Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality control and inventory of the business development strategy at PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama. The data used in this study is primary data taken using purposive where the data collection technique with certain considerations is the questionnaire method to 68 samples from 314 staff at PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama. The results of this study indicate that the variables of quality control, inventory have a significant effect on business development strategies. The result of the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.877 or 87% so that the variables of quality control and inventory can explain purchasing decisions of 87% and the remaining 13% are explained by other variables such as price and service quality.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi yang berkesinambungan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara telah memberikan peningkatan ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat. Disisi yang lain beberapa kendala ekonomi yang timbul antar daerah baik sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya modal menimbulkan ketimpangan dalam pencapaian antar kabupaten/kota, bahkan angka ketimpangan (Indeks Williamson) meningkat tinggi dalam dekade terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh investasi dan dana perimbangan yang masuk ke daerah, serta angkatan kerja dan aglomerasi di daerah tersebut menurunkan ketimpangan antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data panel dari 33 kabupaten/kota selama periode 2006 hingga 2015. Metode penelitian empiris ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan estimasi model efek tetap (Fixed Effect Model) untuk melihat hubungan variabel bebas pada ketimpangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kesimpulan: (i) bahwa variabel investasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. (ii) bahwa variabel angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. (iii) bahwa variabel dana perimbangan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, (iv) bahwa variabel aglomerasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, (v) dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel investasi, angkatan kerja, dana perimbangan, dan aglomerasi yang diteliti benar dapat mempengaruhi ketimpangan sebesar 87.15 persen, sedangkan 12.85 persen sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel di luar model (yang tidak diteliti).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the business success of the Cemara Asri Medan food entrepreneur, to determine the effect of self-motivation on the business success of the Cemara Asri Medan food entrepreneur, and to determine the effect of self-efficacy and self-motivation on the success of the Cemara complex food entrepreneur business. Asri Medan. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire that will be measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing, simultaneous testing and testing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously the variables of self-efficacy and self-motivation have a significant influence on business success at the food entrepreneur of the Cemara Asri Medan complex.

The research method uses descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire that will be measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing, simultaneous testing and testing the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially or simultaneously the variables of self-training and entrepreneurship education have a significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness in STMB MULTISMART Medan students.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research or scientific work is to find out the work performance of teachers at the Northern Green School which is influenced by the variables of work discipline and compensation. This research was then designed using a quantitative descriptive research methodology. To be able to determine the relationship between two or more variables can be done using a quantitative descriptive research method. When conducting quantitative descriptive research, questionnaires containing various question items were distributed to participants or respondents in related research. Furthermore, it can be ascertained that the questions in the questionnaire are definitely related to the research variables used in the study. The findings from this study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of work discipline and compensation and teacher achievement at the Northern Green School.

Abstract

SD Northern Green School in Medan City is an alternative primary school in the city. The location of this school is at JL. Old Babura District No. 13. Medan Baru City of Medan Prov. North Sumatra, based on more detailed information. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on the work loyalty of teachers at Northen Green School Medan. The research method will involve the use of a questionnaire that is assessed using a Likert scale which provides choices of strongly agree, agree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree. Data analysis methods used include multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, partial test, and simultaneous. The results of the study show that leadership style and compensation both simultaneously and partially affect employee loyalty.
