Abstract

Pasar modal salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu negara dan sarana representasi untuk menilai kondisi perusahaan-perusahaan disuatu negara; karena hampir semua industri di suatu negara terwakili oleh pasar modal. Semakin besar saham yang dimiliki; maka semakin besar pula kekuasaannya di perusahaan tersebut. Hanseng merupakan Bursa Saham Hong Kong dan Nikkei merupakan Bursa Saham Tokyo. Jaringan saraf tiruan salah satunya algoritma hebbian; pada algoritma hebbian aturan pelatihan yang paling awal dan paling sederhana untuk jaringan syaraf tiruan secara umum. Pada aturan hebbian  ini pelatihan yang terjadi yaitu dengan memodifikasi kekuatan sinapsis (bobot). Data ditunjukkan dalam angka bipolar yaitu (1 dan -1). Dengan menggunakan metode jaringan saraf tiruan-algoritma hebbian maka dapat membandingkan antara nikkei dan hanseng mana yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in the running of an agency. Good employee management will greatly affect the aspects of the success of the performance of the employees, if the employees can be well organized, it is expected that the company can run everything well. The problem of subjectivity in evaluating the performance of the best employees is almost unavoidable. To improve employee performance, companies really need to carry out the process of selecting the best employees in determining the best employees for each predetermined period. It is necessary to develop a computerized decision support system so that decision making in determining the best employees can be done quickly, precisely and accurately and free from subjectivity, by using a support system using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique).

Abstract

The development of information technology has now experienced very rapid advances in communicating, accessing data or information through various media, one of which is through website media on the internet. Security in the storage of data or information is very important. Pt. Pegadaian are worried that if they will use the application, it is not safe and when stored in a database, because data and information are important and are still vulnerable to theft and misuse by certain parties which can cause huge losses. In designing this application, the author created a method by means of an encryption process. Caesar Cipher cryptography uses number keys to encrypt and Base64 systems to represent byte data as ASCII characters.
