Abstract

The working spirit of teachers at the Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school has decreased. This can be seen in the teachers who feel lazy and less effective in doing their work and do not give satisfaction to parents and students. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between compensation, work motivation, and organizational culture in the work spirit of teachers at Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school. The sample in this study amounted to 64 teachers, where the data were obtained directly by filling out a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire and processed by the Likert scale method. The data method technique used quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school teachers by 0.000 < 0.05, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school teachers by 0.016 < 0.05, organizational culture had a negative effect on the work spirit of Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school teachers by 0.826 > 0.05, but simultaneously or Simultaneously, compensation, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of teachers at Anugerah Harapan Bangsa school by 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT. The Light of the Medan Maritime Award. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 3.609 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.001. While the organizational climate partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 2.648 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.012. Simultaneously, compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by Fcount of 15,039 > from Ftable of 3.28 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence given is 47.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia. (2) Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia. (3) Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia yang berjumlah 56 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas (Cronbach Alpha). Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai beta (β) sebesar - 0,386 menunjukkan bahwa jika stres kerja meningkat maka kinerja akan menurun, hal ini juga dapat terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,012) lebih besar dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (2,591) lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel (2,0057), artinya penurunan kinerja pada karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya stres kerja pada karyawan.(2) Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai beta (β) sebesar 0,492 menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel lingkungan kerja semakin baik maka kinerja akan meningkat, hal ini juga dapat terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,003) lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (3,057) lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel (2,0057) artinya peningkatan kinerja pada karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja yang baik.(3) berdasarkan uji F mengungkapkan bahwa nilai F-hitung adalah 18,337 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan F-tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) adalah 3,171. Oleh karena itu pada kedua perhitungan yaitu F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Red Ribbon Indonesia, artinya variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja dapat saling mendukung dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan etika bisnis dan pelayanan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT Rolimex Medan.Kepuasan konsumen merupakan aset yang sangat penting dalam kesuksesan suatu bisnis. Jika konsumen merasa puas, maka konsumen akan menjadi pelanggan setia dan akan merekomendasikan produk tersebut kepada orang lain. Dalam penelitian ini, menganalisis tentang etika bisnis dan kualitas pelayanan yang diduga mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Etika bisnis adalah kaidah secara tertulis maupun tidak tertulis mengenai perilaku individu maupun kelompok saat melakukan aktivitas bisnis dengan konsumen sedangkan kualitas pelayanan adalah perilaku yang dilakukan seorang individu maupun kelompok, dengan harapan bahwa perilaku tersebut sudah memenuhi keinginan dan harapan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, ujiregresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji-T), uji signifikansi simultan (uji-F) dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan bantuanSoftware Statistical Program Of Social Science (SPSS) versi 26For Windows. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purpose sampling dan penarikan sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan adanyapengaruh variabel etika bisnis dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0.264(26,4%) dan sisanya 73,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini seperti kualitas produk, harga, cara iklan, kemudahan akses produk dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchase decision of PT. Gunung Sentosa Sumatera Utama Industri. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Gunung Sentosa Sumatera Utama Industri, with a total of 213 customers. The technique for determining the sample is using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5% so that a total of 139 samples are obtained. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that price and product quality partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision of PT. Gunung Sentosa Sumatera Utama Industri. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve price and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence and competence on the performance of employees of PT. Universal Indofood Products Medan. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan as many as 214 employees. The sampling technique is to use the 5% significance Slovin technique where 139 employees will be used as samples. The results show that there is an effect partially or simultaneously where the emotional intelligence variable partially has a tcount value (5.827) greater than ttable (1.977) with a significant (0.00) less than 0.05, while the work competence variable has a tcount value. (6.142) is greater than ttable (1.977) with a significant (0.00) smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of emotional intelligence and work competence have a value of Ftable (3.06) and a significance = 5% (0.05), namely Fcount (62.319) and sig.a (0.000a). This shows that the results of the study accept Ha and reject H0, while the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.746. This shows that the independent variables explain their influence on performance at PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan by 47.8%. While the remaining 52.2% is the influence of other independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work climate and workload on work loyalty at PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi totals 447 employees. The sampling technique used the Slovin sample where 82 samples were obtained. In this study, the questionnaire will be distributed as measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that the work climate and workload partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on work loyalty at PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi Tanjung Morawa. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve the work climate and reduce the workload.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of discipline and work conflict on the work performance of employees. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi Tanjung Morawa as many as 447 employees. The sampling technique used was the Slovin technique with a significance of 10% with a sample of 82 employees. In this study, a questionnaire will be distributed which is measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect both partially and simultaneously where the discipline variable partially had a tcount (6.844) greater than ttable (1.990) with a significant (0.00) less than 0.05, while the work conflict variable had a tcount value. . (-3.269) is smaller than ttable (-1.990) with a significant (0.00) smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of discipline and work conflict have a value of Ftable (3.11) and a significance = 5% (0.05), namely Fcount (31.039) and sig.a (0.000a). This shows that the results of the study accept Ha and reject H0, while the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.426. This shows that the variables of discipline and work conflict explain their influence on the work performance by 42.6%. While the remaining 57.4% is the influence of other independent variables.

Abstract

Dodorindo Jaya Abadi Tanjung Morawa as many as 447 employees. The sampling technique used was the Slovin technique with a significance of 10% with a sample of 82 employees. In this study, a questionnaire will be distributed which is measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect both partially and simultaneously where the spirit variable partially had a tcount (4.694) greater than ttable (1.990) with a significant (0.00) less than 0.05, while the work satisfaction variable had a tcount value (5.950) is higher than ttable (1.990) with a significant (0.00) smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of spirit and work satisfaction have a value of Ftable (3.11) and a significance = 5% (0.05), namely Fcount (25.338) and sig.a (0.000a). This shows that the results of the study accept Ha and reject H0, while the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.391. This shows that the variables of spirit and work satisfaction explain their influence on the work performance by 39,1%. While the remaining 60,9% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

SPBU Singapore Station merupakan sebuah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan bahan bakar dan berada dalam naungan PT. Singa Mas Makin Sukses yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2008 dan beralamatkan di Bridjend Katamso No. 266, Medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survei, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif explanatory. Dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian bahan bakar pada SPBU Singapore Station sebanyak 74.533 konsumen. Dikarenakan populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 74.533 konsumen, maka teknik pengambilan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat keyakinan 90% sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan, dan studi dokumentasi. Jenis dan sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian bahan bakar pada SPBU Singapore Station Katamso Medan. Secara parsial, lokasi lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian bahan bakar pada SPBU Singapore Station Katamso Medan.
