Abstract

The function of shielding gas is the most importance in gas metal arch welding, because it protected the oxidation from out side. Argon and CO2 are the shielding gas that often used, choosing the CO2 on mixing shielding gas for some reasons that is readystock , cheap and good penetration.The aim of this research are to know the influence of welding current and mixing shielding gas Argon – CO2 against tensile strength and impact strength on weld of medium carbon steel dual phase. The method of this research as follow AISI 1045 steel forged on temprature 900°C - 950°C then dual phase on 770°C holding tome 90 minutes as dependent variables. The Welding currents are 80A, 100A and 120A , mixing shielding gas , Argon – CO2 : ( 0 – 100%), (100% - 0) and (50% - 50%). Both are as independent variables. Tensile strength and impact strength are as fixed variables.From this research, It can be concluded that welding current and shielding gas have the influenced toward heat input and caused the weld metal fusion or unfusion. This situation influenced toward tensile strength and impact strength.It was prooved that on 80A for the 3rd shielding gas had defect (incomplete fusion and porosity) so the tensile strength and impact strength was very low. On 120A, ArCO2 mixing shielding gas had the highest tensile and impact strength because no defect in it, good fusion. Abstract

In neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar urban village, many young people are unemployed and have high motivation in restricting their village in RT environment, besides because in neighborhood RT. this is a lot of activities and there is no suitable place in the preparation of the current event or is being done on the road by installing tents from the rental of a large enough cost and hi cash RT. From the above problems and initial surveillance from the authors agreed to be given training and education of Electrical Electrical to make the framework of the terop on the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.4 in Tunjungsekar Village to be used as the provision of his life. The purpose of this PKM is: 1. Helping the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to get Electrical Laser skill, 2.Helping youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 in making frem of tend, which many use electric welding machine , 3. Helping youths in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to gain knowledge in work with Electrical Welding machine so that it will improve their competitiveness and income. The results obtained in this PKM is 1. the presence of awning in the neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar Village, which can be used alone or rented so that it can raise the cash RT. 2. The youth have welding skills so as to be able to increase their income. and 3. Youth groups in the environment has a welding machine from donation Polytechnic of Malang.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pendidikan prasekolah bagi anak-anak usia dibawah 7tahun ialah play grup,serta taman kanak kanak. di desa desa dan kecamatan terdapat banyak pendidikan Taman Kanak Kanak serta play grup.. Pendidikan ini pada umumnya dikelola swasembada , karena pemerintah belum banyak menyediakan bantuan pendidikan Taman Kanak Kanak khususnya di tingkat desa . sehingga kebanyakan Taman Kanak Kanak di daerah pedesaan itu swakelola. Kecamatan Kalipare terletak 45 Km kearah selatan kota Malang, dan Di Desa. Kaliasri masih belum banyak TK karena untuk mendirikan TK maupun playgrup banyak persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi : guru yang kompeten dibidangnya, gedung sekolah, ruang bermain, sarana bermain dan fasilitas lain yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar. itu semua memerlukan dana yang cukup besar. Dengan jumlah fasilitas bermain yang masih minim TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 3 Kaliasri.terus meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan prasekolah kepada masyarakat sekitarnya. Dalam operasional sehari-harinya dana yang diperoleh dari masyarakat sangat kurang, sehingga untuk pelaksanaan harian dan pengembangan sarana penunjang untuk bermain bagi anak-anak peserta didik tentu saja tidak mungkin. Oleh karena itu dengan adanaya pengapdian masyarakat ini maka sekolah merasa sangat terbantu dengan ditambahnya sarana bermain “Hang ledder”
