Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk semua kalangan, baik kalangan muda dan tua. Melalui pendidikan setiap orang dapat memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan luas dalam menjalankan semua aktivitas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi (2) menumbuhkan kesadaran orangtua dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap anaknya agar mau melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi (3) meningkatkan pengetahuan serta gambaran tentang pendidikan perguruan tinggi pada masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Uma RW 06 Kecamatan Lubuk Baja Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi, diskusi dan pembagian paket sembako kepada masyarakat kurang mampu, Adapun materi sosialisasi yang diberikan berkaitan dengan materi pentingnya pendidikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah orangtua pada masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Uma RW 06 Kecamatan Lubuk Baja lebih memahami dan termotivasi agar anaknya dapat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi setelah lulus dari SMA nantinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Activity Ratios on dividend policy in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2016-2020 period. And to find out whether there are problems with dividends that affect manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The methodology used is Multiple Linear Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, T-test, and F test. It is concluded that this research has a significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Activity Ratios on dividend policy. ROA (X1) 0.044 < 0.05, CR (X2) 0.843 > 0.05, DER (X3) 0.307 > 0.05, Total Asset Turnover (X4) 0.006 < 0.05 and a significant value of 0.023 < from 0, 05 and the calculated F value is 3.312 > F table 2.64.

Abstract

Employee performance improvement is based on the willingness to mobilize all elements of human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of role perception, human resource development, and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is causality with a quantitative approach. The study has a population of 109 employees of Ibn Sina University. The number of samples obtained by the slovin formula amounted to 85 respondents. The sampling method used is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis approach used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that there is a positive influence of role perception, human resource development, and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This study provides findings that there is an empirical model development on employee performance that is influenced by role perceptions, human resource development, and compensation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Information Technology, Employee Empowerment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Riau Islands Regional Office. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the Simple Random Sampling Technique using the formula from Slovin. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was given directly to the respondents. The data analysis method used by the researcher is a descriptive quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Tests, t-tests, and F-test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the three independent variables namely Information Technology, Employee Empowerment, and Work Culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office of Riau Islands
