Abstract

Karang Taruna is a form of youth organization that can be a forum for youth to express ideas, ideas, creativity that are useful for individuals and society. In Warnasari village, Karang Taruna is actively involved in all community activities because Karang Taruna as a youth organization is considered capable of bringing change to improve the welfare of its citizens and the surrounding community. The participation of Karang Taruna in the management of tourist attractions in the Warnasari village which has a lot of natural tourism potential and can improve the village economy, one of which is the natural tourist attraction of Situ Cileunca which has many rides that can be enjoyed by tourists. So far, tourist attractions are managed by investors professionally, but Karang Taruna is involved in technical management. One of the problems faced is the low competence of youth and tends to become unemployed in the village. Real conditions in various regions show that many youths are out of work and unable to create jobs, the cause being the low level of education and skills. This study aims to determine the extent of empowerment in seeing the potential of Karang Taruna in advancing tourism and its impact on improving the community's economy. Barriers and challenges of Karang Taruna in tourism management. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the ability of youth organizations in tourism management is still weak, especially their management capabilities, management is still mostly carried out by investors, youth organizations are only involved in managing infrastructure. The obstacles faced by Karang Taruna in participating in managing tourist attractions are weak knowledge in management management, weaknesses in mastering technology, and foreign languages because many foreign tourists are starting to come. The challenge is that Karang Taruna is required to master everything as well as possible, because the management of tourism in Warnasari Village is not possible forever by investors and the surrounding community only gets some of the benefits because many things that cannot be denied are hampering progress in tourism, causing economic progress to be hampered. .Keywords: Youth Organization, Youth Empowerment, Tourism

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community was launched at the end of 2015. Whether we realize it or not, the MEA will be strongly linked to increasingly sharp competition in the Southeast Asia region. Although ideally the MEA is designed to provide benefits to all ASEAN member countries, President Joko Widodo on several occasions explained that the MEA is a competition between countries, and needs readiness for the Indonesian nation to face the MEA that is before the eyes. The question is , will Indonesia be the winner along with the ten other ASEAN members or will Indonesia only be a market? [1]The Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) No. 35 of 2015 which revised Permenaker No. 16 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Receiving Foreign Residents on October 23, 2015, one of which points to eliminating the need to speak Indonesian, it is one of the steps of Jokowi's government to facilitate investors so that many investors are expected to invest in Indonesia , but the concerns that arise are in revisions The Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 16 of 2015, the government has also removed the rules of obligation for foreign workers to speak Indonesian. Thus, foreign workers are now more flexible for careers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Cibaduyut footwear industry is one of the industries that produce products various kinds of footwear such as sandals, shoes, shoes, shoes or casual shoes, which are the main raw material is leather. In carrying out its business activities the footwear industry. Cibaduyut faces several obstacles, especially those concerning manufacturing or processes financial production and management, especially concerning financial records. Rapi dan perfectly complies with financial management standards, besides other obstacles is that businesses cannot develop shoe based products to the application of Sudanese cultural values ​​that are famous for the concept of Silih Asah, Silih compassion, foster care, this turned out to weaken the competitiveness of footwear products on the scene International. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis, the data collection method used is a method direct observation (observation), in-depth interviews (in-depth interview) as well direct interviews with several informants, and using triangulation and snowball sampling. Based on the results of the study showed that the marketing strategy carried out by Cibaduyut footwear perpetrators of the city of Bandung based on Sudanese culture, stating, foster care still experiences several obstacles, especially in the supplier is still in nature traditional so that it cannot yet be competitive globally.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa transfer teknologi tentang pembuatan pupuk cair merupakan upaya untuk memanfaatkan potensi lingkungan sekitar berupa sisa sampah organik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wanayasa Kecamatan Wanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pemberian materi dan demonstrasi. Pemberian materi tentang berbagai bahan sisa sampah organik disekitar lingkungan Desa Wanayasa yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber bahan baku pembuatan pupuk cair. Demonstrasi dilakukan dengan melakukan praktik pembuatan pupuk cair dengan menggunakan bahan baku hijauan, dedaunan, jatuhan buah-buahan yang ada disekitar lingkungan Desa Wanayasa, yang langsung di pandu oleh tenaga ahli dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kota Bandung (DLHK). Transfer teknologi pembuatan pupuk cair memberikan manfaat yang besar yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan warga tentang manfaat bahan sisa sampah organik sebagai bahan baku pembuatan pupuk cair, kesadaran akan kesehatan lingkungan juga semakin baik serta memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi warga, karena mengurangi pengeluaran pembelian pupuk bagi petani dan bisa menambah penghasilan keluarga dari penjualan pupuk cair.

Abstract

Prokus is a program launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which targets beneficiary families (KPM) who have graduated or left the Family Hope Program (PKH) so that independence is formed. economically so that they do not go back down economically after they no longer receive assistance through PKH. Graduation KPM-PKH themselves are those who are still in the poor and vulnerable category but are graduated because some of the components do not fulfill them. As stated by the Director General of Social Empowerment of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, "ProKUS simply empowers the community through a business approach. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of empowering KPM PKH through Prokus in Cilebar District, Karawang Regency was viewed from the empowerment of PKH KPM in implementing social entrepreneurship programs accompanied by District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) as social assistants. This study uses a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data clarification, data verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the six aspects above, KPM ProKUS is grouped into beginner categories, developing categories and advanced categories. In the Cilebar District KPM there are two categories, namely the beginner category of 14 KPM and the developing category of 3 KPM. This program is expected to break the dependence of KPM on social assistance and create and enhance the spirit of social entrepreneurship and business independence. The outputs and achievement targets of this research are in the form of accepted scientific articles in accredited national journals. Research Technology Readiness Level target in year 1 is scale 2.

Abstract

Réréongan Sarupi merupakan kegiatan Ethnic Philantrophy yaitu potensi kedermawanan berbasiskan nilai-nilai budaya atau tradisi etnik tertentu misalnya di Jawa Barat béas pérélék dan Réréongan Sarupi. Filantropi etnik ini tumbuh dari kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya solidaritas sosial atau kesetiawakanan sosial antar sesama warga desa. Gerakan Réréongan Sarupi, yaitu gotong royong masyarakat dengan mengumpulkan uang sebanyak Rp.1000/hari. Berasal dari kata Réréongan artinya bersama atau patungan dan Sarupi, artinya “sejenis” jadi pengertian dari Réréongan Sarupi adalah patungan bersama dengan benda sejenis misalnya uang atau pangan (beras). Di Jawa Barat dan sama halnya dengan di daerah lain jiwa saling membantu sesame atau gotong royong dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan nama yang berbeda seperti Beras Jimpitan, Béas Pérélék, Sikaroban (Sulawesi) dan banyak lagi. Desa Warnasari memiliki kader Réréongan Sarupi yang dikelola Rukun Warga yang jumlahnya 18 Rukun Warga. Sama halnya dengan desa-desa di wilayah Jawa Barat, kegiatan filantropi etnis yang masih berjalan adalah Béas Pérélék, yaitu mengumpulkan satu cangkir besar per umpi/keluarga untuk keperluan masyarakat seperti membantu bila ada musibah kelahiran, kematian dan dikelola oleh kepala dusun. Sedangkan program Réréongan Sarupi, yaitu pengumpulan dana oleh masyarakat secara swadaya berupa uang untuk keperluan dana kedaruratan misalnya untuk keperluan warga yang sakit harus di rujuk ke rumah sakit tingkat I dan warga yang terkena musibah lainnya. Permasalahannya adalah sebagian besar program ini tidak berjalan dengan baik dan cenderung mandek. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan dan curah pendapat antara ketua RW sebagai pengelola Réréongan Sarupi, menghasilkan kesadaran akan perlunya solidaritas dan tanggung jawab kader dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk membangun kesetiawakanan sosial warga desa.
