Abstract

This PPM is held to reformulate the determination of the basic water tariff on the clean water management unit that is part of BUMDes Desa Wringinsongo, a method used with a qualitative approach where the team identifies the problem of the partner, then determines the objectives, reformulates and implements the partner. PPM results recommend the use of water account applications as well as admin fee of Rp.1000

Abstract

Pembelajaran interaktif dengan memanfaatkan fitur live-streaming dengan Zoom untuk guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NU Putri kota Malang bertujuan mengasah skill guru untuk mengakomdasi aktivitas pembelajaran daring yang interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan mitra, observasi dan pengajuan solusi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Permasalahan yang ada di MI NU Putri kota Malang adalah belum meratanya penggunaan teknologi oleh guru yang menunjang pembelajaran daring. Pelatihan untuk guru dengan memanfaatkan live streaming Zoom menjadi solusi yang diajukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada mitra. Pelatihan ini bersifat peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk menunjang pembelajaran daring. Sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan untuk semua guru di MI NU Putri kota Malang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan teknik mengajar yang menarik minat siswa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Sehingga nantinya tercipta pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efisien. Manfaat lain dari pelatihan ini nantinya guru juga bisa menggunakan fitur live streaming Zoom untuk menunjang aktivitas selain pembelajaran, seperti workshop ataupun seminar yang bisa diadakan secara hybrid (luring dan daring).

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Pajak Daerah Kota Malang Sebelum dan Setelah Covid 19-. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan pajak daerah di kota Malang sebelum dan setelah pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan perhitungan tarif pajak dari tahun 2011-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan realisasi pendapatan daerah, Kota Malang mengalami kenaikan di tahun 2021 dan mengalami penurunan di tahun 2020, namun kenaikan di tahun 2021 tidak setinggi pada tahun 2019. Berdasarkan proyeksi dan skema optimis, moderat, dan pesimis pendapatan daerah Kota Malang mengalami kenaikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pajak daerah Kota Malang secara umum mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2018-2021. Abstract: Article’s Title. This study aims to anlayze the development of local taxes in the Malang for the period 2011-2021 (before and after covid 19). This research uses qualitatives descriptive analysis. Data analysis uses the approach to calculating tax rates from 2011-2021. The results showed that based on the realization of regional income Malang City experienced an increase in 2021 and decreased in 2020, but the increase in 2021 was not as high as in 2019. Based on the projections and schemes of optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic, Malang City’s regional income increased. So it can be concluded that Malang Regional taxes in general have increased in 2018-2021

Abstract

This research was sparked from the diversity of research results regarding gender equality in the accounting profession. Many studies have concluded that equality between women and men especially in the accounting profession. On the other hand, there are also many studies that find that gender discrimination against female accountants is still rife. Based on this fact, this research expands the study of gender equality within the scope of vocational education by combining quantitative studies through measuring the perceptions or beliefs of female academic accountants using the Career Pathways Survey (CPS) and qualitative methods using phenomenological approach. The results of a survey of 50 female and an empirical study of 5 of them resulted in findings that gender equality has not been fully realized. The “voice” of female is divided into two parts: women who feel gender equality and women who experience gender discrimination. The reality arises from the organizational environment but cannot be separated from internal influences. Female academic accountants feel that feminist stereotypes are indeed “decent” to limit their career development steps. On the other hand, female academic accountants in polytechnic circles who are classified as advanced state that there is no difference in treatment between women and men.
