Abstract

Kepuasan pasien adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seorang pasien sebagai hasil dari perbandingan antara prestasi atau jasa yang dirasakan dan yang diharapkannya. Kepuasan pasien dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti sikap petugas kesehatan dan fasilitas/sarana. Kedua faktor ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara sikap petugas kesehatan dan fasilitas/sarana dengan kepuasan pasien. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey analitik deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Data yang didapat di lapangan diproses, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel tabulasi dengan uji Chi-Square dengan nilai kemaknaan ? ? 0,05. Untuk sikap petugas kesehatan didapatkan nilai ? = 0,05, nilai ? ? 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara sikap petugas kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien. Untuk fasilitas/sarana didapatkan nilai ? = 0,125, nilai ? > 0,05 berarti tidak ada hubungan antara fasilitas/sarana dengan kepuasan pasien.   Patient satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed a patient as a result of a comparison between the achievements or services are perceived and expected. Patient satisfaction can be influenced by several things like the attitude of health workers and facility / facilities. Both of these factors greatly influence the patient's satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the attitude of health workers and facility / facilities with patient satisfaction. The research design was a descriptive analytic survey research using cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. The data obtained in the field are processed, then presented in tabular form tabulation by Chi-Square test with a significance value of ? ? 0.05. For the attitude of health workers get value of ? = 0.05, the value of ? ? 0.05 means that there is a relationship between the attitude of healthcare workers with patient satisfaction. For facilities / means of values obtained ? = 0.125, the value of ?> 0.05 indicates no relationship between facility / facilities with patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Agricultural sector in Central Kalimantan is expected to be a leading sector, especially toprovide food and export. Therefore, improvement of technology is badly needed. Theestablishment of Assessment Institute for Agricultural Technology (AIAT) is aimed to dopackaging and dissemination of mature and appropriate technology to meet the localstakeholders and beneficiaries needs. The appropriate technology should be based on thecharacteristics of local bio-physical and socio-economic environment. This article is aimed topresent the baseline condition of land holding and income distribution of farmers in tidalswampy area of Kapuas and dry land in South Barito districts of Central Kalimantan. Theresults of the study showed that the average land holding in South Barito is larger than that ofin Kapuas. Land holding is equally distributed among farmers, shown by Gini Index of 0.28and 0.27, respectively, for ownership and operated. In Kapuas, land holding is relativelyunequal, shown by gini index of 0.42 and 0.49, respectively, for ownership and operated. Theannual household income in Kapuas was Rp 6.5 million or Rp 1,3 million/capita/year, withrelatively unequal distribution among households, shown by Gini Index of 0.44. In SouthBarito, it was Rp 6.9 million or Rp 2,1 million/capita/year and has relatively equaldistribution, reflected by Gini Index of 0.36. Most of household income is spent for foodexpenditure accounting for 67-69 percent in both districts. This performance indicating thatthe farmers still unable to improve their life quality, especially to meet their secondary needs.This implicitly shows that farmer’s capability to form capital accumulation for their farmingis still very low. Therefore, the least cost new technology is required.
