Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat memfasilitasi ujian dalam jaringan. Pada tengah dan akhir semester kebutuhan kertas akan meningkat karena dilaksanakan ujian tengah dan akhir semester. Selain itu ujian dengan kertas memiliki risiko dan usaha yang besar dalam mendistribusikan soal dan memeriksa jawaban. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sebuah solusi yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini. Masalah diselesaikan dengan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi dalam jaringan yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah dalam pelaksanaan ujian. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melaksanakan ujian melalui perangkat mobile dan dapat dilaksanakan dimana dan kapan saja selama perangkat mobile tersebut terkoneksi dengan internet

Abstract

This research discusses the development of a model that can be used to detect hate speech in Indonesia's popular social media. Several methods are collected, analyzed, and implemented to build a framework that is practical and can be used to detect hate speech. The research methodology starts with the study of literature, analysis, and design of the model. From the analysis results, N-Gram, Word2vec, LSTM and emotion classification is used as part of the process of the model. This model consists of ten processes that are carried out sequentially so that comments collected through Facebook and Whatsapp social media can be identified when they contain hate speech. The model also considers the applicable law in Indonesia to facilitate the legal handling of perpetrators.

Abstract

Abstract—Fire is one of the disasters that comes difficult to predict, aside from being unwanted by the community, it is also often difficult to control if the fire already becomes large. As for the obstacles that often occur, firefighters are late getting fire reports and also difficulty in finding the location of fires due to lack of information. system development is done by the writer in this study using the Waterfall model (Presmann, 2010). system modeling is documented using DFD (Data Flow Diagrams). The results of this study are a mobile-based early fire disaster detection system with several features to overcome community problems in reporting a fire disaster and help firefighters to get an accurate location and the fastest route to the fire location.

Abstract

The demand for entrepreneurship at a university is relatively low because there are still many students who are not interested in taking this opportunity. Courage to step is one obstacle to starting. The Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) is a strategy to motivate and nurture students to become independent new entrepreneurs. The purpose of this activity is to equip students in starting new businesses. The specific target of this activity is to produce seven new independent entrepreneurs among students and alumni. Methods for implementing socialization, education, practicum, and mentoring. The number of students in this program is as many as twenty people from the management, accounting, economic education, and marketing management study programs, Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The results achieved were the facilitation of new entrepreneurs by as many as seven people with different products. Entrepreneurial students have their own businesses in the form of groups and individuals, including a coffee-inspired cafe booth, an EcoF Kitchen business with burger and hotdog products, and a pottery craft business. The motivation of new entrepreneurs is discussed in this paper. Abstract

Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat khusus untuk mahasiswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mewujudkan wirausaha baru mandiri dengan usaha berbasis IPTEKS. Target khusus program tersebut untuk menghasilkan lima mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha baru yang mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan untuk merealisasikan kegiatan, digunakan pelatihan/pembekalan, praktikum, pendampingan, dan magang. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terfasilitasinya semua kegiatan dan menghasilkan lima tenant sebagai wirausaha baru mandiri yang siap beroperasi dengan beberapa kluster usaha. Entrepreneurship Development Program is one of the community service activities specifically for students. The purpose of this activity is to realize new independent entrepreneurs with Science and Technology and art-based businesses. Specific target of this program is to produce at least five students into independent new entrepreneurs. The method of implementation carried out to realize the activities, used training/briefing, practicum, mentoring, and internships. The results achieved were the facilitation of all activities and produced five tenants as new independent entrepreneurs who were ready to operate with several business clusters

Abstract

Pengangguran terdidik masih menjadi masalah sampai saat ini di Indonesia. Tanggung jawab untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah lembaga pendidikan termasuk Perguruan Tinggi. Permasalahan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Manado hanya sebagian kecil mahasiswa yang melakukan kegiatan usaha atau merintis usaha. Fenomena yang terjadi para lulusan masih menganggur karena lapangan kerja yang tersedia terbatas. Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk membantu melahirkan wirausaha baru di lingkungan mahasiswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk membekali dan melatih mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausaha yang mandiri dengan merintis usaha baru. Jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ini dipilih 20 orang di Fakultas Ekonomi yang berasal dari Program Studi Manajemen, Akuntansi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pelatihan, praktikum, pendampingan, dan magang dan dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan. Pelatihan dan magang dilaksanakan di beberapa tempat UKM yang dipilih. Hasil yang dicapai terdapat 7 mahasiswa yang mulai merintis usaha baru antara lain, usaha makanan ringan, aneka minuman kekinian, kerajinan, dan multi fungsi. Motivasi berwirausaha dari mahasiswa harus diikuti dengan intervensi dari dosen sebagai pendamping.

Abstract

Central Buton is an area located in the Buton archipelago, Southeast Sulawesi which is a former heritage area of the Sultanate of Buton where the area has many natural and cultural tourist charms that must be preserved. This study aims to design and implement web-based tourism in Buton Tengah. The method used in the development of this application is Waterfall in which there are five namely Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Implementation of Maintenance Programs, with the PHP programming language and Sublime Text 3. The result of the research is that the Central Buton Tourism system is website-based and has a service function, namely the function of providing tourist information, booking tickets, so that the sales system can be improved for the better. Testing this system using the Black Box testing method, so that it is able to answer and show that the system created is in accordance with the objectives of the researcher and is able to meet user needs.
