencies, whether it is held by public or private universities, 2) Organizing teacher training involves several things, namely: discussion methods and training strategies, as well as democratic leadership in terms of encouraging teacher training motivation, 3) The implementation of teacher training is designed by providing opportunities for teachers to follow it and take a psychological approach and also give appreciation and reword for achievements, 4) Supervision of teacher training This is done by calculating the percentage of training activities and holding teacher performance evaluation meetings and implementing the results of the training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of leadership communication in decision-making policies at the modern Islamic boarding school Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Titi Kuning Medan. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Arabic Language Education Curriculum Management at STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang is the only strata 1 university in Sumatra that requires all students to apply. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study are a. Arabic Language Education Curriculum Planning; B. Implementation of the Arabic Language Education Curriculum. What this as-sunnah university does can be a model for other universities that have a similar vision, especially in the development of foreign language skills, especially Arabic.

Abstract

Community service activities are a community service activity that is needed by students to hone student skills and personalities so that they can go directly to the community. Therefore the KKL conducted by STAI AS-SUNNAH students aims so that all elements of society can participate in this activity by "Turning Ramadan in the Middle of Covid-19". This activity was carried out in West Sumatra to be precise in Solok, Tanah Datar Regency, Bukittinggi, Payakumbuh, and Fifty Cities Regency. The community participation in this activity, thank God, is quite a lot. Because many problems are spread in the community in the form of Tauhid, tahsin and tahfidz, scientific cycles, and other religious activities, we have taken several programs related to things that are being needed by the community in the hope that after holding the KKL it will benefit the community and increase knowledge. public knowledge, especially in the field of religion. The methods used in these activities are online and offline. And the result of this activity is that people know tauhid correctly, know the correct makharijul letters and tajwid, can add memorization and memorize memorization, and know knowledge about Islam such as the nature of ablution and the prayers of the prophet sallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, know surah in prayer and other religious sciences.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of education financing management at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative policy analysis method. Data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School Medan's education financing was managed in three stages. The three stages are as follows: (1). Planning entails creating work schedules and budgets for Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School Medan. (2). Implementation entails: a) Education Financing Sources at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan: Education funding is derived from students' monthly and annual educational development contributions, as well as unrestricted non-donors. b). Implementation of Education Financing at Ta'dib Al-Syakirin Modern Islamic Boarding School, Medan; Fixed costs in education include the salaries of all educators and education personnel; electrical power services; water; Wi-Fi (internet network) providing equipment for stationery shopping; and non-routine cost requirements such as the cost of repairing facilities and infrastructure due to disaster damage or the period of resilience of goods; and maintenance of Islamic boarding school goods. (3) The evaluation includes the agency's accountability audit report; the repair is carried out in two stages over the course of a year.

Abstract

Professionalism of teachers and lecturers is the ability of teachers and lecturers to apply and be consistent with their competencies when carrying out tasks, such as the teacher's ability to be able to develop potential and arouse students' interest, have self-confidence, be able to provide motivation and inspiration to students, visionary, innovative towards learning, able to control yourself, commitment, and responsibility. The education policy made by the government to continue to develop the teaching profession as a profession that is strong and respected along with other professions can be seen from the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers which seeks to develop the teaching profession through legal protection. This journal discusses the urgency of the teaching profession in which the teacher has a strategic role and position in the implementation of the teacher as the front guard and a pioneer of educational success. In addition, this journal will also describe issues and phenomena from public policy by including the process of analyzing and implementing public policy. The conclusion of this journal is leaning towards the existence of teachers in education, the authors view that teachers are not only a profession but rather as companions, educators, teachers, directors and determinants of educational outcomes. Therefore the government must be able to accommodate efforts to improve and develop teachers as well as in the process of monitoring teachers after training or various other improvement efforts.

Abstract

Merdeka Learning is a new policy given by the government to promote quality education. Quality education is education that is able to carry out the process of maturing the quality of students which is developed by freeing students from ignorance and incompetence. With quality education, generations or superior human resources will be born in all aspects of life. Many policies have been carried out by the government to improve the quality of education, such as the independent learning policy. Educational institutions are no less lagging behind in improving the quality of education by continuing to improve the quality of human resources and the quality of learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, where descriptive research in this case is research that aims to describe the independent learning policy as an effort to improve the quality of education.
