Abstract

Islamic banking as a business institution based on sharia values ​​and principles, the qualifications and quality of human resources clearly demands an integration between "Knowledge, skill and ability" with moral commitment and personal integrity. Emphasis on the aspect of morality, which in this trend is believed to be the key success factor for the "key success factor" in business management, financial institutions and Islamic banking, namely Al-siddiq (true, honest), Al-amanah (trusted, credible), Al- tabligh (communicative, transparent) and al-fatanah (smart, professional) are as important as knowledge, abilities and skills. JeThe type of research used in this research is quantitative research with causality research design. Quantitative research method is a research method with data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Based on the philosophy of positivism and is a scientific/scientific method because it has fulfilled scientific principles, namely concrete/empirical, objective, measurable, rational and systematic variablesremuneration policy directly significant effect on professionalism. Sharia Remuneration variable directly has a significant effect on professionalism. Human resources variables directly have a significant effect on professionalism, Sharia remuneration indirectly through human resources has an insignificant effect on professionalism, Sharia remuneration variables directly have no significant effect on human resources, variableremuneration policy directly does not have a significant effect on professionalism.

Abstract

Although the market share of Islamic banking is still relatively small, the growth and development of Islamic banking and financial institutions in Indonesia has been quite encouraging. To support the process of socialization and institutionalization of sharia banking working better, the existence of reliable and highly qualified Human Resources is indispensable. This article examines the characteristics of Sharia-based human resources derived from the philosophical framework of Islamic Economics. There are at least four Islamic philosophical basis of economics, namely tauhid (monotheism), justice and balance, freedom, and responsibility. For Islamic financial institutions, both banking and non-banking, as the business institutions based on values and principles of sharia, the qualification and quality of human resources are about an integration between the “knowledge, skill and ability” (KSA) with moral commitment and personal integrity. Some morality aspects referred here are alShiddiq (true, honest), al-amanah (trustworthy, credible), al-Tabligh (communicative) and al-fathanah (intelligent, professional). Moreover, in managing a business, the moral aspects were even as “key success factor”.

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara kecerdasanemosi, kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) serta dampaknyapada Kinerja Pegawai UIN SU Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan merumuskanhipotesis, mencari korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisis Path(Path Analisis)Teknikanalisis jalur ini akan digunakan dalam menguji besarnya sumbangan (kontribusi) yang ditunjukkanoleh koefisien jalur pada setiap diagram jalur dari hubungan kausal antar variabel X1, X2 dan X3tehadap Y serta dampaknya kepada Z dan dilakukan pengujian statistik untuk menerima ataumenolak hipotesis. Abstract

Zakat sebagai suatu kewajiban yang mendasar, memiliki penggunaan tertentu menurut ukuran yang telah diatur oleh syariat. Selain memiliki tujuan ibadah, zakat juga bertujuan untuk merealisasikan fungsi-fungsi sosial dan ekonomi dalam masyarakat Islam. Revitalisasi manajerial lembaga zakat ke arah yang lebih baik dan memenuhi standar manajemen mutu menjadi sangat penting, agar mendapat kepercayaan dari publik dan tercapainya tujuan pensyariatan zakat, dan juga harus berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai dan bingkai syariah (comply to syariah principles). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi model manajemen mutu bagi BAZNAS Provinsi Jambi berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini merupakan data sekunder dalam bentuk literatur dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisa melalui metode deskriptif. Konstruksi model ini diperlukan dalam rangka membangun, mengembangkan dan memantapkan keberadaan ilmu ekonomi Islam, terutama dalam bidang manajemen melalui penelitian yang terus menerus.

Abstract

Implementation of good governance in cash waqf institutions is a must. But in its implementation in West Sumatra there are still various problems in governance which have an impact on not maximizing the collection of cash waqf. Through the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach this study tries to answer several questions: (1) what are the priority issues of cash waqf management, (2) What are the priority solutions for cash waqf management and (3) what are the cash waqf management strategy in West Sumatra. The results showed that the priority of problems in cash waqf management in West Sumatra in priority order were Human Resources (0.371), regulation (0.243), accountability (0.200) and products (0.184) with the rater agreement (W: 0.377). Priority results solutions with Human Resource solution sequences (0,367), regulator solutions (0.267), product solutions (0.183) and accountability (0.181). The results of the rater agreement with the value (0.348). While the results of the strategy in the order of collaboration with the Tungku Tigo Sajarangan are the top priority with a value (0.366), public education about cash waqf (0.324) and nazhir guidance and mauquf alaih (0.308). The rater agreement value is equal to (W: 0.111).

Abstract

Relations between Muslims and non-Muslims will often experience disruption / friction if not addressed wisely, especially in terms of social politics, the order of social life. In Islam, Religion and Politics two things are difficult to separate. This often becomes a polemic to produce many interpretations and frictions in various regions and majority Muslim countries. Interpretation of the Qur'anic verses relating to religious and political relations also has a variety of colors and patterns which in the end can also produce identity theory in the practice of life. This paper aims to look at the opinion of Ibn Atsur in terms of the relationship / relationship between Islam and non-Islam, in what way and practice how Muslims and non-Muslims can work together and coexist and in terms of what and how they should be separated. Writing that uses this character qualitative method tries to look at the data based on Ibn Atsur's interpretation in his book "al-Tahr r wa al-Tanwir" and is combined with his political attitude described in his books and scientific books which tell him about him in facing the political situation in Tunisia. In interpreting the verses relating to interfaith relations, Ibn Atsur looks more broadly giving freedom to non-Muslims. For example in interpreting Qs. Al-Mumtahanah verse 8-9 he said the reason for the prohibition of doing good to non-Muslims was hostility and in conditions of war "Religion" not other than that. Reasons other than religion cannot be justified in not doing good to non-Muslims and may do good to non-Muslims in all forms of goodness that are related to muamalah and relations between people. Even in terms of this flexibility politics also caused Ibn Atsur to face mass slander by being considered a supporter of the invaders for supporting dual citizenship in Tunisia and not at all suspicious of the French-Catholic colonialism when he appointed him Shaykh al-Isla Christian development in Tunisa. In other cases, Ibn ‘Ashur also displays a different attitude with other interpreters. In an interpretation of QS. Al-Maidah: [54], he said that it was not permissible to appoint Christian and Jewish leaders because of their religious differences. He added that making Jews and Christians as leaders could cause someone to get out of Islam (apostasy). Even in his political stance, Ibn Atsur once said that non-Muslims should not be made members of Shura or Majilis (Parliament, a type of DPR-MPR) on the grounds that they would never think of the religious interests of Muslims. Thus Ibn Atsur has an ambiguous attitude and changes in interpretation and progressive attitude by some scientists call him seeing the situation and the condition of the people he faces (dialectic).

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to uncover and map the problems faced by Islamic microfinance institutions (BPRS) both in terms of social and management. Afterward itrevealed, the solutions, strategies, and priority rankings of long-term alternative strategies were revealed using the analytic network process (ANP) method. The methodology used in this study is qualitative which aims to capture the views of sharia experts and scholars on the development of sharia microfinance institutions. The research findings related to the development model of Islamic microfinance institutions are (1). Criteria for the development of Islamic microfinance institutions include management issues,competition issues, policy issues and risk issues. Management problems are the dominant problems found in Islamic Microfinance Institutions with a value 0.427.Then followed by regulatory issues and 0.293 risks and finally 0.278 competition issues, the appraiser's agreement was 0.456 or 45.6%. (2).Then the determination of strategic planning with a value of 0.382 and affirmation of the value of the company and local genius 0.230,rater agreement 0.382 or 38.2%. These results show that the direct involvement of the Muslim community in West Sumatra as shareholders, founders and administrators has not been able to improve the quality of human resources in Islamic microfinance institutions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan memetakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga keuangan mikro syariah (BPRS) baik dari sisi sosial maupun manajemen. Setelah itu, terungkap solusi, strategi, dan peringkat prioritas strategi alternatif jangka panjang dengan menggunakan metode analytic network process (ANP). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjaring pandangan para ahli dan cendekiawan syariah tentang perkembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah (BPRS). Instrumen analisis yang digunakan adalah Analytical Network Process (ANP) yang digunakan untuk menemukan permasalahan dan prioritas solusi dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian terkait model pengembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah adalah (1). Kriteria isu pengembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah meliputi isu manajemen, isu persaingan, isu kebijakan dan isu risiko. Masalah manajemen merupakan masalah yang dominan ditemukan pada Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah dengan nilai 0,427. Kemudian disusul masalah regulasi dan risiko 0,293 dan terakhir masalah persaingan 0,278, kesepakatan penilai 0,456 atau 45,6%. (2). Kemudian penetapan strategic planning dengan nilai 0,382 dan penegasan nilai perusahaan dan local genius 0,230, rater agreement 0,382 atau 38,2%. Hasil ini menunjukkan keterlibatan langsung masyarakat muslim Sumbar sebagai pemegang saham,pendiri dan pengurus masih belum mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di lembaga keuangan mikro syariah.

Abstract

This research begins from unavailability of basis in selecting legal verses. Therefore, this research aims to construct foundation of selecting legal verses starting from the selection done by al-Tahawi. This research is a normative law research (doctrinaire, dogmatic). The research object is legal verses of alTahawi’s selection found in Ahkam al-Qur’an. The object is approached by using mimetic and objective approach. There are two foundations used by al-Tahawi in selecting legal verses; textually and contextually. The textual foundation consists of the availability or unavailability of mukallaf action in a verse. The contextual foundation consists of asbab al-nuzul and explaining hadis. From the selection basis, the characteristic of legal verses is also constructed textually and contextually. The textual characteristic consists of key words showing law content such as: la junaha, laisa haraj, urrima, uhilla, kutiba, faridah, al-salat, al-saum, al-zakah, al-hajj, ar-rafas. Contextual characteristic consists of: asbab al-nuzul of a legal verse should be related to a legal matter; and there are explaining hadis showing the existence of law content in certain verses
