Abstract

This Research is aimed at knowing the development and strategy of law protection against Traditional Cultural Expressions in the Lebak district. In this Research, theoretically useful for society’s undergrad students. Practices are useful to both art and cultural users,of the Education and Cultural Services,of the Tourism service and associated agencies. But currently researchers have not found any particular protection against Traditional Cultural Expressions in the Lebak district. The expressions of traditional culture is a trademark of a people worthy of protection. The provision intended to avoid the actions of foreigners who might damage the cultural values. Since the role of the government to provide protection was necessary, it was necessary to bring out specific law. The qualitative work involves an empirical normative study method of law research by digging into the regulatory regulations. In addition to that researchers do retrieve direct data from communities.

Abstract

PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (CAP) is the largest Polypropylene producer in Indonesia and was founded in 1984. For the sustainability of the company's operations, PT CAP constantly updates, both in the field of information technology and the capabilities of human resources within the company. Improving the ability of human resources in the field of information technology and aspects of information technology training (IT Training) is important to ensure that skilled human resources are ready to answer challenges in the use of information technology. In ensuring that trainers are selected to train human resources to be reliable and competitive, appropriate and accurate decisions are needed. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) methods are methods that can be used in the decision-making process. The comparison of the two methods can help maximize the trainer selection decision-making process. The results of the implementation of the two methods are the same ranking order, the first rank in both methods is achieved by the third alternative. The final result obtained from the ranking process using the SAW (Simple Additive Weightingmethod)obtained the largest value as the best alternative with a value of 0.85. The final result obtained from the ranking process using the WP (methodWeighted Product)obtained the largest value as the best alternative with a value of 0.2308.

Abstract

The existence of tourism facilities and infrastructure are elements to facilitate the process of tourism activities. With the facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that tourism activities can run smoothly. Among the facilities in tourism activities are transportation/tour buses, travel operators, travel agents, restaurants, hotels/inns, tourist attractions, and tourist attractions. PT Asli Prima Inti Karya is a company engaged in tourism bus rental services, located in Pandeglang Regency, precisely in Labuan, Banten province. PT Asli Prima Inti Karya organizes several tour package and travel agency activities. The conventional bus rental system did not initially cause problems in terms of service. Along with the increasing demand for rental, it takes a complete service so that customers can be served well. The author analyzes the problem and makes a bus rental application design as a solution to the problems in serving customers who will rent buses. The application design uses UML, and uses the Sublime Text 3 programming language, PHP, XAMPP Version 3.2.4, and the database used is MySQL. The results of the application test show that the existence of this information system can make it easier for tenants to carry out the bus rental process.

Abstract

Banten Province is famous for its historical, cultural and religious values, Banten province has various types of traditional weapons, one of which is a machete, a machete in ancient times used by champions to drive out invaders from their area. One of Banten's traditional weapons is the Ciomas Machete, which is located in the Ciomas Subdistrict of Serang Regency, this machete cannot be owned by just anyone, because even in the manufacturing process it is not arbitrary. An important principle that is also believed by the elders in Ciomas, which still holds strong the tradition of making the Ciomas Machete. This study aims to find out how the application of legal protection for the Ciomas Machete Brand in Ciomas District, Serang Regency. By using Descriptive Analytical Research Methods conducted by the method of data collection as well as by examining various sources of legal material, whether primary, secondary or tertiary. To implement and protect Ciomas Machete Marks from counterfeiting products or counterfeit goods or commonly known as "KW" goods, based on Law Number 20 Year 2016 Regarding Trademarks and Geographical Indications, regulated in Article 100 -Article 102 regarding criminal sanctions given to the counterfeiters of a product or goods, so it is hoped that the Ciomas Machete Brand will not falsify them for the benefit of a business.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman yang berkaitan dengan hukum Kekayaan Intelelektual, Manajemen dan Teknologi Informasi kepada para pelaku UMKM khususnya para  pengrajin Gerabah di Desa Bumi Jaya, Kecamatan Ciruas.  Pemanfaatan dan peran Kekayaan Intelektual oleh pelaku usaha terhadap produk-produk UMKM belum maksimal. Belum meratanya para pelaku UMKM khususnya pengrajin Gerabah serta pemahaman bahwa Kekayaan Intelektual sebagai kebutuhan terhadap Pelindungan membuat banyak produk-produk UMKM yang belum didaftarkan ke Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI). Selain itu kendala biaya dan kesulitan akses dianggap juga sabagai penyebab lainnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dibuat untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana peningkatan  kesejahteraan melalui produk gerabah berbasis kekayaan intelektual di Desa Bumijaya Kecamatan Ciruas Kabupaten Serang.  Metode yang  di pergunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Ciruas , Kabupaten Serang  ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi (FGD), dialog, dan melakukan tanya jawab tentang seluk beluk arti pentingnya Kekayaan Intelektual bagi para wirausaha produk produk UMKM dan juga tentang berbagai peraturan perundangan yang berkaitan dengan kekayaan Intelektual (KI) yang dapat melindungi produk produk UMKM sampai pada pendaftarannya.  Pengabdian  masyarakat  dilakukan panel dan bergantian oleh tim. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat bahwa dalam rangka memberikan Pelindungan Hukum terhadap produk-produk UMKM, maka Pemerintah selayaknya berperan serta  memberikan edukasi , pendampingan, kemudahan , keringanan, dan kemudahan akses terhadapproses permohonan pendaftaran produk produk gerabah dan sosialisasi Kekayaan Intelektual

Abstract

Gizi balita merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam tumbuh kembang balita secara optimal, menjadikan anak sebagai generasi yang cerdas dan berkualitas. Sistem pendukung keputusan dirancang menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan aplikasi PHP dan My Sql sebagai basis data. Tahap analisis meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain, atau desain yang mencakup pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML dan desain antarmuka, kode dan pengujian PHP sebagai bahasa pemograman dan My Sql sebagai jembatan untuk penyimpanan ke dalam database. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, data primer, wawancara dan observasi. Studi literatur dengan menalaah jurnal, paper, dan bacaan-bacaan yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Data Primer langsung diperoleh dari Puskesmas Bakauheni Lampung. Wawancara dilakukan dengan cara menanyakan langsung kepada pihak terkait tentang penentuan status gizi buruk pada balita. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menghitung status gizi balita.

Abstract

Klinik RF Aesthetic adalah Klinik kecantikan, yang ingin memperluas target pasarnya dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan memberikan pelayanan sebaik mungkin. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya dukungan sistem untuk menunjang kegiatan tersebut, misalnya sistem pendaftaran yang dilakukan belum terintegrasi dengan data pelanggan, belum terfasilitasinya sarana menyampaikan saran dan masukan serta testimoni dari para pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan. Penerapan konsep dasar CRM, merupakan salah satu pendekatan untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan pelangan. Dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem, penelitian yang dilakukan ini memanfaatkan metode Waterfaall. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah studi literatur, observasi dan tanya jawab pada tempat terkait. Perancangan sistem menggunakan tool UML, bahasa pemprograman menggunakan PHP dengan framework codeIgniter serta database dengan MySQL. Pada pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berupa web yang berisikan fitur booking online, fitur pendaftaran, fitur pemasaran, dan fitur testimoni. Kata kunci: CRM, Klinik, UML, Waterfall, PHP.

Abstract

Sawah Luhur Village is one of the villages in Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province. Communities in Sawah Luhur Village have quite diverse livelihoods to meet their needs, including fisheries, coffee shop businesses, buying and selling basic necessities or grocery stores, livestock businesses, artisans of processed milkfish crackers, carpentry, agriculture, and others. The marketing and sales process carried out by the processed food craftsmen is carried out only by opening stalls around the house and offering them to consumers who stop by at the stalls. The service team provides an understanding of bookkeeping administration, marketing and sales diversification by utilizing information technology. The method used is directly to the service location with the stages of situation analysis and identification of problems experienced by the craftsmen, discussions with the craftsmen and the preparation of mentoring activity plans and implementation of activities. This activity can increase partners' understanding of the formulation and benefits of bookkeeping administration and the use of information technology in marketing activities.
