Abstract

Perkembangan tehnologi dan komunikasi mengakibatkan kebiasaan membaca masyarakat terhadap suatu bacaan semakin berkurang  Diperlukan sebuah kegiatan yang  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat  tentang manfaat kebiasaan membaca dalam keluarga, Program ini dilakukan di desa Sumber Jaya,  Kampung Melayu Kota Bengkulu Program kegiaatan ini dilakukan atas beberapa tahapan yaitu (1 ) sosialisasi tentang manfaat membaca dalam keluarga , ( 2 ) Pengadaan bahan bacaan  dan membentuk pojok baca di sekolah dan rumah warga. ( 3 ) Mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman masyarakat dalam membudayakan kebiasaan membaca . Hasil kegiatan ini   sangat bervariasi yaitu : (1 ) Adanya kelompok masyarakat yang sudah menyadari tentang pentingnya dan manfaat membaca  dan  orang tua menyediakan bahan bacaan ( 2) Kelompok masyarakat yang mampu untuk menyediakan bahan bacaan atau pojok baca dirumah mereka tapi mereka tidak peduli tentang menumbuhkan minat baca pada anggota keluarga mereka (3 )Kelompok masyarakat yang menyadari manfaat membaca tapi belum mempunyai kemampuan untuk menyediakan bahan bacaan ( 4 ) Kelompok masyarakat yang belum melaksanakan program kebiasaan membaca  karena  ketidakmampuan mereka menyediakan bahan bacaan dan juga tidak peduli dalam meningkatkan minat baca pada keluarga merekaKeyword :Budaya Membaca , Literasi, Keluarga . Abstract

The purpose of this activity is so that UPPKA groups can understand online sales, so it is necessary to be trained and accompanied by doing online marketing. Usually in online sales the duration of promotions is limited to a small amount of time, for that is why learn to pack the product promotion as well and effectively as possible so that buyers want to buy because they understand the composition and usefulness of the products sold. This sales promotion activity carried out live selling is expected to be sustainable for other groups, so that the UPPKA group built by BKKBN can be known by the people of Bengkulu in particular and the people of Indonesia in general

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Reading Questioning and Answering (RQA) learning model in online learning on student learning outcomes. The method used is a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control-group pre-test/post-test design. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling of the eighth grade students of SMPIT An-Nida' Lubuklinggau. The online learning media used is WhatsApp with data collection instruments in the form of cognitive learning outcomes tests with 20 multiple choice questions. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the RQA learning model in online learning on improving student learning outcomes in Integrated Science subjects at SMPIT An-Nida' Lubuklinggau. In conclusion, the RQA learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes online in Integrated Science subjects at SMPIT An-Nida' Lubuklinggau. Abstract

This study aims to: Determine the student's decision to choose the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This Research Type is Qualitative Research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study, namely the decision making to choose to enter the Economic Education Study Program in terms of the indicators of decision making in choosing the study program: The purpose of the 2020 students entering the economic education study program is not only to become professional teachers but also to be able to work as entrepreneurs, businessmen and bank employees. . Collecting information Economic education students get information from various aspects, for example from the surrounding environment, and from UMB brochures or advertisements. Interests of students choosing to enter the Economics Education Study program according to their own wishes and get support from their parents, siblings, etc. The best choice for students is that the Economics Education study program is the right choice of alternative majors to continue in higher education because it has broad job prospects. And Statisfaction students assess that the Bengkulu Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University has the facilities, infrastructure, lecturers and supports students to get satisfactory grades.

Abstract

This study aims to look at: 1) Professional Social Studies teacher class VIII at SMP Negeri 65 Bengkulu Utara, 2) student learning outcomes in social studies subject class VIII at SMP Negeri 65 Bengkulu Utara, 3) The relationship of professional teachers to student learning outcomes in subjects Social Studies Class VIII at SMP Negeri 65 Bengkulu Utara. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is statistical analysis using the following steps: Editing, scoring, and testing the hypothesis using the r product moment formula. After the data was collected and the research results were obtained as follows: 1) Professional Social Sciences teacher class VIII at SMP Negeri 65 Bengkulu Utara is 76.5 2) The average value of class VIII students in social studies subjects is 83.34 3) Professional teacher and student learning outcomes there is a significant relationship, professional teachers with student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with a relationship between the two variables of 20.1%, then 79.9% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procession of Masuk Kaum, the meaning of the symbols that contained in the ceremony and also to view the social activities, cultural and economic community after Masuk Kaum in Muko Muko. The approach of this research was descriptive qualitative which starts from the phenomenological view. The source of the data was primary data that was related to the data of population and the condition of the area of investigation, while the secondary data was related to the data which was obtained from the study from other researcher. Data collection was done by doing observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Descriptive qualitative was chosen as the technique of data analysis with steps of descriptive observation, participatory observation, analysis of regional taxonomic analysis and componential analysis. Based on this research it was known that Masuk Kaum was done because of mixed marriages and the use of the customs of Muko Muko which was done by the newcomer. The procession was done in traditional ceremonies. The person who played a role in the process is the head of the tribe. The equipment of procession Masuk Kaum used traditional symbol which were ayam singgang, eggs, nasi kunyit, and water. The social study: there is no difference of social interaction immigrant communities who alredy Masuk Kaum. The economics study: economic activity is not limited to the immigrant communities who already Masuk Kaum. The Cultural Study: Using custom and have rights to a title for newcomer who already Masuk Kaum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data in this study the authors use 2 sources of primary data and secondary data. The subjects in this study were lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu with the position of Head Lector. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display and Conclusion Drawing/verification. The results of this study showed that most of the lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu found online learning to be less effective.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat berwirausaha siswa di jurusan kriya kreatif batik dan tekstil kelas XII SMKN 5 kota bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini analisa data deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 26 orang siswa jursuan kriya kreatifbtik dan tekstil mata pelajaran batik kelas XII SMKN 5 Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari analisis data adalah sebanyak 19 siswa memiliki rasa ketertarikan untuk menggunakan kemampuan keterampilan membatik yang telah mereka diperoleh ketika di SMK untuk nantinya dapat digunakan untuk berwirausaha membatik atau menjadi pengrajin kain batik basurek dan sebanyak 7 siswa di jurusan kriya kreatif batik dan tekstil kelas XII SMKN 5 Kota Bengkulu Siswa-siswa tersebut merasa tidak tertarik untuk berwirausaha membatik dikarenakan sebagian dari siswa tersebut masih ingin melanjutkan pendidikan ke bangku kuliah. Disamping itu sebagian dari siswa tersebut memang tidak berminat untuk menjadi pengarajin kain batik basurek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 09 Kaur, to determine the interest in independent learning of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 09 Kaur and to determine the effect of critical thinking skills on the interest in independent learning of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. The sample in this study was 30 students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression, determining simple linear regression equations by calculating the average and testing the regression linearity using the ANOVA table. Based on the results of the analysis of research data and the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of critical thinking skills on the interest in independent learning of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 09. It can be concluded that the ability to think scores reach 38.8, the number lies between 38-46 in the criteria table assessment with a very good category, this shows the ability to think critically is very good. Interest in learning scores reached 34.7 based on the assessment criteria table. This figure is between 29-37, with a fairly good category. This means that interest in independent learning is quite good. Based on the results of statistical data analysis carried out using the simple linear regression formula, the value of the simple linear regression equation is Y = 0.957 + 0.870X. Based on these results, we get Fcount of 77.88 and Ftable at a significant level of 5% of 4.20. If Fcount is greater than Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (77.88> 4.20), so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on critical thinking skills and interest in independent learning. Furthermore, testing the determinant coefficient r2 = 0.735 or 73.5% critical thinking ability is influenced by interest in independent learning, while the rest is influenced by other variables of 26.5%.
