Abstract

Tujuan Jangka Panjang penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami profesionalitas kerja. Target Khusus menganalisis faktor-faktor profesionalitas perawat di rumah sakit Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif open ended qiestioner dengan pendekatan tersebut maka diharapkan akan mendapatkan analisis yang mendalam mengenai profesionalitas perawat dan analisis faktor-faktornya. Berdasarkan hasil kategorisasi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa makna profesionalisme perawat adalah mereka yang mampu memberi pelayanan kesehatan secara berkualitas sesuai dengan standar profesi dengan telah mendapat pendidikan resmi, ikhlas dalam merawat pasien, dan mempunyai etika dalam bekerja serta mampu berkomunikasi, berkoordinasi dan kerja sama dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama/rumah sakit yaitu menangani nyawa manusia dan membantu pasien yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan agar bisa hidup sehat seperti yang diharapkan dengan mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Drug management is an important process in public health service. Inappropriate drugmanagement may exert negative effect on the quality of healthcare service in a District/City. Thepurpose of this study was to provide an overview and evaluation of drug supply managementthat includes: selection, procurement, distribution, and use in Pharmacy Installatio of SurakartaHealth Department.Data was collected retrospectively by tracing the documenst from previous years. Allprocess of selection, procurement, distribution, and usage were included. The obtained datawere evaluated and compared with the standard according to WHO and Ministry of Health(2010).Drug supply management in Pharmacy Department of Surakarta according to thestandards as follows : The availability of the drug as needed (102.84%), procurement ofessential drug (86.87%), procurement of generic drug (100%), drug availability compared toDOEN (60.22%) and planning accuracy (88.94%). Drug availability level (100%), drugdistribution appropriateness (29,41%), the number of drug distributed inappropriately (9,84%),and the avarage time of drug emptiness (0%). The accuracy level of drugs item with Fornas I(60,77%). Our study concluded that drug management in Pharmacy Installation of SurakartaHealth Office still need improvement especially on distribution and utilization process accordingto WHO and Ministry of Health (2010) standards.

Abstract

Hyperglycemia can inhibit the wounds healing process. Giving life-sustained leaf extract gel (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) Is one of the options. The long-term goal of this study is to prove that the gel extract (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) Leaf extract gel is able to heal wounds in hyperglycemic test animals. The specific target to be achieved is to obtain efficacious natural medicines to prevent the occurrence of diabetic wounds and to know the effective dosage of gel extract extract (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) As a cure for diabetic wounds. This study used 5 white rabbits. Testing is done by making a wound on the back of DM alloxan-induced test animals. Wound healing activity is seen by dividing the backs of test animals into 5 parts which are treated according to their groups. The treatment group and the positive control group were applied with gel twice a day for 9 days and measured the length of the wound on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Diabetic wound healing activity was shown by calculating the wound length of each treatment and analyzed with the Anova test one way with a 95% confidence level. The results of the study showed that the formulation of life grafting gel extract based on CMC Na had good physical quality test results such as organoleptic color test according to the color of the extract, distinctive aroma of the life span leaf extract, viscous, homogeneous appearance, had a pH of 6. For the dispersion test , adhesion, and viscosity, each meets the desired requirements. The wound healing activity test showed that the grafted leaf extract with a concentration of 5% was able to heal the best, with a percentage of wound healing of 67.00%.

Abstract

Gendola herbal syrup is a solution in the form of syrup containing gendola as an active substance that is dissolved in the syrup component. Gendola syrup has a high betalain antioxidant content, and is beneficial for improving health. Betalain antioxidant content is easily damaged due to the influence of air, humidity, and temperature, causing the red color of the gendola to fade. The implementation of this project aimed to help improve the quality of Gendola syrup and provide training to partners so that they were able to market Gendola syrup products online. This project was implemented in productive community groups, UDHerba Puspitasari in Mlandangan Rt 02 Rw 08, Mandan Village, Sukoharjo District Sukoharjo Regency to make them able to produce and market herbal processed products. Based on observations of the results achieved, our partners were able to produce herbal syrup, although it was still limited, the quality was not good, and it did not yield profits. The methods implemented in this program included: 1) provide training for making Gendola syrup with encapsulation methods; 2) provide equipment that can support the production process; 3) provide online marketing training. The results obtained in this community-service activity contributed siqnificantly to UD Herba Puspitasari in their efforts of producing high-quality Gendola syrup and marketing the products online.
