Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Work Discipline and Communication Services Organization against rice distribution to the poor in the district of Tangerang City Batuceper. For variable research is a discipline of work (X1), organizational communication (X2) and service distribution of rice for the poor employees (Y). The method used is quantitative method with associative kind that explains the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Survey conducted on 102 employees in the district of Tangerang City Batuceper sampled from the total number of employees 115 people and literature as empirical studies support material. Hypothesis testing is done through the use of data processing package SPSS for Windows version 2013 statitisk correlation analysis method, determination coefficient and linear regression. As for the validity of the instrument is carried out through the test of validity, realibitas, normality and linearity data. Based on the analysis, the relationship of labor discipline (X1) with rice distribution services for the poor employees of rX1Y = 0.281 with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.079 with a regression equation Y = 56 180 + 0,263X1 while communication organization (X2) on rice distribution services for poor (Y) of rX2Y = 0.289 with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.83 with a regression equation Y = 57.217 + 0,248X2. The relationship between the discipline of work and communication organizations jointly positive effect of increasing the rice distribution services for the poor (Y) in the district of Kota Tangerangdengan Batuceper low leverage levels. This is evident from the results of calculation of correlation coefficient = 0.360 rX1X2Y that produce value determination coefficient of 0.1298, which means that the variation can be explained by the variable Y X1 for 12.98% and it is predicted through linear regression line equation y = 45.584 + 0,208X1 + 0,200X2. The conclusion of this study is evidence of the influence of labor discipline and organizational communication to service of distributing the rice to the poor clerk in Kecamatn Batuceper Tangerang City, so it is suggested the need for the application of the system of rewards and pusnihment, in order to consider the condition of the organization's communication of employees through their indicators, namely: the need for achievement, need for power and the need for affiliation, and to optimize the results of their research to be pursued further research, especially on variable epsilon

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kemampuan kerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dalam menerima pelayanan publik pada Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Untuk variabel penelitiannya adalah kemampuan kerja (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2) dan kepuasan masyarakat (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif yang menjelaskan hubungan diantara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya. Survey dilakukan terhadap 100 masyarakat yang menerima pelayanan di Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang dari jumlah keseluruhan masyarakat sebanyak 132.617 orang masyarakat yang berusia di atas 18 tahun serta studi pustaka sebagai bahan pendukung kajian empirik. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui pengolahan data yang menggunakan paket program SPSS for Windows versi 20.00 tahun 2013 dengan metode analisis statitisk korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan regresi linear. Adapun kesahihan instrumen dilaksanakan melalui uji validitas, realibitas, normalitas dan linearitas data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan kemampuan kerja pegawai mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Karawaci sebesar sebesar 32,95 %. Kemampuan kualitas pelayanan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Karawaci sebesar sebesar 44,22 %. Kemampuan kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Karawaci sebesar sebesar 52,00 %. Abstract

memberikan servis ekosistem secara signifikan. Taman jota didefinisikan sebagai manfaat yang berasal dari ekosistem ruang terbuka hijau itu sendiri bagi manusia, baik langsung ataupun tidak langsung. Sebagai contoh, taman kota dapat menyerap emisi karbon dioksida dan menghasilkan oksigen, memperbaiki kualitas udara dan air, mengatur iklim mikro, mengurangi kebisingan, melindungi tanah dan air, mempertahankan keanekaragaman hayati serta memiliki nilai rekreasi, budaya dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara pelaksanaan pengawasan dan pembangunan taman kota yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Tangerang. karena selama ini, yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan taman yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah Kota Tangerang menjadi tanggung jawab dinas ini guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan kecukupan oksigen bagi kelangsungan hidup masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis asosiatif yang mengukur persepsi responden atas alat angket yang mereka isi. Adapun responden penelitian adalah pegawai Bidang Pertamanan dan Dekorang yang berjumlah 64 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan dapat diterima kebenarannya secara analisis statistic. Dan dimana pengawasan mampu mempengaruhi pembangunan taman kota sebesar 59,84% dan diantara keduanya memiliki sifat hubungan yang positif. Kata Kunci : Pengawasan, Standarisasi, Pembangunan

Abstract

Tangerang Mayor Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Tangerang City became the legal umbrella for the implementation of PATENT in all Sub-Districts in the Tangerang City area, including Karawaci District. With the PATENT, customers will not need to go to the Tangerang City Government Center, but simply submit administrative requirements to the sub-district officer and subsequent arrangements will be made by the sub-district officials. So that the service is completed in the sub-district. While for the types of small-scale licenses can be submitted entirely to the sub-district. The research method used is a qualitative method. This method is used to answer research problems, namely how is the implementation of prime public services referring to PATENT based on Minister of Home Affairs Number 4 of 2010 and Indicator of Community Satisfaction Survey based on Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16 of 2014
