The development of soft skills at the Association of Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel in Batam City District can be fulfilled through a Multimedia learning model based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The training for developing multimedia learning media based on Information and Communication Technology aims to provide skills in making interesting multimedia learning media in a relatively easy way. The method applied in this activity is the Method of Presentation, Demonstration and Practice. Presentation method is used for software introduction using Microsoft Powerpoint 2016. Demonstration method regarding program operation and Practice Method, namely making learning media directly by participants according to their respective subjects by utilizing these programs. The results of this study are: First, the training provides several materials related to efforts to improve the quality of learning by providing knowledge about the use of the Powerpoint Program to create interactive games as an attractive and interactive ICT-based multimedia learning media, Second, the material presented is acceptable, digestible, and well understood by the participants, Third, the activity went smoothly, on time and as expected.

The material provided in this training is divided into 3 groups, namely Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and Microsoft Paint groups. The briefing material given to the Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 group was the introduction of spreadsheets, starting from worksheets, to the use of functions and formulas to solve problems. Activities are carried out based on the division of the ability/skill level of each teacher. Teachers who have been proficient are grouped separately from teachers who are still new to computers so that coaching is more intensive. Teachers who are still laymen are guided and accompanied by instructors starting from the procedure for turning on the computer, opening files, saving files, using the mouse, basic typing, introduction to computer parts to the procedure for turning off the computer. The introduction to the spread sheet material begins with explaining worksheets, menu functions, and how to create borders, introducing cell alignment, and introducing Microsoft Excel formulas and functions to solve a particular problem/case. So far we have known more or less about Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007, and the latest we know is Microsoft Office 2010.

The large number of bicycle enthusiasts has made the demand for bicycles increasing, not only new bikes but also used bikes. With the sale, of course, there are also purchases of used bikes, which before buying, of course, you must know the buying factor for used bikes to be sold. However, as long as this business is running, there has never been an in-depth analysis of factors affecting the purchase of used bikes for sale or making a reference or standard regarding the factors that affect the purchase of used bikes for sale. Thus, many customers who have bought used bicycles have complained about used bikes that have been purchased after using them for some time. With this problem, the researcher wants to provide a solution to the problems faced by motorcycle shops so far, namely by analyzing the data on used bikes that will be sold using one of the methods in the datamining technique, namely the C4.5 algorithm. The following are the results of the research: a). If the bicycle wheels are bent, the bicycle will not be purchased; b). If the bicycle rims are not bent or normal and the bicycle komstir is rocking then the bicycle will not be purchased; and c). If the bicycle wheels are not bent or normal and the bike is not rocking or steady, the bicycle will be purchased.

The implementation of community service activities carried out in the form of training on the use of Microsoft Word is very useful for young people of the Al-Hikmah Mosque Housing Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center, because with this ability it will make it easier for Youth of the Al-Hikmah Mosque Housing Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center in management and operational of the Youth Secretariat of Al-Hikmah Mosque Housing Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center in its creative activities which are not only spiritual in nature, but also other social activities that support hard skill abilities which are not only obtained in the school environment but can also be obtained in the residential environment in the form of Youth organization Al-Hikmah Mosque Housing Taman Hangtuah Legenda Malaka Batam Center. community service activities by applying the method of making activity reports, correspondence and correspondence as well as making information technology-based outreach brochures by utilizing existing applications in Microsoft Word with the hope that this activity will be able to provide creativity, optimize existing IT facilities and increase capabilities and human resources especially for the young person of the Al-Hikmah Mosque, Taman Hangtuah Residential, the Legenda Malaka, Batam Center. Keberadaan teknologi informasi sangat berperan dalam pengelolaan proses bisnis pada sebuah organisasi atau perusahaa. Untuk sebuah organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan proses bisnis dimulai dari pendaftaran, pembayaran, pengajaran, dan lulusan. Khusus dalam lulusan, beban dan tanggung jawab perguruan tinggi tidak hanya sampai kepada proses wisuda saja, ada beban moral yang akan menggambarkan tolak ukur keberhasilan melaksanakan aktifitas pengajaran dalam bentuk output lulusan yang berguna dan dipakai oleh pihak masyarakat sebagai pengguna lulusan. Tracer study merupakan proses penelusuran keberadaan lulusan yang dapat membantu perguruan tinggi untuk mengetahui lulusan perguruan tinggi diterima oleh pengguna lulusan.dalam penelitian ini di kembangkan model tracer study dari sistem informasi alumni yang ada, melalui metode water fall, terjadi pengembangan system yang baru , dengan adanya pengembangan ini akan dihasilkan output laporan keberadaan alumni/lulusan yang terdokumentasi dan terkontrol sehingga membantu perguruan tinggi dalam berintegrasi dengan lulusan nya serta membantu memberikan arahan mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kepotensi dan latar belakang program studi yang telah diselesaikan.

Pengambilan keputusan pasti akan dialami setiap orang kapan saja dan dimana saja, persoalan akan muncul jika keputusan yang diambil memerlukan beberapa pertimbangan karena jika tidak diperhitungkan dan dipertimbangkan secara baik maka akan berimbas kepada kepada hasil akhir yang buruk dan beresiko. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini berhubungan dengan proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu keputusan untuk pembelian sebuah laptop menggunakan fungsi Borda. Fungsi Borda dikenal sebagai suatu pembobotan (mirip dengan AHP) dengan menggunakan data preferensi atau peringkat kepentingan dari atribut (variabel) yang akan dibobotkan. Adapun atribut yang diambil adalah menyangkut masalah komponen utama, ukuran, harga, touchpad, baterai, merek dan sistem operasi dari sebuah laptop. Dari 7 atribut penting sebuah laptop tersebut akan dihasilkan masing-masingnya 6 preferensi, jadi secara total akan dihasilkan 42 preferensi yang mungkin muncul dan dilanjutkan dengan membuat daftar hasil dalam bentuk susunan preferensi dan terakhir adalah dibuat matriks berpasangan dalam bentuk rekapitulasi sebelum dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Proses penarikan kesimpulan sendiri akan dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah baris dan bobot yang telah didapat. Jumlah yang paling tinggi (prosentase paling tinggi) merupakan keputusan yang terbaik untuk diambil sebagai solusi. Solusi inilah yang nantinya digunakan untuk membantu para mahasiswa dalam membeli laptop

Information and communication technology is growing rapidly. Information technology enters various fields ranging from the world of offices to medicine, business, the arts, culture, and many other fields, including education. In the world of education, there are many ways to take advantage of information technology, from making learning media to the learning process to presenting the material in the learning itself. All can rely on information technology; all that remains is to choose which technology is suitable to use. New problems arise when teachers cannot utilize the media. They continue to rely on traditional and outdated learning media. So it is certain that the material produced is less interesting and seems boring. In addition, today's students focus more on what they see. If you provide a special attraction, it will automatically impress them. In this training, the target is PAUD teachers. They will be given training on how to use the internet as a learning resource for their students. Many internet sites can be used as learning media. The material that will be delivered can be in the form of getting to know letters, knowing numbers, getting to know animals, getting to know plants, and much more. If you have to present material on the internet, of course you can't display it right away because it will take time. This is due to the advertisements that appear and other disturbances that must be transferred to the display media, such as Microsoft PowerPoint. Methods like these must be mastered by a teacher. The target of this training itself is to be able to use the internet as a learning medium and also use it for various other needs. This service activity was successfully carried out, and the results can be seen in the increased skills of the trainees in utilizing the internet as a learning medium. With this skill, it will certainly have an impact on the quality of learning and the material provided. The material provided becomes more varied and not boring.

Pengembangan soft skills pada Perhimpunan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kecamatan Batam Kota dapat dipenuhi melalui model pembelajaran Multimedia berbasis Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK). Pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi bertujuan untuk memberikan ketrampilan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran multimedia yang menarik dengan cara yang relatif mudah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Presentasi, Demonstrasi dan Praktik. Metode Presentasi digunakan untuk pengenalan software menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint 365. Metode Demonstrasi mengenai pengoperasian program dan Metode Praktik yaitu pembuatan media pembelajaran secara langsung oleh peserta sesuai dengan mata pelajaran masing-masing dengan pemanfaatan program-program tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Pelatihan memberikan beberapa materi yang terkait dengan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pemberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan Program Powerpoint untuk membuat game interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis TIK yang atraktif dan interaktif, Kedua, Materi yang disajikan dapat diterima, dicerna, dan dipahami peserta dengan baik, Ketiga, Kegiatan berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan
