Abstract

Business competition in the service sector and in the manufacturing industry is very tight. The intense competition between these industries causes each industry to try to provide the maximum possible service and product quality. Therefore we need a study that discusses the factors of product quality that determine customer satisfaction. Where this research aims to determine what factors are dominant in product quality, to know how much consumer expectations and customer satisfaction on MT KPBS Pangalengan. This type of research uses descriptive method with sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling with a sample of 98 people. Continued using factor analysis to determine the dominant factor of product quality and using importance performance analysis to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, obtained 5 dominant factors of product quality, namely performance, service, features, suitability and durability. Meanwhile, the level of customer satisfaction is quite good because it turns out that the existing performance is above the average consumer's expectation. Although there is one factor that is still slightly below expectations, namely conformity with a satisfaction score of 97%.

Abstract

The growth of technology allows people today to easily book hotel rooms according to their own needs and desires, this is possible thanks to the Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO) application in Indonesia. Seeing this situation, we need a model that is able to measure the extent to which the level of acceptance of the VHO mobile application. It is necessary to know the factors that indirectly influence acceptance in the use of VHO applications by combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is used as the basic model which is the aim of this study. The quantitative approach was used in this study, while the data collection technique was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses linear regression. This research concludes that the compatibility and trust variables have an indirect effect on the intention to use the VHO mobile application. Keywords: TAM, Compatibility, Trust, VHO

Abstract

Inventory of raw materials is the initial process in planning and controlling production. Because by planning and controlling raw materials, it becomes one of the processes to produce an optimal production system. In order for raw material inventory to be controlled, the MRP method is used in its completion. In the case study at CV Ajax Sport, it is known that controlling raw material inventory using MRP produces an inventory value of Rp. 139,911,944,- for 12 weeks, with the number of orders for F300 raw materials as many as 71,716 units and for G300 raw materials as many as 67,297 units. And this value shows a very large value both financially and product units, so it must be managed appropriately and accurately.

Abstract

Re-layout is an action that requires a large amount of money if done manually. So it is necessary to use technology to minimize the cost of re-layout. Simulation is one solution that can be applied in solving problems related to layout improvement. The SAMSAT XXX office experienced a very heavy queuing problem, so it was necessary to improve the layout by changing the position of the service office. By using the modeling system, the STNK tax service system can be created in a virtual system and a new layout is created using the promodel. The results indicate the need for additional registration counters from the initial one consisting of only one counter to three counters, and this has the effect of increasing the productivity of payment counters and delivery counters by up to 15%. So that the productivity burden of the three counters at the SAMSAT XXX office has the same load.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service center in Indonesia that serves the community in the closest scale. Almost all people in Indonesia today, if they want to do treatment or referrals, they must go to the puskesmas. So this study tries to analyze the services of the puskesmas and evaluate the queues in the puskesmas using the Promodel simulation. Simulation is considered as a suitable tool for analyzing service queues at puskesmas. The results of this study indicate the need to increase the number of doctors to 2 to 3 people to reduce the number of queues that accumulate waiting to be examined by a doctor. If the additional doctor points cannot be met, then the puskesmas can provide adequate waiting room facilities for patients to be examined by a doctor, the ideal number of waiting room seats for patients waiting to be examined by a doctor is 38 seats.

Abstract

The Community Health Center (Puskemas) is the foremost and closest place to provide health services to the community. With the BPJS and complete facilities, the Puskesmas is now almost the favorite of the people to get health-related consultation and treatment. So this study tries to make an analysis of puskesmas services and evaluate the layout and queues in the puskesmas using Promodel simulations. The simulation is used because of the fluctuating number of patients who come every day, so that with the simulation the process of estimating patient arrivals can be carried out using statistical distribution estimates. The results of this study indicate the need for a new layout change, where with this new layout the patient's time in the system can be reduced and the need for adding doctors to 2 to 3 people to cut the number of queues that have accumulated waiting to be examined by a doctor. If the point of adding doctors cannot be met, then the puskesmas can provide adequate waiting room facilities for patients who will be examined by a doctor. The ideal number of waiting room seats for patients waiting to be examined by a doctor is 38 seats.
