Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies learning material Types of work in class III SDN Cibubuan 1. This is thought to be caused by social studies conducted less than optimal because the media used by teachers is less effective so students lack enthusiasm in the process learning. This research is a classroom action research method of 11 students in class III, carried out in 2 cycles where each cycle through planning, implementing actions, observations, and reflections with data analysis through observation sheets of learning implementation of student motivation and tests objective abilities of students. After using the mosaic learning media, it is obtained an improvement in the process and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the motivation of students in the initial data that the criteria are lacking, the first cycle increased to sufficient criteria with a score of 40, and increased again in the second cycle to a good criterion with a score of 50. Student learning outcomes have also increased, it can be seen from the average value of student learning test results before using the mosaic media, which is only 60.90 after using the mosaic media, the average value of students in cycle 1 increased to 71.18, at cycle II the average value of students again increased to 82.72. The number of students who achieved the KKM score also increased, in the initial data the number of students who achieved the KKM value was 36%, in cycle 1 it increased to 54%, and cycle II increased again to 90%. From the above data it can be concluded that the use of mosaic media with natural materials can improve motivation and learning outcomes of social studies material types of work in grade III students of SDN Cibubuan 1

Abstract

This research is motivated by low activity and learning result of IPS of V student of SDN Pasanggrahan I Sumedang Selatan Subdistrict Sumedang Regency, especially on material of struggle of Indonesia against invaders. To solve the problem, the researcher tried to apply the media of the board paragraph. With the application of the media paragraph board is expected to increase student activity and student outcomes. In this research the researcher formulate research problem that is whether by using media of activity board paragraph and result of study of student of class V SDN Pasanggrahan I Sumedang Selatan District Sumedang Regency on material of struggle of Indonesia against penajajah can be improved. The formulation of research objectives focused on the activities and learning outcomes of IPS. The purpose of this study is to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students by using media paragraph board on the material struggle of the Indonesian nation against invaders. The research design used in the research process is classroom action research (PTK). This classroom action research is carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of observation techniques and test techniques. Instruments used in the form of tests and observation guidelines. Assessment of student activity in the first cycle reached 45% (very good category), 25% (good category), 25% (enough category), 5% (less category), and 0% (very less category) and cycle II increased to 65 % (very good category), 25% (good category), 10% (enough category), 0% (less category), and 0% (very less category). Student learning outcomes cycle I learning mastery reaches 70% and cycle II increased to 90%. From the exposure of these data can prove that the use of paragraph media board can improve the activity and learning outcomes of IPS in the material struggle of the Indonesian nation against the invaders in class V SDN Pasanggrahan I Sumedang Selatan District Sumedang Sumedang Year 2016/2017

Abstract

Bermain, adalah suatu pendekatan pembelajaran jasmani yang dapat diberikan di segala jenjang pendidikan baik dari jenjang kelompok bermain (Kober) sampai pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di tingkat Universitas. Pendekatan bermain ini diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar. Pada penelitian ini dikaji bagaimana pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dapat mengembangkan kreativitas gerak dan daya analisis anak ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Dari hasil kajian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan bermain memiliki nilai kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan sesuatu yang anak rasakan dan pikirkan. Dengan bermain, anak sebenarnya sedang mempraktekkan keterampilan dan anak mendapatkan kepuasan dalam bermain, yang berarti mengembangkan dirinya sendiri. Dalam bermain, anak dapat mengembangkan otot kasar dan halus, meningkatkan penalaran, dan memahami keberadaan lingkungannya, membentuk daya imajinasi, daya fantasi, dan kreativitas.
