Abstract

The Government appoints the Social Health Insurance Administering Body, hereinafter abbreviated as BPJS Kesehatan Pengelengaranya Agency. West Java is one of the organizers of BPJS Program whose membership is still below the standard set by the government. Alleged implementation of operational implementation of Social Security Health is still not fully understood and perceived benefits and services by the community, Marketing with a system of proximity to customers and provision of quality services to be one strategy that is effective in improving public confidence. Relational marketing and service quality is a determinant factor in increasing value and trust for customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of relational marketing and service quality to customer value and its impact on customer trust. The method used is quantitative with expert judgment. The sample of this research is inpatient of BPJS health participant at Public Hospital owned by Local Government in West Java Province. Technique of data retrieval is done by cluster proportional random sampling and analysis technique used is SEM analysis (structural equation modeling). The results of descriptive research indicate that relational marketing, service quality, customer value and customer trust move from less good to sanga tbaik. The results of the study of each indicator is still found some less than optimal. The result of verifikatif research proves that relational marketing and service quality have positive and significant effect to customer value and customer value have positive and significant influence to customer trust.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan factor yang diharapkan oleh konsumen. BPJS Kesehatan adalah Produk jasa dalam bidang kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dan wajib diikuti oleh semua anggota masyarakat, sehingga pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas menjadi kwajiban yang harus ada dalam penyelenggaraannya, agar mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap nilai pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yang dilengkapi dengan expert judgement. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap peserta BPJS kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum milik Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Jawa barat. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara cluster proporsional random sampling dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (structural equation modelling). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan.

Abstract

The high economic needs in people's lives today are a condition that cannot be avoided. Santri, as part of society, cannot be separated from these demands, so they need to prepare themselves for their economic resilience. Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School with students who come from people with limited economic capabilities is a pesantren that focuses on learning only on religious-based knowledge. All daily operational costs are funded by donors and community sympathizers, making it vulnerable to financial problems. Based on the existing problems, a solution is needed from academics to help the Al Furqon Islamic boarding school to become an economically independent pesantren and not only depend on donors. An effective way which is at the same time the development of an educational companion program at the Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is to provide education about entrepreneurship both to the students as well as the pesantren administrators. The first educational activity will be directed at efforts to change or improve the mindset (pattern) of students' thinking in entrepreneurship, followed by skills training and discussion.
