Abstract

In the construction project activities, planning is used as a reference for job implementers and becomes the standard of project implementation, including: documents, technical specifications, schedule and budget. Inappropriate planning, inaccurate project realization investigations, inadequate project management skills and lack of professional service providers, are closely related to the outcome of a construction project process. PT SMOE Indonesia which is a company engaged in construction consulting services. At the present time PT SMOE Indonesia has done many construction planning projects both from government and private, this research will discuss how data mining with algorithm C4.5 process data from budget plan consultant planner cost to predict company profit. Data mining is a technique for extracting new information from piles or data warehouses, as we know information is seen as something that is very important and valuable because by mastering information it is easy to achieve a desired goal, this makes everyone race to while C4.5 algorithm is one of induction algorithm of decision tree that is ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser 3). ID3 was developed by J. Ross Quinlan. In the ID3 algorithm procedure, the inputs are training samples, training labels and attributes. which will illustrate the profit prediction, the results of this study will result in the rules of profit and loss decisions company.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information about the use of props model of bands of numbers in improving mathematics learning outcomes about the operation of arithmetic numbers in class V students I SD Negeri 4 Giriwoyo academic year 2017/2018.This research was conducted at SD Negeri 4 Giriwoyo UPT Education District Giriwoyo Wonogiri Regency, September to October 2017. The research method used is classroom action research with two learning improvement cycles. The object of this research is the students of grade V of SD Negeri 4 Giriwoyo, amounting to 14 students with details of 9 male students and five female students. Instruments for collecting data are student observation sheets in the learning process, teacher observation sheets in the learning process, and test of learning outcomes.The result of the research shows that there is an increase in learning result from initial condition 60,35 to 77,50 in cycle II (final condition). In addition, the number of students who reached the minimum criteria of completeness was increased from 3 students at the initial condition of 12 students on the final conditions. From the results of the above research can be stated that the use of model props can improve the results of mathematics learning about integer counting operations in Grade V students of first semester SD Negeri 4 Giriwoyo.Keywords: Operation Count, Number Band

Abstract

Pegadaian is a state-owned company in the Indonesian financial sector which is engaged in pawning goods. The purpose of the information system Governance audit at Pegadaian Batam Branch is to determine the level of maturity in the PASSION system. the system has been running well and then conducts an audit to find out whether the system used efficiently and effectively supports business processes. This study aims to audit information system Governance using COBIT 4.1. The method of analysis in this study uses the COBIT 4.1 framework which contains 3 subdomains, PO7, DS1, ME4. The results of this study are the maturity level of information systems in the PO7 domain with a value of 2.34, in the DS1 domain with a value of 2.37, and in the ME4 domain with a value of 3.54. so that the maturity level of the Batam City Pegadaian information system is the average level 3 (Defined).

Abstract

The progress of the internet has become the best means to start a property business and it has been proven to be an effective and effective media of information from the internet to disseminate information that is fully accessible to anyone,anytime and anywhere. The great effect on the property business is caused through the internet because only by accessing it from smartphone device and computers at home or in the office of prospective buyers can see property add information.In today’s digital era property sales are mostly done on social media. Social media has many users. But social media has the disadvantages of having to pay if you want to advertise sales, consumers are only users of social media, sales posts quickly sink. In this research, a web-based property sales and leasing information system will be built to cover the shortage.

Abstract

Competition in running a business at this time is tight, companies that do not utilize technology will be left behind from their competitors. Therefore, it is necessary to implement technology such as the System Information Management into the company’s business processes. This research was conducted at one of the developing companies in city of Batam named “CV. Sanjaya Abadi Baru”. In this research, the author uses research method called Agile Scrum, this research method is a popular method to manage application development project and helps in building application quickly, this method uses Backlog as a list of features that need to be implemented, Sprint as a time cycle rule in working on a task and the Daily Scrum to update the work process on daily basis. Author also includes diagram design, detailed design, implementation result, and system testing. The conclusion result from this research is that the system information management built for CV. Sanjaya Abadi Baru is proven to be more effective and efficient than the old company system in the company's business processes to store, process data and obtain information that influences decision making within the company and helps prospective customers to get the information needed more quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Batam 29400 adalah salah satu perusahaan perseroan yang bergerak dibidang jasa perposan.Dimana dalam pelaksanaan kerjanya terdapat beberapa bagian yang mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab yang berbeda, salah satunya bagian akuntansi yang pelaksanaan tugasnya mencakup pengolahan data transaksi. Pada proses pengolahan data transaksi masih menggunakan sistem yang masih sederhana yaitu berupa manual aplikasi dan di bantu  Microsoft Word dan Microsoft  Excel untuk dokumen.Hal ini mengakibatkan proses aplikasi dan pengerjaan pengolahan data transaksi tidak efektif dan efisien.Sebagai solusi pemecahan masalah, penulis membuat suatu aplikasi dan sistem pelaporan transaksi yang menunjang pelaporan data transaksi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang terdiri dari studi kelayakan, rancangan sistem. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian berupa sistem informasi pelaporan transaksi dengan dengan menggunakan Pemrograman berbasis web pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Batam 29400 dimana sistem ini dapat lebih mudah diterapkan dan lebih mudah dipahami oleh user sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas data kependudukan yang tersedia setelah diimplementasikan sistem e-KTP diseluruh kantor kecamatan diseluruh Indonesia, akan mempermudah berbagai kepengurusan dan birokrasi pemerintahan lainya seperti pengurusan SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi), pengurusan Passport dan pengurusan lainya yang  berhubungan dengan penggunaan data kependudukan. Abstract

Intisari— PT. Surya Teknologi Batam sebagai perusahaan yang peduli lingkungan juga berupaya mengurangi konsumsi kertas dan toner printer, dengan memindahkan dokumen – dokumen yang berhubungan dengan perintah kerja perakitan PCB yang sebelumnya diberikan kepada line produksi dalam bentuk kertas, menjadi sistem online dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan layar komputer. Untuk itu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memegang peranan penting dalam mewujudkan perubahan ini. Sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Pembangunan sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen ini diawali dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan dalam membangun sistem. Perancangan sistem meliputi perancangan arsitektur, basis data, dan perancangan user interface. Implementasi sistem menggunakan basis data MySQL dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Javascript. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black-box yang berfokus pada fungsional sistem. Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen di PT. Surya Teknologi Batam berbasis web telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional sistem.

Abstract

WebQual method is one method or technique of measuring the quality of a website based on the perception of the end user. This method is the development of methods Servqual compiled by Parasuraman, which are widely used earlier in the measurement of service quality. The research instrument at the WebQual developed with Quality Function Development (QFD). WebQual has been developed since 1998 and has undergone several iterations in the preparation of the dimensions and grains question. WebQual 4.0 is compiled based on the research in three dimensions, namely usability, information quality and interaction quality. In the process of analysis used tranches sample of respondents to 151 respondents consisting of website users SIKMB on Concession Agency (BP) Batam. The next stage is the analysis of data consisting of validity, reliability test and assessment with Likert scale. In the test the validity of using formula while the person correlation reliability test using Cronbach's alpha formula. In the assessment using a Likert scale.Keywords: webqual, validity, reliability, likert scalePertumbuhan TIK yang demikian pesat menjadikan website sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sebuah instansi dalam hal layanan bagi pengguna. Layanan suatu website perlu diukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan memperoleh umpan balik. Dalam penelitian ini, kualitas website SIKMB pada BP Batam diukur dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. WebQual merupakan instrumen yang menilai kualitas suatu website menurut perspektif pengguna akhir. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis website SIKMB pada BP Batam dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan jumlah reponden sebanyak 151 dengan margin error sebesar 5% dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1). Aspek Kemudahan Penggunaan pada website SIKMB di BP Batam sudah baik; (2). Aspek Kualitas Informasi pada website SIKMB di BP Batam sudah baik; (3). Aspek Kualitas Interaksi pada website SIKMB di BP Batam sudah baik; (4). Namun keseluruhan nilai kualitas website SIKMB terhadap dimensi Kemudahan Pengguna, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi pada website SIKMB di BP Batam berada dalam kualitas yang baik.Kata kunci: WebQual, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Interaksi.

Abstract

This can make irresponsible parties libel the company because everyone or customers who join it can read and comment freely on what the customer complained about. Therefore, PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam is advised to have an application that can arrange and provide services to complaints or criticism and customer suggestions. To overcome these problems then designed a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system. This design aims to facilitate customers in delivering criticism and suggestions or complaints to the service company. This design uses UML modeling diagram (Unifed Modeling Language) such as, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram and Sequence Diagram. In addition, the technologies used in this design system such as Dreamweaver, PHP, and MySQL. The end result of this design is a Web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information system that can be used to manage customer complaints submitted to PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk (Indomaret) Batam. The Extreme Programming method is the most widely used approach to software development
