Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Koni Kota Jambi dimana Kelas Ibu Nifas belum dilaksanakan karena memang belum diprogramkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan seperti halnya Kelas Ibu Hamil dan Kelas Ibu Balita. Berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan mitra ditemukan dua masalah utama yaitu permasalahan pogram dan permasalahan ibu nifas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan telah mulai sejak 19 Oktober 2020 yang diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan mitra. Kegiatan inti berupa workshop Kelas Ibu Nifas dan Pelaksanaan Kelas Ibu Nifas. Workshop dilaksanakan pada 07-09 Juli 2021 diikuti oleh 23 nakes (8 perawat dan 15 bidan), dan Kelas Ibu Nifas dilaksanakan pada 10, 12 dan 13 Juli 2021 diikuti oleh 7 ibu nifas yang didampingi keluarga dan kader posyandu balita. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan; materi disampaikan dengan menggunakan lima perangkat Kelas Ibu Nifas; melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan berbagi pengalaman. Hasil yang capai adalah terbentuknya Kelas Ibu Nifas; terbentuknya struktur organisasi Kelas Ibu Nifas; terlaksananya Kelas Ibu Nifas; peningkatan rerata pengetahuan perawat dan bidan sebesar 5,2 dan rerata sikap 5,5. Peningkatan rerata pengetahuan ibu nifas sebesar 2,3 dan rerata sikap 4,0. Workshop kelas Ibu Nifas dan pelaksanaan Kelas Ibu Nifas mampu merubah perilaku perawat, bidan dan ibu nifas. Kata kunci: pembentukan, pelaksanaan, kelas ibu nifas ABSTRACT This devotion to the community have been done at Koni Health Center Jambi City, so the Postpartum Classes not be done because it has not been programmed by the Ministry of Health in terms of Prenatal Classess and Toddler Mother Classes. According to the identification of partner problems found two main problems are pogram problems and postpartum mother problems. This series of activities began on October 19, 2020 with the identification of partner issues. The core activities are workshops on Postpartum Classes and implementation of Postpartum Classes. The workshop was held on 07-09 July 2021 to 23 health workers (8 nurses and 15 midwives), postpartum classes on 10, 12 and 13 July 2021 attended by 7 postpartum mothers conducting the family and cadre. All activities are carried out by health protocols; the material was delivered using five postpartum classes devices; through lectures, discussions, asking questions and sharing experiences. The result achieved is the formation of Postpartum Classes; the formation of the organizational structure of the Postpartum Classes; the implementation of the Postpartum Classes; an average increase in nurse and midwifery knowledge of 5.2 and an average attitude of 5.5. The average increase in postpartum mothers knowledge was 2.3 and the mean attitude was 4.0. Workshops and Postpartum Classes can change behavior of nurses, midwives and postpartum mothers. Abstract

Mother and child are groups that are vulnerable to various health problems that cause death. The mother and child health book is a tool for recording and monitoring maternal and child health, as a communication tool between health workers and families and can be used in all health facilities. Mother Toddler Classes are followed by mothers who have children between 0-5 years of age together discussing, exchanging opinions, exchanging experiences on the fulfillment of health, nutrition, and stimulation of growth and development, which are guided by facilitators using the MCH handbook. Community service aims to determine the knowledge and participation of children under five years of age on the knowledge of the use of books and participatory participation in the classes of mothers under five. The method used in community service is the lecture method used when providing information about the importance of the use and important information to monitor the growth of children listed in the MCH handbook. Results: The process of implementing a mother class of toddlers in the village of Sungai Putri, Jambi City as a whole was good, the activities related to the implementation process of Ibu Baita's classes included evaluating ownership of MCH books, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization, giving vitamin A, weighing body and stimulation of child development and the administration of MP-ASI

Abstract

Menstruation is part of a regular process that prepares a woman's body every month for pregnancy, which is controlled by the interaction of hormones released by the hypothalamus. In general, women experience physical discomfort for several days before and during the first day of menstruation in the form of pain or dysmenorrhea. Dysminorrhea is pain that arises during menstruation which can interfere with daily activities. The prevalence of dysminorrhea in Indonesia around 50% occurs in young women. As a result of menstrual pain, among others: about 20% of adolescents can not go to school because of pain during menstruation, so that academic achievement decreases. There are several pain management to overcome dysminore one of which is with yoga. The purpose of community service is to provide information to adolescents about how to cope with pain during menstruation without painkillers with yoga movements the balasana movemens. The materials used in this activity were leaflets, infocations, laptops, questionnaires and stationery, while this activity was carried out on April 13-15 at MTS Darussalam Al-Hafiz Jambi City. The results of this community service were female students knowing how to overcome pain during menstruation by doing one of the yoga poses of child pose to reduce pain during menstruation.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a malignant disease that occurs in the cervik. Course of the disease is preceded by the condition of pre-concerous lesions of the cerviks is the existence of dysplasi/cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (NIS). On each day is expeced to 40-45 new cases and about 20-25 people  die from cervical cancer. Based on those considered very necessary to provide education  on cervical cancer in women of reproductive age in the prevention of cervical cancer prevention effort.Target outcomes expected are: there is an increased knowledge an increase in knowledge between before and after extension and capable of early detection of cancer  serviks increase. Implementation method to provide counseling.The results  showed that there was important of mother’s interest in doing pap smears examination before and after counseling.

Abstract

Breast cancer is still a big problem in Indonesia, since 68.6% of women with breast cancer treatment kedokter disease on local advanced stage (IIIa and IIIb), while in the early stages (I and II) only 22.4%. High number of incident breast cancer this should be a concern for the Government and society in General.The purpose of the realize is to know early detection/as the presence of breast cancer that can be performed in women of fertile age. It turns out that 75-82% of breast malignancy found upon inspection SADARI and can lower the mortality rate to 20%.The purpose of outreach/health education was SADARI this was aimed at the citizens of RT 15 Kelurahan  Buluran get familiar with the hope of providing information and can be applied directly to the mothers in order to detect early cancer occurrence in order to be able to be treated as early as possible and can decrease the number of pain or death in women.Methods of implementation with discussion, faqs, provide leaflets and demonstrations as well as do SADARI engineering examination. After the execution of counseling health with mom mother on RT 10 and 15 have learned techniques SADARI and can practice breast self examination so that treatment can be optimal.The effort can be done one of them keep diet, eating instant foods, food ingredients that contain MSG, can also do a breast exam alone or commonly abbreviated to realize.

Abstract

Smoking is a health problem in Indonesia and one of the main factors of several chronic diseases that can lead to death, although many smokers are aware and admit that smoking can lead to cancer. WHO estimates that the number of smokers in Indonesia in 2025 will increase to 90 million people, or 45% of the total population. Some adolescents think that smoking is a need to relax or other reasons that make smoking commonplace. The proportion of smoking among people aged ≥10 years in Indonesia with smoking behavior every day is 24.3% and occasional smoking is 4.6%. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and smoking behavior in adolescents. The research method used is correlational with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were students and female students at SMKN Kota Jambi, the sampling technique with accidental sampling was 49 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate and statistical tests were performed using the ch-square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had good knowledge of 57.1%, a positive attitude of 59.1% and the majority of adolescents did not smoke 63.2%. The statistical test results showed no significant relationship between knowledge and smoking behavior (P> 0.005) but there was a significant relationship between attitude and smoking behavior in adolescents (P <0.005). It is hoped that the school will implement a smoking-free area and put up a warning poster for the dangers of smoking in the school environment and carry out continuous monitoring and evaluation

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual disorder caused by an imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood. The incidence of dysmenorrhea 45-95% among women of childbearing age, occurs in adolescents who lack sports. The impact of dysmenorrhea is the percentage of attendance at college and not participating in learning. One way to deal with pain is yoga. This study aims to analyze the effect of yoga on dysmenorrhea. The study design was a quasi-experimental one-group pre-post test design. The sample in this study was 33 female students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure the scale of pain during menstruation uses the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The collected data tested for normality data, and the data is normal, then the statistical test is done using repeated Anova test. The analysis showed that there were differences in pain scale before and after months 1 and 2 interventions with mean (sb) pain scale (5.8 (1.6) vs. 4.0 (1.7) vs. 2.7 (1.3) and P <0.05). The study concludes that yoga affects the decrease in pain scale during dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Iron nutrition anaemia in adolescents is still a problem in Indonesia, where The need for iron and folic acid tablets in adolescents increases due to their growing period and having menstruation every month. Based on the results of Riskesdas 2018, 32% prevalence of anaemia occurs in adolescents as a result of a lack of food intake of iron sources. Various attempts were made to prevent and control anaemia but still Low awareness of young women about the importance of consuming iron and folic acid tablets as a measure to prevent anaemia. The result of a deficiency in haemoglobin levels causes symptoms of lethargy, fatigue and fatigue when doing activities which will have an impact on decreased concentration and learning achievement, and in the long term will affect the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge of young women about the consumption of iron and folic acid tablets with the incidence of anaemia in the female boarding school model STIKBA Jambi. Research design was cross-sectional, the population used in this study were young women in model dormitories, simple random sampling technique, the measuring instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets as well as measuring instruments for haemoglobin (Hb) examination in the digital. The collected data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that 65% of adolescents had high knowledge about the consumption of iron (Fe) tablets, and 80% had anaemia. The reasons for adolescents not taking iron (Fe) tablets included 50% because of the colour of the pills, 90% because of the smell of the drugs, 100% because of nausea, 75% because they don't feel any complaints of anaemia, and 65% because they have difficulty defecating. The results of the statistical analysis showed no relationship between knowledge of iron (Fe) tablet consumption and anaemia (p value> 0.05). Knowledge that the consumption of iron and folic acid tablets does not affect the incidence of anaemia and the reason young women do not consume iron and folic acid tablets is because of the side effects that arise after consuming the iron and folic acid tablets, and there are no symptoms of anaemia.

Abstract

The impact of anemia affects the decrease in concentration and learning achievement, in the long run it affects the quality of human resources, where young women are the future generation of the nation who will determine the next generation. Based on the results of research, dates can increase hemoglobin levels because they contain substances that the body needs for the formation of red blood cells. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of dates on the increase in hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. This research method is Quasi Experiment one group pre post test . The sample in this research is 20 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results of the normality test of the distribution of data were not normally distributed, therefore the mean used was the median analyzed using a non parametric statistical test, namely Wilcoxon Signed Rank. The analysis showed that there was an increase in hemoglobin (Hb) levels with a median score (11.15 VS 12.65, P <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a therapeutic effect of dates on an increase in hemoglobin levels in adolescent

Abstract

Menarche is the first menstruation for girls. . Lifestyle changes are believed to be a major factor in the decline in the age of menarche. Changes in lifestyle are due to the progress of civilization followed by changes in humans, ranging from changes in diet to changes in lifestyle. The most common unhealthy lifestyles are consuming fast food and snacks/snacks, rarely exercising and often accessing adult mass media. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of menarche in students at Junior High School. Design This research is a quantitative study with the Cross Sectional method (cross-sectional) which aims to see the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This research was conducted at SMP N Jambi City at 2022 with a sample of 75 people taken by purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. The results of the study obtained that the most respondents were at the age of 13 years, namely 29 people (38.7%). The education of the majority of respondents is grade 9 by 43 respondents (57.3%). The description of the menarche status of the majority of respondents is not normal by 38 people (49.3%). Overview The majority of respondents' lifestyle is good by 39 people (52.0%). The majority of respondents have a nutritional status of 38 respondents (50.7%). The results of the Chi-Square test obtained p value = 0.116 > (0.05), meaning that there is no relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of menarche in students. Regular education is needed about healthy lifestyles and the participation of parents to form a healthy lifestyle for young women
