Abstract

Nowadays, Islamic boarding schools have experienced a very significant change considering the current of globalization which is increasingly expanding to all sides of human life. To be able to compete in this era, Islamic boarding schools – in one hand - must work together with other institutions and make changes by applying management as a foundation in developing boarding schools on the other, in order to be able to compete and become a modern boarding school in all fields such as entrepreneurship boarding school. This study aims to determine entrepreneurship planning, management strategies used and marketing management of Darul Yatama Wal-Masakin Islamic boarding school. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques carried out by unstructured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Checking the data validation was done by increasing the perseverance of observation and triangulation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that; a) Entrepreneurship planning started from the results of the fundamental thinking of its founder, namely TGH. Muhammad Mutawalli Yahya Al-Kalimi with the concept of independence. The concept of independence that he initiated was to prepare facilities that can be used as a source of funds to finance the management of the Islamic boarding schools; b) Management strategies in developing entrepreneurship can be seen from the business units developed such as: gas stations, animal husbandry, agriculture, fisheries and cooperatives. c) Marketing management used was involving and making all society as partners in every business that was developed.

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic Boarding Schools) are expected to be institutions that could lead their students to be main actors of current global era. Their students are nowadays expected to be able to integrated sciences, technology, art, life value and environment in developing society. Pesantren are also looked forward to transform themselves into institutions that not only focus on teaching religious materials but also focus on sciences, technology and informatics retaining Islamic values both in its process and its contents so that their outcomes are not only to be Islamic scholars but also scientists. Therefore, the development of higher education in Pesantren should promote integrated studies in order to build superior individuals having a strong competitiveness.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the role of knowledge management on employee satisfaction, and explore the ability to strengthen knowledge management professional relationships with faculty strategies and innovation-based continuous learning processes. A qualitative method with a case study approach is used in examining the focus of the problem, the researcher is the key research instrument using a qualitative method with a case study type. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation with data analysis through an interactive approach. Legitimacy with standards of credibility, conformability, transferability, and dependability. The results of this study are (1) The challenges of working mentally show that civility can use their skills and abilities; (2) Experienced, moderate, and have the sensitivity to develop themselves; (3) Rewards are balanced, related to the system of rewards and promotions based on job requests, individual skill levels, a set of standards that apply to the end of the work environment, then satisfaction will seek wisdom; and (4) Supporting working conditions, so that workers can work well.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Mujahidin NW Teliah merupakan salah satu program unggulan pesantren tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui dan menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan dalam pembinaan ekstrakulikuler di Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Mujahidin NW Teliah Desa Sakra Selatan Kecamatan Sakra Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode deskriptif dengan teknik observasi partisifasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pertama, Perencanaan pembinaan  ekstrakulikuler pesantren  di Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Mujahidin NW Teliah dimulai dari rapat pimpinan dengan pengurus serta majlis guru Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Mujahidin NW Teliah. Kedua, Bentuk pengorganisasian dalam  pembinaan ekstrakurikuler Pesantren  di Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Mujahidin NW Teliah yaitu membentuk struktur organisasi ekstrakurikuler, uraian pekerjaan dan mekanisme pembagian kerja antar Pembina. Kemudian proses organisasi yaitu merinci pekerjaan-pekerjaan, mengelompokkan pekerjaan-pekerjaan, membagi tugas, dan menyusun mekanisme kondisi. Ketiga, Pengawasan dilaksanakan melalui rapat koordinasi bersama untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang telah dilaksanakan. Rapat koordinasi dilaksanakan dengan para Wakil Kepala Madrasah, Guru, dan Kepala Madrasah tu untuk mendengarkan keluhan dan masalah yang terjadi selama kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler berlangsung. Solusi akan dicari bersama – sama dan disepakati seluruh peserta rapat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka siswa kelas IV di SDN 26 Cakranegara, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi observasi non-partisipasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memastikan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional dilakukan melalui kegiatan perkemahan seperti pesta siaga dan Perkemahan Sabtu Minggu (Persami), serta kegiatan mingguan seperti latihan baris-berbaris, tali-temali, dan Semaphore. Faktor-faktor pembinaan meliputi faktor internal, yaitu agama atau keyakinan, dan aspek genetik seperti fisik, kognitif, dan sikap, serta faktor eksternal, yaitu lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu pembinaan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional pada siswa kelas IV melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SDN 26 Cakranegara dilakukan melalui latihan rutin mingguan yang mengajarkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, keterampilan, kerja sama, kebersihan, dan percaya diri. Faktor lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat turut berperan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional siswa.
